    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема наставничества как эффективной комплексной формы профессионального становления, которая превосходит традиционную модель передачи прикладных умений и навыков. Целью исследования является раскрытие психологических механизмов, обеспечивающих результативность наставничества, посредством интеграции положений экзистенциональной психологии. Установлено, что отношения «наставник-подопечный» формируют оптимальную среду для удовлетворения базовых психологических потребностей в автономии, компетентности и связанности, что является основой внутренней мотивации к профессиональному росту. Практическая значимость работы заключается в разработке модели экзистенциально-ориентированного наставничества, где наставник выполняет функции фасилитатора, проводника и рефлексивного партнера, что способствует целостному развитию как специальных профессиональных навыков, так и метакомпетенции. В статье особое внимание уделяется роли наставника как «экзистенциального сопровождающего», который не просто рассказывает о текущей деятельности и возможных задачах организации, но и способствует осознанности, автономии и личностной зрелости, развитию ключевых профессиональных и надпрофессиональных компетенций у нового сотрудника.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема развития критического мышления (КМ) у школьников в эпоху стремительного распространения генеративных моделей и непрозрачных цифровых систем. Исследование доказывает, что целенаправленная работа над КМ должна начинаться не ранее 7-го класса, учитывая когнитивную готовность подростков. Представлена методика, интегрированная в курс Информатики, которая использует целевые кейс-сценарии, например, «Редактирование нейросети». Эти задания формируют способность обучающихся критически оценивать информацию, выявлять «галлюцинации» ИИ, распознавать алгоритмическое смещение и анализировать качество кода. Формирующий эксперимент показал статистически значимый прирост в показателях Аналитичности (способность находить скрытые смещения и недостающую информацию) и Аргументации (способность к контраргументации и выбору оптимальных решений). Делается вывод, что Информатика является ключевой метапредметной областью, которая обеспечивает высокую трансферность развитых навыков и готовит учеников к критическому осмыслению системных ограничений.

  • Comparative analysis of two approaches to teaching and diagnosis of teaching motives

    The study focuses on a comparative analysis of the cultural-activity approach and the theory of self-determination related to learning and the diagnotics of learning motives. In addition to the theoretical analysis, the study presents the results of an empirical study of the perceptions of high school students and college students regarding learning motives, which was conducted using a voluntary, anonymous online survey conducted on a Google form. The sample consisted of 107 9th-11th grade students and college students aged 14–19 years. Four methods were used: «Diagnotics of University Students’ (and High School Students’) Learning Motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Academic Motivation Scales» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Comprehensive Assessment of Learning Motivation» (Vartanova, 2000), and «Comprehensive Assessment of Learning Motivation – Pilot Scales», which includes six scales derived from this questionnaire (Glotova, Sh ipilova, 2025). Correlation analysis (according to Spearman) and factor analysis with Varimax rotation were used to process the data. As a result of the study, multiple correlations were obtained between the scales of the four methods; factor analysis revealed the influence of the «social spectrum» learning motive factor and the three «activity spectrum» learning motive factors in the perceptions of high school students; it was shown that the differences in the distribution of the scales of the four methods relative to the identified factors are largely due to the theoretical and methodological differences between the cultural-activity approach and the theory of self-determination, which underlie the methods of diagnosing learning motivation and the learning technologies associated with these approaches.

    В статье предлагается попытка осмыслить сложную демографическую ситуацию в России. Для реализации этой цели автор стремится создать адекватную рецепцию – философско-историческую и социально-психологическую. В этой связи автором выдвигается его собственная концептуальная идея, относящаяся к одному из важнейших аспектов в характеристике демографической проблемы. «Плохую» демографию он рассматривает как своего рода «социальную болезнь», достигшую в России кульминации. По мнению автора, последняя отражает патологическое состояние современного общества, являясь следствием социального отчуждения и ложно истолкованной свободы – главных факторов разрушения института семьи и семейных ценностей. В рамках процессов эмансипации эта проблема напрямую коснулась социального положения женщины и её жизненных установок, оказав значительное влияние на её статус и психологию принятия решений. В этом же контексте, как показано в статье, в современном обществе произошла существенная трансформация гендерных отношений.

    Статья посвящена теоретическим основам развития координации у обучающихся 12–13 лет с ЗПР, также рассмотрены особенности физического воспитания обучающихся с ЗПР, факторы, влияющие на развитие координации, и принципы организации занятий физической культурой для данной категории обучающихся с использованием подвижных игр. Основные методы исследования: наблюдение, анализ школьной документации, изучение ученического творчества, беседа. Описаны основные принципы и подходы, которые следует учитывать при планировании и проведении занятий физической культурой для данной категории подростков. Предложенные конкретные рекомендации по выбору и организации подвижных игр, а также по контролю и оценке результатов позволяют эффективно развивать координационные способности у детей с ЗПР.

    Abstract:
    This article is devoted to the linguistic-cultural analysis of the background word "Brot" in comparison with its Russian conceptual equivalent хлеб in order to identify common and nationally specific differences due to the presence of cultural components on the semantic periphery of both lexemes. The lexical background of the word "Brot" is presented in the form of a lexico-phraseological field, which includes culturally marked lexical units combining both linguistic and non-linguistic content, which allowed us to interpret the background uniqueness of the lexeme in a culturally meaningful way. The relevance of the research is conditioned by the necessity of further study of the background lexicon taking into account the complex character of its non-conceptual part of meaning, possessing implicit denotative and connotative national originality, the elimination of which can have a negative impact on the act of intercultural communication. In the course of the study, we also used the methods of descriptive, comparative and component analysis, the method of critical analysis of the dictionary and dictionary definitions, which allowed us to conclude that the paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations of the word "Brot" are highly culturally unique, and revealed quantitative and qualitative differences in thematically related secondary nominations. The main material of the study is represented by culturally marked lexical units of the mentioned topics, identified by means of a continuous sampling from German explanatory, encyclopedic, phraseological and linguistic-cultural dictionaries, as well as German-Russian dictionaries.

    The article presents the results of the analysis of German secondary nominations with Schwein or Sau zoonyms. The aim of the analysis was to identify common and nationally specific features of these nominations against the background of their Russian equivalents. The relevance of this study is due to the need for a comprehensive study of secondary nominations, taking into account their axiological aspects, which have a certain cultural uniqueness and cause nationally unique semantic transformations in the lexical meaning of these units. The study used the methods of descriptive, comparative-comparative, component analysis, the method of critical dictionary analysis and dictionary definitions. These methods allowed us to conclude that the nominative potential of the secondary meanings of the German zoonym Schwein or Sau is more pronounced in comparison with their Russian equivalents. The analysis also showed a wider evaluative spectrum of German units and a greater variability of the axiological component in their lexical meaning both under the influence of the contextual environment and without it. Secondary nominations with the indicated zoonyms in their composition were selected as the main material of the study, identified by means of a continuous sampling from German explanatory, encyclopedic, phraseological and linguocultural dictionaries, German language resources, as well as German-Russian dictionaries.

Определены преобладающие в выборке уровни прокрастинации и стрессоустойчивости. Доказано отсутствие линейной корреляции между исследуемыми параметрами. Выявлены четыре типа студентов-первокурсников по определённому сочетанию уровней прокрастинации и стрессоустойчивости.

    The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

    In recent decades, there have been significant changes in management in general, and in particular in the management of education, which is associated with such processes as globalization, commercialization, public sector reforms and the emergence of the knowledge economy and society. The article discusses the main theoretical approaches developed by researchers in recent years, including the main models of management of the development of higher education. It is concluded that the applicability of a particular management model in countries is determined by the role and place of the education system in them, the historically established interaction of the education system and society. None of the considered models makes it possible to identify its advantages over other models, therefore, the development of education management models needs further development.

Актуальность выбранной темы заключается в том, что воспоминания психотравмирующей ситуации, перенесенной в детстве, вызывают деструктивное навязчивое руминационное мышление, приводящее к постоянной тревожности, страхам, фобиям, самообвинению и депрессии, однако имеют потенциал для активизации самостоятельной работы над своим мышлением в целях предотвращения хронической психологической самотравматизации и позитивной переоценки негативных мыслей, эмоций и произошедших в детстве травматических событий.
