    Abstract:
    In the conditions of the historically established ethnic diversity in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the complex development of market relations and the strengthening of the role of the ethnic factor, the problems of ethno-social adaptation of the indigenous population arises. The purpose of the article is to study the structure of a person's self-identification and to research various forms of identity such as ethno-cultural, linguistic and ethnic. One of the main sources for studying the problems of ethnicity was both various statistical materials, data from an ethno-sociological survey, and field ethnographic materials obtained by the author of the article in the course of expeditionary and stationary work in the uluses of the republic over the last quarter of the XX century – the beginning of the XXI century. When writing the work, the author applied both methods of field research in order to collect initial material, as well as theoretical and methodological ones. The article concludes that if there is a problem with the functioning of the Yakut language and its loss by a part of the urban Yakut population, it does not lead to the loss of Yakut identity. On the contrary, partly the loss of their native language by people of Yakut nationality, as it turned out, leads to the strengthening of their ethno-cultural identity. The dynamic of the number of Yakuts shows that the ethnic factor plays an important role in the identification of a person. The results of the work confirm the thesis that ethnicity, compensating for the weakening of civic identity, becomes a defining stratifying category, acquiring the ethnopolitical rank. In general, despite the influence of various factors, the materials of ethno-sociological studies in Yakutia showed a high degree of manifestation of both ethnic and ethno-cultural identity, and partly linguistic.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the issue of ethnic and civic identity of student youth, the education of a culture of interethnic relations in an educational institution. The article presents an analysis of the literature on the problem under consideration, considers state approaches to solving issues of ethnicity and citizenship. The relevance of the study is due to the reasons that require a timely response to the changes taking place in the modern multi-ethnic space. The multinationality of the Russian Federation, the ambiguity of historically established interethnic relations, the active development in the minds of modern youth of attitudes not only towards material, but also spiritual globalization, allow us to pay special attention to the process of forming ethnic and civic identity of the individual. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the formation of ethnic and civic identity and to identify their relationship in the student environment. The author cites the results of his own empirical studies of the general civic and ethnic identity of university students. The use of the methods of questioning, interviewing, observation and generalization of pedagogical experience helped the author in determining the main directions of ethno-cultural education of students. Ethnic identity is a necessary step in the formation of citizenship of student youth, it makes it easier and faster to interact with representatives of other ethnic groups, unites and helps to adapt to new cultural conditions.

В 2020 г. по инициативе ЭБС «Лань» при поддержке нескольких вузов появились сетевые электронные библиотеки (СЭБ), которые позже слились в объединенный Консорциум сетевых электронных библиотек, состоящий из шести тематических направлений по профилю вузов-участников. Фонд СЭБ – это учебная и научная литература, изданная вузами-участниками, для совместного бесплатного использования. Анализ использования научных периодических изданий Чувашского государственного института культуры и искусств в Консорциуме СЭБ показал их востребованность среди участников проекта.

    Abstract:
    This article is devoted to the problem of maintaining and preserving the ethnic culture and language of the Chuvash living in Western Siberia. The purpose of the work is to initiate the beginning of linguistic and, in general, ethnographic studies of this diaspora group of the Chuvash people, the existence of which is an interesting scientific problem. The author mainly relies on the already published scientific developments of Siberian scientists. In fact, these studies are written in the genre of an essay. It provides information about the language, demographic situation, folklore and religion of the Chuvash of the specified region. Studies have shown that the Chuvash of the metropolis and Siberia retain many common features in traditions, customs, religious practice and culture. Their first generation tries to preserve the ethnic culture to the maximum extent possible. The new settlers, as a rule, speak the language and observe the traditional ritual and festive culture, while representatives of the Chuvash Republic often take a significant part in their life. Subsequent generations are more exposed to the processes of language shift and de-ethnization. Observations show that in order to maintain and preserve an ethnic culture, it is extremely important to recognize the need to maintain an ethnic language.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of maintaining and preserving Mari ethnic culture in the conditions of an internal diaspora. The purpose of the article is to identify the conditions for maintaining and to determine the prospects for preserving Moscow Maris’ ethnic culture in Moscow’s multicultural urban space. Methods. In 2019–2021, the author of the article conducted a sociolinguistic survey in the Mari diaspora of the Moscow region; the selective sample includes 106 respondents (100 respondents belong to the first generation of the Mari diaspora, six to the second). One of the aspects of the survey was to study markers of ethnic identity in two generations of the diaspora. Results. The results, obtained in the interviews, reveal that Mari culture (knowledge and observance of Mari traditions and customs) is one of the key markers of ethnic identity in the first generation (coming only third after the small homeland and the Mari language markers). Respondents in the second generation demonstrate remnant knowledge of ethnic cultural practices due to a weak intergenerational transmission of the Mari language. The author concludes that in order to preserve ethnic traditions and customs in the diaspora, it is extremely important to maintain an ethnic language; at the same time, as the world practice of revitalizing minority languages shows, ethnic culture can be viewed as a source of initiation into an ethnic language, and later become a channel for its maintenance.

    В условиях процессов глобализации и обострения межэтнических отношений в современном мире актуальным является изучение влияния уровня образования на межэтнические взаимодействия. Мы рассмотрели проблему взаимосвязи образования и межнациональных отношений на примере многонационального региона Ближнего Востока. В качестве испытуемых мы изучали палестинцев и израильтян. Цель исследования – проанализировать взаимосвязь между характеристиками переживания межнациональных отношений и уровнем образованности субъектов. Ведущим методом исследования является «метод переживания» Л.Р. Фахрутдиновой. Результаты показали, что палестинцы и израильтяне имеют схожий уровень образования, и фактор образования не влияет на пространственно-временные и информационно-энергетические характеристики переживания межнациональных отношений. Выявлены существенные различия в энергетических, пространственно-временных характеристиках переживания межнациональных отношений. Результаты показали, что уровень образования не влияет на переживание межнационального конфликта, этот научный факт может иметь как прикладное значение в регулировании межэтнических отношений, так и теоретическое значение для понимания природы межэтнических конфликтов.

    In the development of modern ethnic cultures, there is a paradoxical situation: the more powerful the onset of comprehensive globalization, aimed at the destruction of national cultures, the more actively they develop. “To blame”, in our opinion, is the ethnocultural code, which rebelled against the dominance of the virus of the death of national cultures and thus led to the flourishing, boom of ethnic cultures. Convincing evidence of this is the deep fundamental processes of revival taking place in the Chuvash national culture. Thus, the unique Kokelev International Plein Air has rightfully become a synthesis of the picturesque national schools of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The national TV and radio company “Chavash En” was established. Recreated “Chuvashkino”, designed to develop their national culture. There is a return from oblivion of the runic writing of the Chuvash people. A program for the development of the Chuvash language was adopted. And, as it were, the apotheosis of the renaissance of the Chuvash ethnic culture was the establishment of the Chuvash Embroidery Day on November 26 by the Decree of the Head of the Chuvash Republic. Globalization pressure is also causing an increase in interest in learning about other cultures. we tell about this phenomenon on the example of Chuvashia and Azerbaijan. In soviet times in Azerbaijan, few people knew that the Chuvash were a Turkic people. Tatarstan knew, Bashkortostan knew, and the Chuvash – the Turkic people – didn't [6]. The aim of our work is to study the interaction of Chuvash and Azerbaijani cultures in historical retrospect, as well as to draw the attention of scientists of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan to this problem, which is of great cognitive and scientific importance. The author comes to the conclusion that scientists-humanitarians of Chuvashia, Russia and Azerbaijan can and should combine their efforts to create a comprehensive study of the interaction of the cultures of the Chuvash and Azerbaijani nations in historical retrospect.

    The article examines the problems of the formation of ethnic self-awareness of university students in the process of teaching the discipline «Theory and methods of ethnocultural education». The relevance of the study is determined by the state policy that elevates culture to the rank of national priorities and recognizes it as the most important factor in the harmonization of public relations, the guarantor of the preservation of a single cultural space and territorial integrity. The purpose of the article is to consider the issues of content-methodological and educational plan in the formation and development of ethnic self-consciousness of students of higher educational institutions in the process of teaching the dissertation "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education". The analysis of normative-legal and legislative acts in the field of culture and education, observation, and the method of generalization of pedagogical experience allowed us to identify effective forms and means of ethno-cultural education of students. The data of a sociological survey conducted before and after studying the discipline "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education" among students of the training direction "Folk Art Culture" of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts are presented in the article. Based on the data obtained by such criteria as the level of formation of ethnonigilism, ethnic indifference, positive ethnic identity, ethno-egoism, ethno-isolationism, ethno-fanaticism, conclusions were drawn about the positive result of the study and recommendations were made for the development of ethnic self-knowledge of students in the course of studying the discipline "Theory and Methodology of ethno-cultural education".

    Проблема формирования позитивной этнической идентичности у детей и подростков из гетероэтнических семей обусловлена их включением в две культуры одновременно, что сказывается на процессах самоидентификации и личностном развитии. С помощью методов: методики Дж. Финни, измеряющая выраженность этнической идентичности; анкеты по изучению валентности и определенности этнической идентичности Н.М. Лебедевой и А.Н. Татарко; опросника М.В. Верещагиной «Изучение структуры этнической идентичности» мы выявили особенности этнической идентичности чеченских подростков из гетероэтнических семей. Исходя из результатов исследования, был проведен тренинг, направленный на повышение позитивности и определенности этнической идентичности подростков, реализация которого позволила отметить положительную динамику по показателям этнической идентичности у подростков из гетероэтнических семей.

    The article reveals the specifics of the methodology for studying ethnic elements of culture. The nomological paradigm of reflection of the socio-humanitarian sphere constituted the scientific status of ethno-cultural knowledge, at the same time leveling the subjective aspects, created a unification of forms and content, which inevitably led to a distortion of its actual parameters. As a tool for overcoming the imperfection of the classical principles of reflecting the phenomena of ethnic culture, they proposed a method of mosaic reconstruction that allows us to identify the relationship between elements of ethnic culture on the basis of common values. Mosaic reconstruction of ethnic culture reveals the logical relationship between its elements, forms of manifestation, and the totality of prerequisites and grounds. In a general sense, the method of mosaic reconstructions involves the following procedures, such as fixing specific ethnic elements of culture, creating a complex of links of ethnocultural integrity, determining the principles of interaction of system elements with the external and internal environment, applying the mechanism for restoring cultural integrity based on the principles of a cultural research program, visualizing a holistic image ethnic culture. The methodology of mosaic reconstruction is based on the fact that culture is the product of a social form of existence that expresses itself in the corresponding spheres of social activity, the restoration of which in its entirety is a necessary condition for creating an exhaustive image of culture. The author comes to the conclusion that mosaic reconstruction of ethnic culture reveals the logical relationship between its elements, forms of manifestation, and the totality of prerequisites and grounds.

    This theoretical analysis is devoted to the problem of conflicts during pubertal growth stage, the object of which is adolescents during puberty (11–14 years old). At this age, the clash between the tension that goes with the formation of personality and external conflicts with various social structures, which inevitably affect the construction of the personality, character and value system of adolescents, seems to be the most pronounced. This period is interesting because it complicates relationships with parents, other adults, and peers, which are accompanied by diverse, complex, and often contradictory experiences. The desire for independence and self-reliance increases, and self-awareness develops. If adults do not take into account these age-related needs and their attitude to adolescents does not change, there is a risk of deviations in behavior and personality formation, the formation of negative character traits, and the development of inadequate self-esteem. To reveal the nature of interpersonal conflicts and specific training and education in schools with multiethnic environment in order to achieve this communicative competence of those who work in such an environment, and determine strategies for resolving conflict, allegations of conflict in various scientific sources, types of conflicts and those that are characteristic of these schools, the reasons and strategies of conflict resolution and the use of teaching materials and lessons for developing skills, positive attitudes and strategies of conflict resolution in students. But we consider the empirical material collected here and now to be the most valuable source of information, because only with the help of empirical methods we can get an objective idea of the state of this problem in modern conditions. To achieve this communicative competence of those who work in such an environment, and to identify strategies for conflict resolution, statements about conflict in various scientific sources, types of conflicts and those that are characteristic of these schools, causes and strategies for conflict resolution, and the use of educational materials and lessons to develop positive attitude skills and strategies for conflict resolution in students. But we consider the empirical material collected here and now to be the most valuable source of information, because only with the help of empirical methods can we get an objective idea of the state of this problem in modern conditions. The relevance of this problem lies in the fact that in everyday communication with children, we are increasingly faced with such a reaction as aggression. Ethnic conflicts often go unnoticed by teachers, but lead to serious consequences for the weakened child's mental health.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of maintaining and preserving the ethnic musical culture of the Mari people in the conditions of the diaspora. The purpose of the article is to determine the prospects for preserving the ethnic musical culture of members of the Mari diaspora in the framework of integration processes in the multicultural Moscow region. Methods. The article is based on the data obtained when conducting a sociolinguistic survey in the Mari diaspora of the Moscow region; the selective sampling include 100 respondents, all of them are natives of the Republic of Mari El or places of traditional compact settlement of the Mari ethnic group, currently living in Moscow or in the Moscow region. One of the aspects of the survey was to study the respondents’ language loyalty, which indirectly manifests itself in in the knowledge and observance of ethnic musical culture. In particular, the respondents were asked questions about the language or languages in which they are likely to sing or listen to songs, about the value and significance of Mari songs in their lives. Based on their answers, tables, reflecting the results, were drawn. Results. According to the results of the sociolinguistic survey in the Mari diaspora, a vast majority of the respondents (96%) listen to (and/or sing) songs in their ethnic language one way or another, under completely different circumstances and using a wide range of modern technologies and telecommunications. The representatives of the Mari Diaspora take an active part in various cultural and musical events, which are held not only within the framework of the ethnic Mari community in Moscow, but also on the private initiative of young Mari activists. The author concludes that the ethnic musical culture, which the members of the Diaspora maintain both independently and in groups, undoubtedly plays an important role in uniting the Moscow Mari people and attracting new members of the Mari Diaspora, it slows down assimilation processes and contributes to the preservation of their ethnic and cultural identity.

    Abstract:
    The comparative results of the 15-year study on stereotypical associations regarding the ethnonym “Uzbeks” among uzbek youth are presented in the article. Methods. The main components of the content of the ethnic autostereotype of uzbek youth at the beginning of our century (2003–2005) and today are revealed by the method of associative experiment. Comparative analysis of the results of the association experiment in the context of 15 years showed a significant increase in the role of “personal traits” in the characteristics of their ethnic group, as opposed to a sharp reduction in the share of traditional activities and their products. Results. It is pointed out that despite the fact that the concepts related to national clothing retain their leading positions (for example “tyubeteika”, “atlas”, etc.) and objects of national life (“lagan”, “tandyr” etc.), the strengthening of ethnic self-perception through the historical prism and geographical features was recorded, which may be a consequence of active educational work, which focusing on historical achievements and the special geostrategic position of the country. It is concluded that the results obtained can be a sign of noticeable shifts in the national consciousness of uzbek youth, which are manifested in the shift of attention from the external attributes of the traditional way of life of the ethnic group to the internal composition of these formal features.

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the nature of ethno-cultural education of children with health limitations, reflects the directions of studying ethnic as well as spiritual culture of small-numbered peoples of the Tomsk Region: Selkups, Tomsk Tatars, Buryats, Altai, cultural heritage of ethnic groups for the purpose of spiritual, social, moral, mental and physical development. The authors outline that ethnocultural education is a holistic process of transferring to a younger generation traditions, cultural values, social norms of the ethnic group to which they belong to as well as in environment of which they live. The essence of ethno-cultural education of schoolchildren is reviewed; the aims, key features of ethno-cultural education, and its objectives, the main of which indicates the development of children’s interethnic tolerance through acquaintance with the culture of peoples of different ethnic groups of the Tomsk Region. Also, the main mission of ethno-cultural education – the revival of the humanistic principles of intercultural communication, the dialogue of cultures and nations – is presented. The processes of ethnic and cultural identification that characterize the peoples of the Tomsk Region are the subject of research. The following main methods were applied: classes in the school library, a survey of parents living in the Tomsk Region, questionnaires, work with online sources. It is concluded that traditions formed at an early age and activities that are jointly conducted with parents have a large stable character for the spiritual and moral education and socialization of the younger generation.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of maintaining and preserving the ethnic musical culture of the Mari people in the conditions of the diaspora. The purpose of the article is to determine the prospects for preserving the ethnic musical culture of members of the Mari diaspora in the framework of integration processes in the multicultural Moscow region. Methods. The article is based on the data obtained when conducting a sociolinguistic survey in the Mari diaspora of the Moscow region; the selective sampling includes 100 respondents, all of them are natives of the Republic of Mari El or places of traditional compact settlement of the Mari ethnic group, currently living in Moscow or in the Moscow region. One of the aspects of the survey was to study the respondents’ language loyalty, which indirectly manifests itself in in the knowledge and observance of ethnic musical culture. In particular, the respondents were asked questions about the language or languages in which they are likely to sing or listen to songs, about the value and significance of Mari songs in their lives. Based on their answers, tables, reflecting the results, were drawn. Results. According to the results of the sociolinguistic survey in the Mari diaspora, a vast majority of the respondents (96%) listen to (and/or sing) songs in their ethnic language one way or another, under completely different circumstances and using a wide range of modern technologies and telecommunications.
