    Abstract:
    The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

    Abstract:
    In today's world, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, society is facing changes in the ways of communication, interaction, social relations, and the structure of modern society. This article analyzes the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life and explores ways to improve its use. In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation. The relevance of this topic lies in the need to understand both the positive and negative consequences of the introduction of AI into everyday life, as well as to find ways for society to adapt to the new realities associated with the integration of artificial intelligence into communication systems.

    Abstract:
    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation. The research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches by different authors, and practical examples.

    The article explores the motives of Russian citizens choosing long-term life insurance, reveals the importance of this tool in the process of accumulating family capital and ensuring the stability of future generations. Special attention is paid to the problems of the prevalence and demand for such contracts in modern Russia, and possible ways to increase interest in this financial mechanism are being considered. Recommendations are presented to improve the current situation, including government initiatives and modernization of the insurance products themselves.

    The article provides a comprehensive analysis of dental tourism as one of the dynamically developing segments of medical tourism. The key reasons that motivate patients to receive dental services abroad are considered. The analysis of possible consequences on the economic opportunities of the healthcare system is carried out. The positive economic impact of dental tourism on recipient countries has been investigated. The risks for patients related to the quality of services provided, legal insecurity, language barrier, and postoperative follow-up are considered. The directions of repatriation of dental patients in the context of ensuring national medical security have been developed.

  • Risks and Limitations of VR Technologies in Education: The Case of a Russian History Course in Secondary Vocational Education

    Abstract:
    The paper examines the pedagogical risks and limitations of using virtual reality technologies in teaching Russian history at the level of secondary vocational education. The methodological framework combines comparative and theoretical–methodological analysis of Russian and international studies on VR technologies with a classification of the risks identified by researchers. On this basis, we distinguish cognitive, value–semantic, and emotional–psychophysiological groups of risks and demonstrate how they manifest themselves in the context of teaching Russian history within the system of secondary vocational education. The study substantiates the need to design VR episodes as integral components of holistic instructional situations that explicitly take these risks and limitations into account. The paper also outlines directions for further research related to a more detailed elaboration of organizational–methodological and technical constraints.

    Annotation (in English): The article is devoted to the study of modern digital technologies that have a significant impact on the transformation of educational processes. The key areas of technology integration are considered: adaptive learning systems based on artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies, the use of big data and learning analytics, as well as the development of massive open online courses (MOOCs) and blended learning formats. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of implementing these technologies in the higher education process and their impact on the development of students' digital competencies. An analysis of potential benefits is carried out, including increasing the level of personalization, interactivity and accessibility of education.   • AI Assistants as Tutors: Ethical Boundaries for Using Neural Networks to Personalize Programming Education

    The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality. The article offers a model for the balanced use of AI assistants based on the principles of pedagogical support, the development of critical thinking and the formation of digital hygiene among students. Поднят вопрос этических и регуляторных аспектов внедрения ИИ в образование, необходимость педагогического сопровождения технологических решений. Автор делает вывод, что ИИ выступает в роли помощника педагога, а не его замены, сохраняя за человеком приоритет в ценностном содержании образования.

    Abstract:
    The article examines horse riding, a traditional martial art of the nomadic peoples of the Great Steppe, which has gone through a centuries–old path to modern sports. Special attention is paid to the causes and mechanisms of the revival of horse riding in modern Russia since 2005. The author reveals the multifaceted potential of horse riding as a tool for patriotic education and socialization of young people: strengthening physical health; familiarization with Cossack culture and historical traditions; development of teamwork skills, responsibility and quick decision-making; the formation of empathy and skills of interaction with a living being. It is concluded that riding is not only a sports field, but also an effective mechanism for preserving cultural heritage, transferring national traditions and forming vital competencies among the younger generation.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос феномена академической тревожности у студентов через призму когнитивной психологии. Основное внимание уделяется роли когнитивных искажений – систематических ошибок в мышлении – как ключевого механизма, связывающего восприятие академических ситуаций с развитием хронического стресса и тревоги. Анализируются наиболее распространенные искажения в учебном контексте, такие как катастрофизация, черно-белое мышление и персонализация. Статья демонстрирует, как эти паттерны мышления искажают восприятие экзаменов, публичных выступлений и обратной связи, порождая эмоциональное напряжение и снижая академическую эффективность. В заключении представлен комплекс практических стратегий помощи, основанных на принципах когнитивно-поведенческой терапии (КПТ), включающих методы когнитивной реструктуризации, развитие навыков осознанности и организационные изменения в образовательной среде, направленные на снижение уровня тревожности и повышение психологического благополучия студентов.

    В статье рассматривается проблема трансформации профессиональной компетентности специалиста по маркетинговым коммуникациям под влиянием технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ). Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью разработки адекватных образовательных программ, соответствующих высоким требованиям ИИ-эры. На основе методологии профессиональных стандартов (включая принципы Американской маркетинговой ассоциации) разработана трехдоменная модель цифровой компетенции маркетолога: техническая (управление данными, промпт-инжиниринг, автоматизация), профессиональная (стратегическое мышление, креативное лидерство, гибкость) и этическая (смягчение предвзятости, прозрачность, конфиденциальность). Особое внимание уделяется анализу содержания ключевых индикаторов, таких как «Промпт-инжиниринг» и «Смягчение предвзятости», которые становятся критическими для обеспечения эффективности и этичности коммуникационных стратегий. Впервые предложенный комплексный подход позволяет не только описать структуру компетенции, но и заложить методологическую основу для ее диагностики и оценки уровня сформированности в педагогическом процессе. В заключительной части статьи обосновывается необходимость перехода от теоретического описания модели к разработке конкретного диагностического инструментария, что является ключевым условием для управления качеством профессиональной подготовки маркетологов нового поколения.

    В статье рассматривается влияние цифровой зрелости предприятий на их экономические результаты. Анализ основан на данных 8 412 компаний промышленности и сервисного сектора за период 2015–2024 гг. Представлены теоретические подходы к пониманию цифрового капитала, методология формирования индекса цифровой зрелости IDM и результаты кластеризации предприятий по уровню цифровой интеграции. Выявлены группы компаний с различной структурой цифровых компетенций и показано, что высокие уровни зрелости связаны с качественным переходом в динамике выручки.
