    The article is devoted to the formation of socialization of children. The author notes that positive, guiding and supporting qualities of trusting, authoritative adults favorably influence the formation of communicative competence of adolescents with disabilities, including the nature of their interpersonal relationships. The addiction of a younger adolescent with disabilities pushes to copy, repeat the behavior model of others who are interested and create a comfortable being in society.

The process of adaptation is straightly connected to the psychological safety of educational environment, in which a pupil occurs.     Abstract:
    The article concludes that it is necessary to create an integrated educational and professional space based on the resources of the lecturer, the system of additional education (institutes for the development of education – IDE), district educational and methodological offices (DEMO) and the educational institution (EI) in which the lecturer works, while the adaptation of education content should be adopted to the needs of the social order to additional education of a lecturer and his or her individual characteristics. The functions of EI, DEMO, IDE have been determined. That made it possible for IDE to develop a strategy for advanced training and scientific and methodological support of teachers. It is based on the principles of mutual enrichment, mutual respect and cooperation between all stakeholders of the education system and promotes the professional self-realization of teachers.

    Abstract:
    In the work on the basis of a large statistical material, data on the dynamics of growth, weight, ribcage circle and weight and height index of school-aged children in different periods of study were obtained. On the basis of mathematical and statistical analysis, a comparison was carried out, as a result of which significant age differences were revealed and the norms for each taken indicator in accordance with different levels were developed. The expediency of revising and adjusting the norms of physical development every 4 years has been proven.

    В статье анализируется проблема влияния несформированности активной жизненной позиции у подростков на развитие маскированной депрессии. Был произведен обзор научной литературы, который позволил изучить данную проблему. В подростковом возрасте семья и социум оказывают влияние на формирование внутренних ресурсов личности, которые, в свою очередь, также влияют на развитие активности и адаптивности подростка в социуме. Активная жизненная позиция связана с мотивацией, интересом к деятельности, копинг-стратегиями, эмоциональной адаптацией, осмысленностью принятия решений. Если у подростка возникает нехватка внутренних ресурсов, то у него могут возникнуть симптомы маскированной депрессии.
