Social competence is considered as a factor of personality development. Empirical data on the lack of formation of the components of social competence in gifted high school students are presented; the content of the training for gifted high school students aimed at the development of motivational-semantic, cognitive, affective-volitional and communicative components of social competence is scientifically substantiated.

    The article is devoted to the process of formation of new classes of the Kazakh national bourgeoisie and the local proletariat, the penetration of new capitalist relations and foreign capital at the beginning of the XX century. Kazakhstan's entry into Russia was marked by the development of commodity relations, the development of industry and, as a result, the formation of the working class. The export of capital to the outskirts of the Russian Empire is increasing and Kazakhstan is being drawn into the world market. These and many other processes lead to social changes in Kazakh society, including the Kazakh baity adapting to the new economy of that time and Kazakh merchants-entrepreneurs and the petty bourgeoisie appear. The Kazakh bourgeoisie was an opposition to the tsarist authorities. Bourgeois industrial relations represented only one of the socio-economic structures on the eve of the revolution.     Статья посвящена исследованию принципов психологического сопровождения девушек с гомосексуальной ориентацией. В статье делается акцент на необходимости различать истинную гомосексуальность от ее транзиторной формы, являющейся формой выражения протестной подростковой позиции. В статье доказывается, что у лиц с истинной гомосексуальной ориентацией определяется пограничный уровень развития личности. В работе указаны принципы сопровождения девушек с гомосексуальной ориентацией: 1) учет особенностей проявления женской гомосексуальности; 2) решение психологических проблем, характерных для личности пограничного уровня развития.

    В статье представлен теоретический анализ по вопросу особенностей психолого-педагогического сопровождения специалистами дошкольных образовательных организаций детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра. Изучив психолого-педагогическую литературу по данному направлению, обобщили, что дети дошкольного возраста с РАС с учетом всех индивидуальных особенностей социального, речевого, сенсорного и когнитивного развития нуждаются в создании специальных психолого-педагогических условий, которые смогут обеспечить высокую результативность процессов обучения и воспитания. Именно в дошкольном возрасте существует множество вариаций развития ребенка с РАС. Тяжесть нарушений может быть от незначительной до грубой, приводящей к серьезным проблемам с адаптацией даже в малом и хорошо знакомом коллективе. Не менее важным является то, что в ходе психолого-педагогического сопровождения выбор направления коррекционной работы в первую очередь зависит от психофизических особенностей конкретного ребенка с РАС. Для успешной интеграции детей с РАС необходимо использовать разные формы, технологии и методы коррекционной работы в дошкольном учреждении и специальные образовательные условия, облегчающие процесс социализации детей и открывающие доступ к полноценному общему образованию, являющиеся одним из важных условий психолого-педагогического сопровождения ребенка с РАС.

Используются общенаучный, системный и логический методы исследования. Выводом данной работы является утверждение о правильности предоставления активного избирательного права осужденным к лишению свободы.

    Abstract:
    The literary creativity of I.Ya. Yakovlev is analyzed in this article. It's noted that his works harmoniously combine didactic and aesthetic features. In the history of the Chuvash literature I.Ya. Yakovlev became one of the founders of the Chuvash juvenile literature. His stories are distinguished by vivid imagery and language simplicity. The heroes of the works (people, animals, plants) are characters close to understanding, living next to young readers. The relevance of the study stems from the fact that the works of I.Ya. Yakovlev can be widely used in the moral and spiritual education of preschool and primary schoolers. In this regard, the purpose of this article was to focus attention on the fact that when analyzing the writer's stories, it is necessary to consider the Chuvash national mentality, didactic and aesthetic features at the same level. Only such an analysis contributes to a deeper understanding of the main idea of the work.  The research subject is Ivan Yakovlev's short stories-miniatures and scientific research of Chuvash literary critics. As part of the study, the following results were obtained: folklore becomes a significant phenomenon in Yakovlev's stories, his work became the first step and the basis of the Chuvash juvenile literature.

  • Female artistic gymnasts’ conditioning under the background of the Code of Points

    Abstract:
    Competitive routines in artistic gymnastics are composed according to the Code of Points, which current variant highly encourages program difficulty. The need to acquire new elements of a high difficulty value and incorporate them tightly in their routines increases stress on gymnasts’ conditioning, based on materials of modern scientific works. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of the current code of points in artistic gymnastics on elite gymnasts’ conditioning. Strength training makes basis to conditioning in modern artistic gymnastics. Its choice should be dictated by an athlete’s dominant discipline. In order to satisfy modern difficulty requirements in one’s performance on uneven bars one needs exceptional upper body and upper limbs strength, in floor exercises – developed leg power and special endurance, in vault – high degree of speed, on balance beam – the ability to balance.

  • Dynamics of the number of Chuvash speakers on the basis of the 2002–2021 Russian population censuses

    The situation of the Chuvash language in the Russian Federation is presented in the light of the 2020 population census. The aim of the study is to understand whether the tempos of the language shift have changed compared to the previous decade. For the sake of comparison, the process of ethnic assimilation of the Chuvash population is also studied. The differences between the five regions with the highest concentration of Chuvash speakers are analyzed, and the position of Chuvash in Chuvashia is contrasted with the one of the official languages in the other five republics of the Volga Federal District. Research results. The analysis shows a serious deterioration in the quality of the 2020 census data compared to previous ones. This problem is partially solved by weighting them. The results show an average annual decline of about three percent of Chuvash speakers at both the Federation and Chuvashia levels throughout the 2010–2020 decade. This represents a doubling of the rate in comparison to the previous intercensal period. This degree of language shift is similar to that observed for Chuvash in Tatarstan and Bashkortostan, but lower than in the Ulyanovsk and Samara regions. The other official languages of the District have drops in the number of speakers in their respective republics similar to those of Chuvash in Chuvashia, including Tatar in Tatarstan. An apparent exception is Bashkir, but the data also indicate serious issues for the languages of Bashkortostan.

    Abstract:
    Currently, computer tools for conducting training courses are being actively developed. Practically in all areas of academic disciplines, simulator programs for real technological processes are being created. However, the creation and organization of training courses using e-learning tools, especially based on Internet technologies, is a difficult technological and methodological task. The industry of computer educational materials is expanding due to their demand and social significance. In this regard, it is relevant to develop the concept of building and using computer teaching aids, in particular training simulators, adequate to modern ideas of the development of education. This chapter discusses the developed simulator program for an automated control system for the catalytic cracking process, written in the C# programming language, presents its capabilities and a description of how to work with it. This simulator allows students to independently learn how to arrange sensors and draw up a specification for instrumentation and control equipment, using the built-in tools for checking the correct placement of sensors. To run the program, you need a computer with Windows 7 or later, NET.Framework version 4.5 or later, optionally MS Word. The program is portable, does not require installation, which allows it to be easily scaled to an audience with several computers, it is also worth noting that the program is small, for the time being, the size of the program is less than 10 MB, which allows it to be sent to students who are unable to attend classes via the Enternet network. The results of the execution can be printed on any computer under the operating system Windows 7 and newer in PDF format, with MS Word installed – in Doc format.

    В статье рассматриваются виды средств массовой информации, применяемых в образовательном процессе. Особое внимание уделяется так называемым новым средствам массовой информации, под которыми понимаются цифровые формы распространения информации. Авторы выделяют основные преимущества и недостатки использования новых средств массовой информации при обучении иностранному языку. Кроме того, в статье дается краткий анализ некоторых новых средств массовой информации как форм учебного материала. Авторы делают вывод о том, что, несмотря на доступность и привлекательность новых медиа как средств обучения, их эффективность является бесспорной лишь в сочетании с очным форматом обучения.
