    Abstract:
    The chapter considers the regional education quality system as a complex social construct. Through the prism of a sociological approach, the interests and interactions of key actors (the state, educational organizations, teachers, students, parents, employers), institutional frameworks and value orientations that form ideas about quality are analyzed. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data (questionnaires, interviews, document analysis), the latent functions of the system, social contradictions and risks are identified, recommendations are given on the development of an education quality management system, the authors propose a conceptual analysis model that can be used to develop targeted management decisions at the regional level.

    Abstract:
    Peer and self assessment have emerged as powerful strategies in contemporary education, fostering student engagement, autonomy, and achievement. This research paper critically examines the theoretical foundations and practical applications of peer and self assessment, with a focus on their role in enhancing engagement and learning outcomes. Drawing on constructivist, sociocultural, and assessment-for-learning theories, the study reviews empirical evidence, explores the integration of digital feedback tools such as Mizou, and considers regional perspectives. Findings suggest that when implemented thoughtfully, peer and self assessment can transform classroom dynamics, promote metacognitive skills, and support formative feedback processes. The paper concludes with recommendations for effective practice and future research directions.

    The chapter discusses modern approaches to assessing the achievements of students in physical education lessons in the context of the implementation of updated educational standards that take into account the individual characteristics of schoolchildren, support their learning motivation and contribute to the formation of a conscious attitude to physical activity. Modern pedagogical practice offers a number of approaches that allow us to rethink the role of assessment in the process of physical education and consider it as a tool for development, not control. This work is devoted to the analysis of the possibilities of these approaches and their potential in improving the effectiveness of the educational process in physical education.     Abstract:
    The article presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral coaching model PRACTICE. To evaluate the effectiveness, a repeated measures design was used. Data processing was performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov criterion and the Wilcoxon criterion. Results: coaching sessions conducted according to the PRACTICE model lead to a positive shift in the level of personal effectiveness (z = 137.5, p = 0.023) and the level of self-organization of the coachee (z = 88, p = 0.025). The study is the first evaluation of the effectiveness of the PRACTICE cognitive-behavioral coaching model and creates a basis for further comparative studies in the field of coaching psychology.

Особое внимание уделяется деструктивным паттернам поведения, возникающим в условиях стресса, и их роли в формировании неосознаваемых сценариев командного взаимодействия. Предлагается многоуровневая рамка поведенческого анализа, включающая индивидуальный, поведенческий и системный уровни. Статья ориентирована на специалистов в области организационного консультирования, поведенческой диагностики и работы с управленческими рисками.

    Abstract:
    This scientific research is devoted to the development of an innovative technology for the formation of adequate professional self-esteem among students of secondary vocational educational institutions (SPE) as a fundamental factor of successful professional socialization and career growth. The study is relevant in the context of the implementation of the federal project «Professionalism», aimed at the close integration of education and the real sector of the economy, which places increased demands on the level of training of specialists. The main hypothesis of the study is that the targeted impact on the formation of professional self-esteem of students at the early stages of their studies in vocational education and training significantly increases their adaptation to future professional activities and contributes to a more informed choice of a career path. The research analyzed the existing scientific approaches to the formation of professional self-esteem, as well as the concept of professional identity. The analysis revealed key factors that have a significant impact on the formation and functioning of professional self-esteem: parenting style in the family, previous professional experience (if any), the level of support from teachers and peers, success in educational activities, the presence of clear professional goals and plans. In addition, the influence of the student's personal qualities, such as self-motivation, stress tolerance, sociability and critical thinking, was determined.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of addressing this topic is due to the problem that has arisen related to the change in the requirements for the unified state exam in the Russian language in 2025 for a task with a detailed answer (work on a written monologue), which is an essay based on the text read (task 27), the need to provide methodological assistance to teachers in explaining the content of the exam the essay and its evaluation criteria. The main research method is the analysis of the logical, substantive, linguistic and compositional features of the text type of reasoning in the process of using the textual approach in teaching Russian in secondary schools. The paper contains basic theoretical information about reasoning as a functional and semantic type of speech and a text of the type of reasoning. The results of the study are related to the analysis of the Demonstration version of the Unified State Exam 2025 (Russian language) in part of task 27, a comment on the compliance of the exam essay with the criteria of its.

    Abstract:
    The authors summarize information on the methodological aspects of the application of the input-output method to analyze the socio-economic effects of tourism development in the regions. So far, the main practical problem remains the search for methods to optimize the assessment of the contribution of the tourism industry to the economy of the region, to identify the relationships between different sectors of the economy in terms of tourist demand. Systematic analysis and generalization of information were used as research methods. The results of the study allow us to conclude that the integration of the input-output method with econometric models and comparative analysis makes it possible to assess in more detail the multiplicative effect of tourist activity on the economy of the region, including an increase in production, employment and tax revenues.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of this study was to assess the content validity of the multiple-choice Financial Accounting Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) tests given by the National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB), West African Examinations Council (WAEC), and National Examinations Council (NECO). It primarily assessed how well the test items represented the taxonomy and subject matter of the foundational Financial Accounting program. The 2020 exam items were used as the sample, and the population consisted of all SSCE multiple-choice Financial Accounting question papers from WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB. The study was led by a single hypothesis and thee research questions. The main tools for gathering data were the SSCE exam papers and the Financial Accounting curriculum. To ascertain content validity, 160 multiple-choice questions were examined using the coefficient of validity and percentage difference. The findings showed that WAEC (0.80), NECO (0.78), and NABTEB (0.79) had good validity indices, with WAEC having the highest coefficient. Findings, however, showed that several subjects, such "Introduction to Accounting" and "Branch Account", were either under-represented or completely left out, indicating disparities in topic representation.

    The study focuses on the investigation of the process of forming the motivational aspect of the professional competency of cadets at a maritime university in a blended learning environment. Given the digitalization of higher education and the specific requirements of the maritime industry, there is a need to provide a solution in response to the demands of ship owners. Employers seek to employ motivated young professionals who are not only skilled in their field but also possess a drive for professional growth. The aim of professional training is to develop competencies, while the motivational element remains unaddressed. It is essential to develop techniques that facilitate the development of this aspect. Professiographic monitoring represents a relatively underexplored technique. The objective of this study is to devise and validate the feasibility of utilizing this approach within a maritime university context. The model for the development of the motivational aspect of professional competence has been created and tested. This model defines the role and components of professiographic monitoring. Its functions have been proposed and criteria for assessing the level of motivation in professional competence have been defined. The results of the study demonstrated positive trends in the development of motivation among cadets, indicating a positive impact on their professional competence.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the consideration of relevant issues of forming a strategy for the sustainable development of the regional education quality assessment system. The paper examines the regulatory framework and social challenges associated with this process. The author analyzes the existing approaches to assessing the quality of education in foreign and Russian practice, determines their common features and key problems. The research methodology includes a theoretical review of the regulations governing the field of education quality assessment at the federal and regional levels, as well as the study of the participants' opinions of educational relations based on the results of a sociological survey. The results of the analysis show the need to develop new approaches to assessing the quality of education at the regional level, taking into account the modern requirements of society and the demands of the labour market. The author emphasizes the importance of developing cooperation in scientific and methodological work at all levels of education management and offers a number of practical recommendations aimed at optimizing the existing system of education quality assessment in the entities of the Russian Federation.

    The chapter presents a methodology for organizing and conducting scoring (quantitative assessment of acceptability) of the state and dynamics of economic security at different levels of management. The assessment sequence includes the stages of developing a system of primary indicators of economic security, an assessment system of each indicator, a system of reference indicators for comparison, evaluation of primary indicators, their rationing and subsequent comparison with the reference, calculation of the final score rating, determination of its acceptability for management, development of managerial decisions, revision of the scoring system if necessary to modernize it. The research methods were general scientific methods, as well as special methods of economic analysis. As a result, a practically applicable methodology was formed, which is shown by including a model example of a specific economic security scoring system.

    The chapter presents the results of experimental work on the implementation of the design process for assessing the quality of the educational potential of interaction with the families of schoolchildren. Based on scientific approaches, the content and structural components of the concept of ‘educational potential of the family’ are explained, a set of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of educational capabilities of parents is singled out, a set of diagnostic materials is compiled, including the assessment of all levels and components of educational potential. The educational program was the central tool for the effective development of the educational potential of students’ families in the process of interaction with the school at the formative stage of the experimental part of the study.

Optimization of youth policy, conceptual justification and development of technologies for a competently built trajectory of transforming the potential of young people into active social, political and economic activities to achieve the strategic goals of the state, the development of effective methods for assessing the results are the necessary conditions for the youth policy implementation at all levels of administration. Social projecting allows to obtain two types of results: the first is the quality of the produced project product; the second is an indicator of human qualities changes level in the project participant. The results of the research can be applied in the sphere of forecasting socio-political processes and designing youth policy programs in the region
