    Abstract:
    The article is aimed at studying the impact of the transition to distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic on the psycho-emotional state of students of younger adolescence, namely on the level of anxiety and the appearance of specific learning fears. This topic does not lose its relevance to this day, because some schools still use this format, and it is important for adults (teachers and parents) to know and understand the condition of students. The results of the study showed a high level of anxiety of students during the transition to distance learning and such educational fears as the fear of a situation of testing knowledge on camera, the fear of technical failure and other educational fears specific to this format.

    Abstract:
    This work is aimed at studying the features of the manifestation of learning fears in boys and girls of early adolescence during school time during normal times and during the transition to distance learning in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study showed the presence of specific learning fears during the pandemic, as well as the relationship between the personality type of younger adolescents (masculine, feminine and androgynous) and learning fears such as “experiencing social stress”, “fear of a situation of knowledge testing”, “fear of not meeting expectations of others”, as well as “problems and fears in relationships with teachers”, “general school anxiety” and “low physiological resistance to stress”.

    The need to implement the constitutional rights of persons with disabilities to receive higher professional education, including in a medical university. When receiving medical education, students with disabilities need to create an inclusive educational space, the leading role in which is played by the inclusive competence of teachers and their willingness to build constructive inclusive interaction. The readiness of medical university teachers for inclusive interaction is ensured by the development and implementation of a program to create an inclusive educational space and organize the training of teachers under an additional professional development program.

    Abstract:
    Currently, considerable attention is paid to the role of the substantive-spatial environment in the functioning of educational institutions, from preschool institutions to higher educational institutions. The aim of the exploratory study was to examine teachers' perceptions of the substantive-spatial environment of secondary school. The study was conducted by online polling in Google form using a pilot questionnaire that included questions-statements regarding various aspects of the school's substantive-spatial environment. The respondents were 39 school teachers (33 women and 6 men). When processing the results, φ*-criterium of the Fisher angular transformation was used. The results of the study showed that the teachers showed the greatest unanimity, characterizing in general their positive attitude towards design innovations at school, and equally unanimously they did not agree that the substantive-spatial environment of the school was indifferent to them; it was shown that about two-thirds of the surveyed teachers showed interest in improving various aspects of the substantive-spatial environment of the school, which made it possible to identify their preferences in the design of the school interior (living plants, places for quiet rest, color scheme, etc.); it was noted, although less common, but also found in teachers, resistance to design innovations in the school substantive-spatial environment, varying from neutral to conservative.

    Abstract:
    In this chapter, on the example of East Flanders (a region of Belgium), the pedagogical influence of urban public space on the socialization of children is considered. There are two points of view on the relationship between children and the urban area. It is possible to define relations from the point of view of the need to protect children from the dangers posed by the city, the signs of which are the spatial segregation of children into separate play spaces. Children should be able to move independently and safely around the urban public space in order to make full use of the communication opportunities offered by the city; this leads to the establishment of such criteria for the infrastructure of the city that would be favorable for children. At the same time, urban public space should be considered as a co-teacher. Three cases from the Belgian city of Gent are presented to illustrate this discussion.

    В статье рассмотрена актуальная проблема формирования культуры здоровья у подростков. Определяются условия решения проблемы посредством создания условий для занятий физической культурой и спортом, обеспечения безопасных условий для реализации потребности в двигательной активности, в том числе и в системе дополнительного образования. Рассматривается влияние занятий в спортивных секциях на формирование потребности к ведению здорового образа жизни у подростков, влияние занятий физической культурой и спортом не только на состояние здоровья, но также на повышение устойчивости к стрессовым ситуациям, повышение самооценки у подростков. Сделаны выводы, что при формировании потребности к ведению здорового образа жизни у подростков необходимо использовать средства физического воспитания с учетом индивидуальных особенностей обучающихся и уровня подготовленности. В связи с большим разнообразием видов спорта необходимо предоставлять возможность детям самостоятельно принимать взвешенное решение о том, каким видом спорта или физической культуры им было бы интересно заниматься.

    В статье представлены результаты исследования особенностей личностного самоопределения подростков 12–14 лет с ДЦП в сопоставлении со сверстниками, не имеющими ограничений в возможностях здоровья. У подростков с ДЦП выявлено преимущественно ситуативно-позитивное ценностное отношение к другому, ситуативно-негативное отношение к собственному внутреннему миру. Приводятся данные экспериментальной работы по апробации предлагаемой кейс-технологии активизации личностного самоопределения обучающихся с ДЦП.

    В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования оптимальной системы финансовых ресурсов и рационализации движения финансовых потоков в процессе воспроизводства деятельности предприятий. Установлено, что финансовые ресурсы предприятий по составу крайне неоднородны, и это обстоятельство не позволяет вырабатывать единую концепцию движения финансовых потоков в воспроизводственном процессе. Для оптимизации системы финансовых ресурсов предприятий предложено реклассифицировать их на две укрупненные группы: финансовые ресурсы, обеспечивающие простое воспроизводство, и финансовые ресурсы, обеспечивающие расширенное воспроизводство. Представлено обоснование функционального назначения конкретных видов финансовых ресурсов в рамках простого воспроизводства и расширенного, соответственно. С учетом этого разработаны и предложены модели движения финансовых потоков в процессе простого воспроизводства и в процессе расширенного воспроизводства на предприятии.

    Abstract:
    The article theoretically substantiates various methodological approaches to the implementation of the content of the academic discipline “Physical Culture and Sports” in the education system. It is noted that the bias in favor of collectivist forms of realization of the subject leads to the loss of the essential potential of the physical culture of the individual. The bias in favor of an individualistic approach impoverishes the essence of the subject in its educational aspect. It is shown that only a rationally balanced combination and taking into account the peculiarities of the discipline contributes to the creation of a special kind of space, where through dialogue young people realize their belonging both to the homo species and to the social matrix accepted by this community. The socialization of an individual through the conscious mastery of his physical self allows him to build a trajectory of personal development, using the natural potential to the fullest. The choice of forms of organization of the educational process depends on the understanding by the teaching staff of the multidimensionality of the discipline and its creative potential. The formation of an understanding of this kind is a necessary condition for the qualitative functioning of physical culture and sports in general. Modern conditions dictate the need to create a flexible model of physical education, accommodating both traditional approaches and the ability to quickly respond to real challenges of the external environment and take into account mental changes in the personality of students.

    В статье представлены результаты исследования активности подростков в социальных сетях, среднего времени активности в социальных сетях и предпочитаемые социальные сети. Показано, что большинство подростков посвящают социальным сетям в среднем 2–3 часа в сутки. Наиболее популярной социальной сетью оказалась сеть TikTok. Выявлено отсутствие влияния времени, которое подросток посвящает социальным сетям, на функции устойчивости, концентрации и переключаемости внимания.
