    Abstract:
    In the context of the digital transformation of education, accounting for learners’ individual characteristics has become especially important. This article explores the opportunities and limitations of digital technologies as a tool for personalizing contemporary education. It examines the theoretical foundations of the personalized approach and analyzes practical applications of personalization through digital educational platforms. The study is based on an analytical approach, including a review of publications on digital personalization in education and a comparative analysis of empirical studies on the effects of digital technologies on learners’ motivation, engagement, and academic outcomes. The article also discusses the main limitations of personalization technologies. It concludes that integrating digital technologies into education can improve learning effectiveness.

    Abstract:
    The article summarizes the practical experience of integrating digital tools into mathematics education in face-to-face, remote, and extracurricular formats. Based on empirical data, the article examines the capabilities of interactive whiteboards, dynamic environments (GeoGebra, Desmos), video conferencing platforms, and neural networks (GigaChat, YandexGPT, DeepSeek). It is proven that the effectiveness of ICT depends not on technical characteristics, but on the didactic validity of their inclusion in the educational process. The article substantiates the need to create a unified digital ecosystem for teachers that ensures the continuity of different forms of education. The article concludes that a teacher's methodological flexibility is a crucial factor in the successful digitalization of mathematics education.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the current issues of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the training process of students specializing in Land Management and Cadastre. It analyzes the key areas of AI application in the educational environment and provides examples of integrating neural network algorithms into academic disciplines. Special attention is given to a practice-oriented approach, with the presentation of an author's development - a detailed plan for a practical lesson on automatic object recognition for land surveying purposes. The article concludes that the role of future specialists is transforming from an executor to an analyst-strategist.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of this research topic stems from the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of "A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment," "Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship," and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project "Safe, High-Quality Roads," completed in 2024, has not fully addressed the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and the implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network.

    В статье рассматривается роль искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) как инструмента социальной архитектуры в контексте современных урбанистических практик. Анализируются концептуальные основы применения ИИ-технологий для проектирования социальных пространств, управления городской инфраструктурой и формирования новых моделей социального взаимодействия. Предлагается теоретическая рамка, интегрирующая подходы социальной архитектуры, социологии города и компьютерных наук. Обосновывается тезис о том, что искусственный интеллект выступает не только техническим средством оптимизации городских процессов, но и фактором глубинного переструктурирования социальных отношений, пространственных практик и режимов управления. На основе анализа отечественных и зарубежных практик (Сингапур, Барселона, Москва, Хельсинки) выявляются ключевые тенденции, возможности и риски использования ИИ в проектировании городской среды. Исследуются амбивалентные эффекты алгоритмического управления городом — от повышения качества жизни и демократизации планирования до рисков алгоритмической дискриминации, эрозии публичного пространства и размывания демократической подотчётности. Особое внимание уделяется этическим и социокультурным аспектам внедрения алгоритмических систем в процессы градостроительного планирования. Делается вывод о необходимости формирования междисциплинарного подхода, учитывающего как технологический потенциал ИИ, так и гуманистические ценности устойчивого городского развития.

    Abstract:
    The presented article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the category "competitiveness" in the context of its implementation in the problematic field of the tourism industry. The author substantiates the polysemy and multilevel nature of the phenomenon under study, determined by the dichotomy of objective economic laws and subjective behavioral patterns of consumers. Based on a critical review of the existing paradigms (structural-functional, resource-oriented and institutional), the heuristic limitations of classical approaches in relation to the tourism sector are revealed.

    Abstract:
    Microfinance institutions are demonstrating a consistently high rate of expansion worldwide. In the Russian Federation, these organizations play a vital role in the financial ecosystem. They provide access to loans for small businesses, and their services are also important for individuals whose income levels do not allow them to qualify for standard banking products. The existing microloan regulation system in Russia requires development, as the microfinance sector is characterized by serious problems, including high interest rates, risky lending terms, and unfair practices by some lenders. The purpose of this study is to examine the development of microloan regulation in Russia. This chapter utilizes research methods such as theoretical source analysis, statistical data, and comparative analysis. Indicators characterizing the performance of microfinance organizations in the Russian Federation for 2021–2025 were analyzed. An analysis of microcredit development in the Russian Federation revealed an increase in the microloan portfolio size, the share of online loans in the microloan portfolio, and the microloan portfolio turnover rate. However, a simultaneous decrease in the median ROE and an increase in the share of outstanding debt (for which the principal is overdue by 90 days or more) were also observed. Further development of microloan regulation in Russia is necessary. Particular attention should be paid to reducing the maximum cost of credit, tightening macroprudential limits, automating the blocking of illegal lenders, and improving the financial literacy of the population.

    В статье исследуется трансформация механизмов страхования внешнеторговой деятельности под воздействием военного конфликта на Ближнем Востоке, нарушившего свободу судоходства в Ормузском проливе. На основе анализа динамики страховых премий, стоимости фрахта и изменений в маршрутизации грузов показано, что проявление военно-политических рисков привело к кратному росту тарифов на страхование морских перевозок (вплоть до 12 раз), аннулированию ранее оформленных полисов и переориентации транспортных потоков в обход Африки.

It is concluded that the ecosystem of VTB Bank (PJSC) has a positive impact on the formation and development of small businesses.

    Abstract:
    This chapter explores the transformation of pedagogical approaches in the context of digital information abundance. The author substantiates the need to shift from the classical educational paradigm of knowledge accumulation to a strategy of developing «cognitive immunity». Drawing on J. Baudrillard's concept of simulacra, D. Kahneman's theory of two systems of thinking, and the methodological standards of R. Paul and L. Elder, the paper proposes a toolkit for «intellectual resistance» to algorithmic distortions. Particular attention is paid to D. Halpern's four-stage model and the implementation of «slow reading» and «zones of intellectual discomfort» practices as ways to overcome fragmentation of consciousness and restore learner agency in the age of hyperreality.

Анализируются лингвистические и когнитивные особенности билингвального развития, а также ограничения традиционных методов обучения. Особое внимание уделяется технологиям искусственного интеллекта, включая машинное обучение и технологии обработки речи и текста, которые позволяют создавать персонализированные и адаптивные образовательные среды, способные учитывать языковые особенности детей. Рассматриваются современные тенденции и перспективы развития искусственного интеллекта в языковом образовании. Делается вывод о высоком потенциале данных технологий для повышения эффективности обучения и более точной оценки языкового развития.

    Статья исследует потенциал нейроарт-технологий как комплексного инструмента развития и коррекции психических функций у детей с риском ОВЗ, а также укрепления психологического здоровья в семье. Нейроарт-технологии предлагаются как инновационный инструмент для ранней помощи детям с риском ОВЗ, направленный на развитие когнитивных и эмоциональных функций, а также укрепление семейных связей. Подход основан на синтезе нейропсихологических концепций и арт-терапии, адаптирован для домашних условий и предполагает совместную деятельность родителя и ребенка. Методика включает лепку, рисование и другие творческие занятия, активизирующие мозг, мелкую моторику и межполушарное взаимодействие. Результатом становится снижение тревожности у детей, стимуляция развития психических функций и укрепление детско-родительских отношений. Таким образом, нейроарт эффективно интегрирует научные знания с доступной практикой для целенаправленного развития ребёнка.

Основным результатом исследования стало обоснование необходимости комплексного, системного подхода, объединяющего усилия психолога, педагога и семьи для профилактики дезадаптации и обеспечения благополучного вхождения ребенка в школьную жизнь.

    Статья написана по материалам доклада Института образования НИУ ВШЭ «Мировая образовательная политика 2025: тренды, реформы, решения» и носит реферативно-аналитический характер. Автор сосредотачивается на разделе, касающемся глобальных трендов интеграции искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) и нейросетевых технологий в образование на основе анализа реформ 2024–2025 гг. в ключевых странах мира. Описываются три основные модели внедрения: жёсткое европейское регулирование, государственно-централизованная китайская стратегия и рыночно-партнёрская американская экосистема. На основе доклада формулируются ключевые педагогические, этические и управленческие проблемы, с которыми сталкивается российская система образования, и предлагаются возможные пути их решения с учётом национального контекста и международного опыта.
