    The article presents the issue of the organization of work on military-patriotic education of primary school children with disabilities. It is noted that in the conditions of multinational Russia in the school education system, the problems of fostering not only respect for other nations, but also love for the motherland become important. Patriotism implies pride in the achievements and culture of one's homeland, the desire to preserve its characteristics, as well as identification with other representatives of one's nation, a willingness to give preference to the interests of one's country and a desire to protect the interests of the motherland and the people.

    The article points to a large number of wars over the historical path of Russia. This fact contributed to the formation of the Russian national identity and its main component – patriotism.     The article explores the aspects of forming collective memory and the influence of cultural visual information on the development of identity and patriotic education among school students and youth. The victory in the Great Patriotic War is a significant event of the 20th century, uniting people who accomplished feats and defeated the enemy. It is important to understand and remember the events of World War II, as the analysis and interpretation of these events, especially when emotionally charged, leave a vivid impression and impact personal information perception. Modern traditional events and those utilizing digital technologies help create an emotional perception and processing of World War II events, shaping the patriotic component and identity of generations with the victorious people, contributing to the formation of collective memory and self-awareness of the descendants of the victors.

    The problems of everyday life during the Great Patriotic War have not been sufficiently studied as well as by historians of Chuvashia. Using the example of the analysis of documents from the GIA of the Chuvash Republic, attention is drawn to subjects related to motherhood and childhood, including medical care for pregnant women and young mothers, the organization of kindergartens and nurseries, assistance to mothers with many children and pregnant women. The work with child homelessness and neglect is shown.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the events of the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945, the attitude of the people to tragic events through the prism of moral and ethical qualities, the inner world of the heroes is shown. Everyone who took part in the fighting, or was in the rear, realized that the fate of the country depended on him. The war exposes the inner content of both the individual and the ethnic community. It has been established that the moral and ethical qualities of a person during the struggle for their Fatherland can symbolize the concepts of patriotism and courage, which, undoubtedly, can become an example for the younger generation. In addition to the destruction of cities, villages, and infrastructure, tragic events also occurred with people. The story of the fate of one person in the war is refracted into the common tragedy of the whole people, according to which we trace the philosophical concepts of regularity of chance and, general and particular.
