    Abstract:
    В данной статье рассматривается одна из форм инноваций во внеклассной проектной работе – использование информационно-коммуникационных технологий, рекомендованных на курсах МГУ, в начальной, средней и старшей школах МАОУ «Лицей математики и информатики Кировского района г. Саратова». Представлено описание опыта апробации следующих ИКТ ресурсов: Photofunia, Dvolver Movie Maker, WallWisher, ESLvideo, Pinterest, Zunal.com (Web quest), Mindmeister в работе над школьными, районными, муниципальными, региональными и международными проектами. Данный опыт находит распространение на семинарах, круглых столах, мастер-классах и конференциях разного уровня, организованных для повышения квалификации учителей и мотивации учеников к изучению английского языка и вовлечение их в научно-исследовательскую деятельность. Использование очных и заочных форм работы над проектом позволяет вовлечь в работу максимальное количество обучающихся.

    Abstract:
    The work considers the types of thinking and levels of their formation, based on a two-factor classification of educational tasks. Examples of pattern tasks and algorithm tasks are given. It was hypothesized that a transition to the next level of education implies a step in the predominance of the type of thinking (in the proposed typology). The main methods of testing the hypothesis will be the development of systems of tasks-markers to identify the type of thinking and the level of its formation; a comparative analysis of types of thinking formation and the success of training, its effectiveness; classification of educational mathematical problems for the formation of the program of the future engineer.

    Abstract:
    This paper analyzes the following principles of Russian education: the principle of state funding of science and education, the principle of state responsibility of scientists for the development of science and education, the principle of responsibility and continuity. The genesis and the ontological concepts of philosophy in soil science are shown, some of the main provisions of the scientific and the philosophical, pedagogical, organizational and exhibition activities of E.D. Nikitin are given, and it is indicated that he created scientific and philosophical theory, revealing the main regularities of the relationship between man and nature, homolaterally (theory of the unity of man and nature), highlighted the versatility of feedback, based on the understanding of which, E.D. Nikitin has identified and classified the variety of geosphere, atmosphere and biogeocenosis features of soils and undertook philosophical and scientific generalization on this issue. Continuity in the work of the department «Natural zoning and soil formation» from the 50s of the XX century to the present time is revealed.

    Information visualization is becoming the most common method of popularizing educational areas. Serious attention should be paid to the problem of the correlation between the «book word» and «visual image», which can be regarded as a ratio of screen arts, first of all cinema, and literature in the system of secondary and higher education. Movie perception is a complex cognitive process. Accordin to the author`s opinion the development of film education in Russia will contribute to the education of a generation of active moviegoers.

    The work covers theoretical and practical aspects of comparative studies in education systems.     Abstract:
    The economic and legal aspects of the organization of the American system of insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases in the United States of America are analyzed in the paper. The first part of the monograph presents a comprehensive overview of various methods of financing and ways to monitor insurance schemes, as well as the practical implementation of various approaches. The authors described various systems, disclosed the principles of evaluation, and methods for creating flexible schemes. The purpose of the second part of the review is to present the experience of markets with different systems and to show the impact of the rating system on the insurance compensation system for employees.

  • THE TRIUNE NATURE OF NATURAL INTELLIGENCE

    Abstract:
    The monograph for the first time formulated and described the spiral technology of research and modeling of natural intelligence with three-step turns. Currently, only the first two steps of the first round of spiral technology are widely known. The need for this technology is dictated by the inability to know the natural intelligence, dissecting it or scanning by any radiation. The technology allows us to switch to high-performance systematic work instead of discussions about the nature of artificial and natural intelligence, as well as instead of the dreamy expectation of mysterious heuristics to address issues raised in the creation of artificial intelligence. The basis of the theory in the creation of a new technology is the result of the search for a constructive character in the interpretation of the concept of natural intelligence, that is, the interpretation of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The primary purpose of research on the subject of the monograph, the authors adopted the formulation and description of the theoretical basis of solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems. The creation of a theoretical basis becomes possible only with the realization of the triune nature of natural intelligence. The theoretical basis corresponds to the natural science positions in the study and modeling of the epistemological model (objectively isolated part, the unity with the other two parts of the natural intelligence component). The theoretical basis is in demand for obtaining knowledge models in computer systems, allocation on a set of these models of classes, and thus, for the formation of technical requirements in the work on the creation of new shells of knowledge-based systems that implement knowledge models of new classes. In the works focused on achievement of the declared purpose, and in the monograph it is convincingly shown that the whole layer of already executed large-scale works on formation of classes of models of knowledge in computer systems was not based on natural science positions, and for this reason results of already performed works are not demanded at creation of new systems based on knowledge. A significant part of the monograph contains a description of the historical aspect of the works on the stated topic. The consideration of the historical aspect allowed us to see the subjective reasons why the simple to understand and use spiral technology with three-step turns (the theoretical basis for solving the problems of knowledge representation in computer systems) for so long from the moment of formation and recognition of the scientific direction «artificial intelligence» remained undetected and not described for use in research and modeling of natural intelligence in the creation of artificial intelligence. The description of the historical aspect shows the forced reorientation of works on the topic from purely practical (not provided with a theoretical basis) to purely theoretical (not accompanied by works on the modernization of a software product and its implementation in real production). It is also noted that the return to the rails of highly profitable practical work is possible and appropriate. And, accordingly, recommendations for reorientation of works on the topic on the rails of practical and highly profitable are given.

    The article discusses the conceptual signs of a paradigm shift in the modern scientific and pedagogical outlook in relation to psychological and phenomenological aspects of the perspectives of competence-based education. An attempt is made in outlining of the methodological specificities of the educational paradigm in the context of conditions of realization of Federal state educational standards of the third generation. The significance of the psychological aspects of technologies of mass communication in the paradigm of formation of professional competence of the specialist was conclusively determined. The assumption was formulated, according to which the formation of research competences of the student's personality has paradigmatic characteristics, because the educational situation at the level of didactic technologies is characterized by interactivity and integrative.

    Целью исследования является изучение степени влияния различных факторов на семейный бизнес (СБ) в процессе его стоимостной оценки. Для ее достижения автор использовал методы сравнительного анализа и синтеза, качественные методы, основанные на экспертном подходе, а также положения общей теории систем. Актуальность исследования определяется необходимостью повышения точности стоимостной оценки семейных бизнесов, диктуемой практикой оценочной деятельности и задачами развития экономики страны. В статье подробно рассмотрены факторы, которые относятся к оценке любого вида бизнеса, а также некоторые особые факторы, влияющие на стоимостную оценку именно семейного бизнеса. Такой анализ позволяет собственникам СБ учитывать, прежде всего, те внешние факторы, которые наиболее значимы при прогнозировании условий и разработке стратегии развития своей компании, а также те особые факторы, которые характерны для семейного бизнеса, имеющего свои особенности как объекта оценки. Внимание автора также уделено анализу и классификации рисков как важнейших стоимостных факторов, в том числе особых рисков, связанных с деятельностью СБ. Рассмотрены меры по снижению влияния этих рисков на результаты деятельности семейной компании.

    The constitutions of many States set out the obligation of the government to guarantee a well-functioning and reliable system of protection against industrial injuries. Whether the government provides workers ' compensation insurance directly, or when it is delegated to a third party (special authorities or insurance companies), the government is still responsible for the operation of the system. The latter is of particular importance, since the settlement of claims for workers ' compensation insurance is of a long-term nature. An effective system of protection against industrial injuries and occupational diseases should be considered not only as a type of insurance but as an absolute need of the productive sector and as one of the foundations of social peace and economic stability.

    В работе отмечено, что стиль обучения прикладной математики в вузах пока не учитывает в должной мере требования последующего её практического приложения с использованием содержания других читаемых дисциплин специальности: экономика, анализ хозяйственной деятельности, бухгалтерский учёт, конфликтология, IT-технологии и других. А ориентация должна быть на практические задачи формируемого специалиста, воспитания прикладной математической интуиции, строгости изложения и полноты доказательств, ознакомления учащихся с методами рациональных рассуждений и, что особенно важно, обучать студентов развитию мыслительной способности по моделированию практических задач с учётом междисциплинарных связей, обдумыванию по отысканию решений в адекватной форме, приемлемой для приложений.

    В статье описывается важность стиля педагогического общения в процессе социальной адаптации младших школьников, проживающих как в городской, так и сельской среде. Описано эмпирическое исследование, в рамках которого выявлена частотность реализуемых учителями стилей общения (авторитарного, демократического, либерального) в процессе учебно-воспитательного процесса в разных социокультурных условиях и раскрыто их влияние на формирование важнейших параметров социальной адаптации школьников. Выявлено, что в условиях сельской школы у учителей преобладает демократический стиль общения с использованием отдельных черт либерального стиля, что увеличивает процент более раскрепощенного, свободного и эмоционально адекватного реагирования сельских школьников на учебные ситуации, однако в ущерб четкому выполнению установленных в организации норм и правил. В городской среде отмечается доминирование авторитарного стиля общения, частично сочетающегося с проявлениями демократического стиля, что в большей степени способствует подчинению школьников требованиям учителя, однако в психофизиологических и эмоциональных аспектах у городских детей выявляются проблемы и сложности.

    Необходимость и важность сотрудничества семьи и школы никогда не ставилась под сомнение. Родители являются первыми и основными учителями ребёнка до его поступления в школу и выполняют эту роль в дальнейшем. По мнению автора статьи, эффективность работы школы по обучению детей во многом зависит от того, насколько она взаимодействует с семьёй. Ведущую роль в организации сотрудничества школы и семьи играют классные руководители. Именно от их работы зависит то, насколько семьи понимают действия, проводимые школой по отношению к обучению детей, и участвуют в их реализации. Одна из важнейших задач классного руководителя – способствование единению, сплочению семьи, установлению взаимопонимания родителей и детей, созданию комфортных, благоприятных условий для развития ребёнка. Успешное её решение возможно, если в основе воспитательной работы заложена идея сотрудничества педагогов, родителей и детей.
