In this regard, spiritual, moral and patriotic education becomes a guarantee of a correct civil position.

    Статья посвящена проблеме психологических оснований девиантного поведения подростков. В эмпирическом исследовании выявлены личностные, внутренние факторы формирования отклоняющегося поведения, связанные с субъективной картиной жизни личности. Показано, что жизненная перспектива личности девиантных подростков, в отличие от благополучных сверстников, характеризуется большим переживанием значимых событий прошлого, чем событий настоящего и будущего; девиантные подростки в большей мере приписывают ответственность за будущее внешним обстоятельствам, другим людям.

    This article presents the statistics of the development of Chuvash Republic’s educational system, describes the modern state of general (preschool, school) education. The article also describes current problems of educational system on different levels and lists possible solutions of those problems. Main attention is given to the fact that balanced development of regional systems of education is a key factor of forming unified educational system in Russian Federation. Author gives his own point of view on the creation of conditions for preservation and development of Russian people’s native languages. Special attention was given to the problems of development of system of the continuous education of teachers.

    В данной статье проведено экспериментальное исследование влияния неионизирующего электромагнитного излучения радиочастотного диапазона с частотой 925±3 МГц, длительностью импульса СВЧ 570±10 мкс на процессы созревания эритроцитов в костном мозге у потомства облученных мышей линии СВА при разных моделях спаривания. Авторами было установлено, что при 5-суточном воздействии электромагнитного излучения радиочастотного диапазона в костном мозге у потомства облученных животных развиваются отдаленные цитогенетические эффекты – увеличение числа нормохромных (НХЭ) и полихроматофильных (ПХЭ) клеток с микроядрами на фоне повышения доли эритроидных клеток.

    Abstract:
    The paper deals with the use of chemical compounds in soft wheat breeding, the role of induced mutations in plant improvement. The paper presents the effects of fungicides influence on morpho-logical and population traits of soft wheat. Laboratory experiments revealed the effects of disinfect-ants, the concentrations of their active components and the period from treatment to the formation sprouts of soft spring wheat Pavlogradka. The effect of systemic fungicides Comfort, AltSil, Ter-rasil and Alcasar was studied whet applied at recommended dose and greater than twice the normal values. They were compared with control samples without treatment. The sowing qualities of treated seeds were unstable, morphological and population traits of wheat seedlings were not homogeneous.

    The article is concerned with the problem of information and education system development as a new pedagogical system. The significance of the problem is conditioned by the mounting needs of developing digital economy and inner demand of the individual receiving higher education. The category of «information and education system» was studied and its major characteristic features were revealed; a general definition of the category in focus was formulated. A set of modified pedagogical technologies based on the information and communication technologies’ potential was researched with the purpose to identify its effectiveness on the realization of the «information and education system» as one of the pedagogical conditions. According the author of the article a set of modified pedagogical technologies should include: project based learning technology based on interactive methods of teaching, technology of contextual education, modular technology and proactive teaching technology. The basic principles uniting all chosen technologies are the principle of activity, selfsufficiency, creativity and productivity.
