    The article examines the formation of the professional culture of opera singers in the education system, discusses the main problems and pedagogical strategies. Problems such as the gap between academic training and practical theatrical activities, the predominance of mechanical approaches to performance and the limitations of traditional pedagogical methods are identified. Pedagogical strategies are considered that emphasize the integration of acting, musical and theatrical skills, as well as the cultivation of creative autonomy. Educational performances are considered as the most important platforms for overcoming academic and practical differences and stimulating creative growth. As a result, the development of creative independence becomes a crucial factor in giving opera singers the confidence and resilience necessary for success in the opera industry.

    Abstract:
    The historical and practical experience of choreography has a phasing and hierarchy of the levels of mental activity, which can be traced in the history of dance culture through plastic codes. The phenomenon of choreographic art in the classical ages lies in the fact that within the late XVI–XIX centuries in Europe (Italy, France, Denmark) complex cultural processes and intersections of a biosemiotic nature took place simultaneously: on the one hand, this is the formation of a ‘new’ human worldview, and on the other, the formation of a ‘new’ model of scientific and an artistic picture of the world. Where the boundaries of the art of dance (the emergence of new genres, language and style) and cultural and historical time in different countries do not always coincide. In all this, the dominant side should also exist: finding of means (a rule, a method, a norm) and forms (creative thought, will, creative impulses, creative spirit) in the transformation of the foundations of the world order.

    Abstract:
    The article describes a methodology for solving applied and creative tasks in the course of studying graphic disciplines in order to activate independent work. A general plan for solving applied and creative tasks is presented. A concrete example of solving the same graphical problem in classical and applied formulations is considered. It is revealed that the creative formulation of a graphic problem increases the motivation for studying descriptive geometry, and, consequently, activates the process of independent work of students.

    From the first minutes of life, a person is immersed in the world of sound. We are surrounded by various sources that emit sounds that are perceived by our auditory system. Thanks to the perception of sound, we receive a very large amount of information about the surrounding objects and phenomena that make these sounds. Sound is a wave. A sound wave is a mechanical vibration that, spreading and interacting with the organ of hearing, is perceived by a person [4]. The section devoted to these waves in physics is called acoustics. The profession of people who are popularly called «hearing people» is acoustics. A sound wave is a wave propagating in an elastic medium, it is a longitudinal wave, and when it propagates in an elastic medium, compression and discharge alternate. The purpose of the study is to identify the artistic and creative parameters of the saxophone in the context of the history of musical art, organology and acoustics. Research objectives: to study materials on the evolution of the saxophone and determine its artistic and technical originality and advantage. The object of the study is the artistic, expressive and acoustic features of the evolution of the saxophone. Hypothesis of the study: the perception of the world by a person is carried out on the basis of his study of the objective laws of the universe. A person is continuously affected by a wide range of various phenomena. One of the most common phenomena that a person needs to take into account in his life, especially in the field of musical art, is such a phenomenon as resonance and musical acoustics. This will determine the objective perception by both performers and listeners of the sound of such a musical instrument as the saxophone.

    The tasks in the development of creative industries in Russian regions require their own methodological, applied solutions in terms of providing employees with remote (online) forms of employment based on scientific support. The object of research is creative industries in the data economy. The subject is organizational and managerial aspects in the field of remote (online) work, which, in combination with digital technologies, are the basis for the development of creative industries in the data economy. The objective of the research: to clarify the information about the participants of the process, professions of creative industries, digital technologies, efficiency assessment in the field of remote (online) forms of employment in the Russian economic space; formation of the creative industries’ market architecture based on remote (online) forms of work. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, classification, comparative analysis, method of analogies.     Chapter of the monograph reflects the problems of training specialists of a new creative type, who are distinguished by a high level of professionalism, who are ready for professional and creative self-realization, who have a need for constant professional and personal development and growth. Professional and creative self-realization was not previously considered as a value-target reference point for the professional training of specialists in the field of culture, which makes our study relevant, given the current priorities of higher education. The model of the process of training specialists in the sphere of culture for professional and creative self-realization developed by the author is built in accordance with the logic of a holistic approach in the unity of its internal structure (goal – content – means – result). In the process of implementing the model, a gradual increase in the quality of formation of the studied readiness was carried out. In the system of pedagogical means to form the readiness of specialists for professional and creative self-realization, innovative technologies (playing, projective, creative) are leading. The implementation of these technologies contributed to the acquisition of experience in personal, professional and professional-creative self-realization by future specialists in the field of culture. The special course «Theory and methods of training specialists for professional and creative self-realization» developed by the author is aimed at summarizing and mobilizing the knowledge of a block of general professional and special disciplines, developing special professional abilities (projective, pedagogical, creative) of professional qualities (creativity, general professional competence, competitiveness), as well as the gradual formation of readiness for personal, professional and professional-creative self-realization.

  • Role-Playing as a Method of Developing Social Creativity in Adolescence in an English Lesson

    Abstract:
    Introduction. The article discusses role play as one of the methods for developing social creativity in adolescence in English lesson. The article also analyses the results of the study aimed at determination of the possibility of increasing the level of students’ social creativity by implementing role plays in the educational process. Literature review. The article provides a theoretical analysis of approaches to the definition of the term «social creativity», special attention is paid to the indispensable condition for successful development of this skill – creating a special creative environment at the lesson. There is also considered the structure of a role play as a method of developing social creativity. Research methods. At the ascertaining and control stages of the study, we used the Sievert Horst test to determine creative abilities. At the formative stage, a series of lessons using role-playing games has been developed and introduced into the educational process. The results of the study. Analysis of the results of the ascertaining stage of the study allowed us to conclude that students have a low level of social creativity, are inert to proposals of new ideas, creative problem solving. The use of role plays in foreign language lessons improved the indicators on all the scales (resourcefulness, ability to combine, divergent thinking, freedom of association). Moreover the use of role plays in English lessons contributed to the development of the students’ communicative skills, improved the attitude of students to the school discipline «English», increased their motivation to study the subject. Conclusions. The results of the study allowed us to conclude that the use of role plays on the lessons of foreign language is an effective method to develop adolecents’ social creativity.

    The chapter examines the relationship between the personality's focus on achieving success or avoiding failures in professional activities and the creativity of student-future HR managers. The results of a ten-year study of students of the Faculty of Sociology and Management of Ryazan State University named after S.A. Yesenin are presented. Various methods were used to analyze the peculiarities of students' perception of their future professional activity in the context of considering it as professional creativity. The dependence of the conditional level of creative potential and motivation to solve previously unknown professional and creative tasks was determined, as well as barriers blocking the achievement of the goal were identified.
