    The study focuses on the main issues of applying artificial intelligence tools in the educational process of higher education institutions when teaching students brand design. The purpose of the study is to address the issue of using the results of neural networks as a substitute for author's creative project work. The objectives of the study include determining the place and role of AI tools in education, reviewing the tools used in brand design at different stages, and providing methodological recommendations for integrating AI into the educational process of higher education institutions. The theoretical and practical significance of the research lies in revealing the possibilities of integrating AI tools into the content section of discipline curricula to ensure that designers' professional competencies are in line with the current pace of societal development.

Выделены макросоциальные, институциональные и индивидуально-психологические факторы риска. Центральное место отведено буллингу как системному явлению с групповой природой, поражающему всех участников образовательного процесса. Рассмотрены кибербуллинг, правовые аспекты профилактики и типология субъектной рискогенности учащихся, позволяющая дифференцировать работу. Обоснована необходимость перехода от реактивного реагирования к системной превентивной стратегии на общешкольном, групповом и личностном уровнях для обеспечения психологической безопасности.     Статья посвящена анализу проблем правового регулирования служебных произведений, создаваемых преподавателями в процессе онлайн-обучения. Актуальность темы обусловлена массовым переходом образовательных организаций на дистанционные форматы, что порождает неопределенность в вопросах принадлежности исключительных прав на видеолекции, презентации, онлайн-курсы и иные цифровые учебные материалы. Цель работы – выявить ключевые коллизии между нормами Гражданского кодекса РФ о служебных произведениях и практикой их применения в образовательной сфере, а также предложить пути совершенствования законодательства. Исследование проведено на основе анализа нормативно-правовых актов, судебной практики и доктринальных источников с применением формально-юридического и системного методов.

    Abstract:
    Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью переосмысления архитектурных моделей высшего образования в условиях экспоненциального роста информационных потоков и перехода к экономике данных. Целью работы является определение методологических основ построения адаптивных образовательных экосистем, ядром которых выступают технологии генеративного искусственного интеллекта. В статье анализируется переход от линейных образовательных траекторий к сетевым экосистемам, характеризующимся синергией, децентрализацией и клиентоориентированностью. Рассмотрена роль генеративного ИИ не только как инструмента автоматизации рутинных процессов, но как фактора формирования интеллектуальной среды, способной к персонализации обучения и адаптации контента в режиме реального времени. Определены риски внедрения, связанные с прозрачностью алгоритмов, утратой управляемости индивидуальными траекториями и безопасностью данных. Успешная интеграция ИИ требует смены педагогической парадигмы, где преподаватель трансформируется из транслятора знаний в модераторе и наставника, владеющего навыками промпт-инжиниринга и критического анализа.

    Обосновывается перенос методологии графовых нейронных сетей (ГНС), апробированной на датасете UCI AI4I 2020 для предиктивного обслуживания промышленных линий, на задачу анализа академических рисков обучающихся. Производственная линия формализуется как ориентированный гетерогенный граф, а Graph Attention Network (GAT) прогнозирует вероятность «каскадных сбоев» с F1 = 0,891 и упреждением в 2,4 цикла. Проводится педагогическая интерпретация результатов: узлы графа соответствуют образовательным модулям, а рёбра – логическим и мотивационным зависимостям, что создаёт основу для индивидуализации сопровождения.

    Отказ Сочинского института РУДН от выпускных квалификационных работ бакалавров-юристов поставил перед юридическим образованием практический вопрос: чем заменить традиционный диплом, если нейросети генерируют юридические тексты на техническом уровне, сопоставимом со студенческим? В статье предлагается конкретный ответ – дипломный проект по правовому проектированию для организации с высокой степенью нормативной неопределенности, органично увязанный с производственной практикой студента на старшем курсе. Статья адресована разработчикам образовательных программ и преподавателям юридических дисциплин и может быть использована при проектировании новых форм итоговой аттестации.

    В статье обосновано применение учебной риск-матрицы P×S как инструмента сценарного анализа рисков в кампусной среде при реализации дисциплины «Безопасность жизнедеятельности и основы военной подготовки». Методика направлена на формирование у студентов практико-ориентированной культуры безопасности: выявление опасностей, оценку вероятности и тяжести последствий, выбор барьеров и расчет остаточного риска. Показано, что матрица выполняет расчетно-оценочную и дидактическую функции, объединяя нормативно-инженерный блок БЖД с алгоритмизацией действий, дисциплиной и групповым взаимодействием в модуле основ военной подготовки.

    Статья посвящена анализу основных трудностей перевода терминологических единиц в медицинском дискурсе. Актуальность исследования обусловлена высокой ответственностью за точность передачи информации в медицинской сфере, стремительным развитием медицинской науки и отсутствием единых межъязыковых терминологических стандартов. В работе систематизированы ключевые проблемы перевода, включая полисемию и многозначность терминов, терминологическую синонимию, наличие межъязыковых омонимов («ложных друзей переводчика»), сложности расшифровки и передачи аббревиатур, перевод безэквивалентной лексики и эпонимов. Обосновывается необходимость синтеза высокой лингвистической компетенции, глубоких предметных знаний в области медицины и постоянного обновления терминологической базы для обеспечения адекватного перевода медицинских текстов.

    This chapter examines trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the current context of digital economic transformation. The relevance of this study stems from the pervasive trend toward digitalization in the Russian Federation, which encompasses a wide range of industries. The aim of this study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems and develop a standard model for the development and transformation of industrial enterprise ecosystems. The theoretical and methodological basis of this study is comprised of empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (systems analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, and decision-making) methods. The paper describes the tools that support the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems and provides examples of their successful implementation. Based on an analysis of publications by Russian scholars, principles are formulated, development strategies are described, and a standard model for the transformation of industrial enterprise ecosystems is proposed.

  • Transformation of the banking risk management system in the context of macroeconomic instability

    The chapter examines the impact of risks on the performance efficiency of banking institutions. The nature of banking activities is inherently linked to risk-taking; however, under the conditions of sanction pressure, market volatility, and tightening regulatory requirements, conventional risk management approaches are no longer sufficient to ensure the stability of even major financial institutions. Using the case of Moscow Credit Bank, a systemically important bank, the study investigates how external shocks and internal management decisions transform its risk profile. The research is based on the analysis of the bank's consolidated financial statements for 2023–2025, including the assessment of the dynamics of key financial indicators, the structure of the loan portfolio and loan loss provisions, liquidity ratios, and market multiples. The study identifies critical risk areas and proposes a comprehensive set of measures to mitigate each of them.

    The chapter examines the problem of protecting the rights of subjects in the digital ecosystem – an environment organized around a platform, where traditional counterparties are replaced by a multilateral technological construct. It demonstrates the inseparability of socio-economic and legal aspects: information asymmetry and bargaining power imbalances, network effects, lock-in, and algorithmic mediation devalue instruments designed for bilateral relations. The methodological framework includes systemic and functional approaches, formal-legal and comparative-legal analysis, as well as legal modeling. The result is a four-level protection model (normative, institutional, procedural-jurisdictional, and techno-legal levels), arranged in order of increasing specialization and automation. Barriers hindering the exercise of rights are identified – information asymmetry and bargaining power imbalances, opacity of algorithms, cross-border nature of conflicts, and user lock-in to the platform. Guidelines for improvement are outlined: priority of prevention and "protection by design," genuine accessibility of procedures, mandatory explainability of algorithms, co-regulation, and harmonization of international standards.

    The chapter examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence on the transformation of the social ecosystem, understood as a set of interdependent institutions, norms, practices, social roles and communication channels whose stability is maintained through the coordination of expectations among its elements. Generative AI is considered an actor in terms of the consequences of its inclusion in social relations and a quasi-subject in terms of how it is perceived in communication, while being neither a subject nor an instrument in the traditional sense. The genealogy of the quasi-subject concept is traced through comparison with actor-network theory, the theory of social action and the concept of «other sociality». The crises of education, the labour market, law and science are interpreted as a system of ecosystem contradictions and ruptures arising from incompatible institutional requirements concerning AI use. The chapter introduces the concept of multiple local social consensuses, each representing a particular way of closing the AI «black box», analyses the mechanisms that generate trust in AI through the concepts of the black box and simulacra, and proposes principles for restoring coherence within the social ecosystem.

    This work provides a comprehensive analysis of the process of institutionalization of a specialist's personal brand in the field of choreographic art as a strategic resource that determines the trajectory of professional development in the modern cultural economy. The author explores the transformation of this phenomenon from a peripheral element of self-presentation to a system-forming imperative, which is driven by a combination of factors: the high density of the cultural services market, which requires the differentiation of actors through the construction of unique identities; the fundamental shift in audience expectations towards building an emotional and meaningful connection with the creator; and the expansion of digital communication channels, which democratize access to audiences and impose new requirements on the authenticity of content. The central thesis of the study is the formation of a qualitatively new model of professional subjectivity that emerges at the intersection of artistic creativity and symbolic economics. Within this model, artistic value ceases to exist in isolation from its market and media dimensions, seamlessly integrating into the brand structure and becoming the core of a convertible intangible asset. The study explores the mechanisms by which reputation capital is transformed into tangible economic and social benefits, including investment attraction, contractual agreements, and the creation of loyal audiences. Thus, the text substantiates the dual navigation of a modern professional in the field of choreographic art, who is forced to synthesize artistic meanings and aesthetic innovations with the skills of effective self-representation in order to achieve sustainable success.
