    Abstract:
    The development of educational export is an important strategic task both for Russian universities at the institutional level, allowing them to increase the level of global competitiveness, and at the state level, ensuring the implementation of the principles of the «soft power» strategy. Both of these goal-settings contribute to the achievement of national interests through attraction and persuasion. To increase the efficiency of the export of Russian education and high-quality training of specialists for the global labor market, it is necessary to develop effective methods, mechanisms and technologies for improving the intercultural adaptive environment of educational organizations, which became the main goal of this study. Cultural diversity is a key value guide for the classification of cultures of peoples and countries, as well as an important criterion for the effective management of multicultural groups and organizations. In the context of educational organizations, cultural diversity is becoming a powerful driver for the development of competencies in the host institutions for foreign students, but it is important to systematically approach all components of an intercultural adaptive environment based on the implementation and scaling of best practices. In this study, based on a sociological survey of foreign students in Russian universities, priority adaptation tools are systematized both along the internal contour of the educational organization, as well as and in external bilateral and network interactions. The research recommendations are both strategic in nature, defining the fundamental tasks of educational organizations to create an intercultural adaptive environment, and of an applied and methodological nature, based on proposals regarding the development of specific tools for intercultural adaptation.

    The relevance of the topic is related to the fact that the amount of information accumulated by mankind in various fields of science is growing at a tremendous rate every year. There is a need to reduce the time for processing information content in the activities of organizations and companies when working with their development projects. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the use of information technology in project management and develop a set of measures to improve activities in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region. The subject of the study is the impact of the introduction of new information technologies on project management in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region. These components have traditionally been excluded from analysis in the assessment, development, and retention of an organization's human capital.     Целью статьи является обоснование важности различия «коучингового присутствия» и «коучинговой позиции» для практики коучингового взаимодействия на основе анализа того, как эти понятия используются в профессиональном сообществе. В рамках пилотажного исследования использованы качественные методы: включенное наблюдение, качественный контент-анализ и фокусированные интервью. Статья содержит рассмотрение классических концепций: присутствия Джеймса Бьюдженталя, личностно-центрованного подхода Карла Роджерса, концепции самоактуализации Абрахама Маслоу как основы коучингового присутствия. В статье предложена для рассмотрения модель коучингового присутствия Марии Ильф-Вуд. Она утверждает, что «зрелость и профессионализм коуча взаимосвязаны с присутствием: вряд ли вы добьетесь одного без другого». Развитие коучингового присутствия и укрепление коучинговой позиции, а также умение их различать – это не только профессиональная необходимость, но и путь к личностному росту коуча. Как отмечает Карл Роджерс, «истинное изменение начинается с присутствия и осознанности» [7].

    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

    The competent use of the human resources potential of any enterprise carries with it sufficiently high opportunities for further intensification of activities, which means, as a result, an increase in profits. This explains the relevance of the material, based on the fact that the human resource is exhausted, has many limitations and risks, and therefore needs new models and tools that correspond to the spirit of the time. A study of the activities of the Moscow hospitality complex On Sukharevka LLC is devoted to their search. With the help of systematic, integrated, situational and process approaches, a multifactorial analysis of the current state of affairs is carried out, and more promising algorithms for personnel policy in the hospitality system are being searched. The value of the conclusions drawn increases in a multiplicative progression, taking into account the importance of small business in the strategic development of the economic space of the Russian Federation.

    The chapter is devoted to the problem of assessing and increasing the region's attractiveness to ensure the country's development in modern conditions. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that, despite significant investment in many components of the socio-economic regional system, the level of population density in the territories of agricultural area of specialisation remains low. One of the reasons is the insufficient attractiveness of the region. The purpose of the study is to clarify the concept of " region's attractiveness", to identify and selectively assess the factors that determine it. The peculiarity of the methodology is the use of comparative analysis. Based on the materials of the Oryol Oblast, we have analysed the indicators of the main attractors in the block "attractiveness for the population". It was revealed that a relatively low level of population density is explained by low indicators of attractiveness. At the same time, the presence of favourable factors should be noted.

    The problem of subjective well-being has recently become an analysis of a wide range of researchers interested in improving the quality of life of an individual and his satisfaction. Screening diagnostics "Scale of subjective well-being" made it possible to determine the features of the emotional state, social behavior and some physical symptoms in undergraduate students of the agrarian university.     This study examines the evolution of the communication landscape in China, highlighting the symbiotic fusion of traditional and new media and its profound implications for the marketing strategies of Chinese enterprises. Statistical analysis emphasises the steady dominance of traditional media, with television, newspapers and radio retaining significant audience shares. In contrast, the growing landscape of new media, exemplified by platforms such as WeChat, Weibo and Douyin, demonstrates unprecedented digital penetration. The empirical prevalence of both media modalities calls for a realignment of marketing strategies: market segmentation, cross-media campaigns, neuroscience research and algorithmic modelling become key tools to optimise brand resonance and consumer engagement.

    The article examines the influence of external factors on education due to the peculiarities of the current reality of the BANI world. The signs of this world are understood in the context of changes in education as answers to the challenges of the new reality. The relationship of changes of the modern era in the form of challenges for education, pedagogical practice of training and upbringing, the need for personal development of students is disclosed. The specifics of modern practice meeting the requirements of the new reality were noted. The meanings of changes in the formation of a new reality are indicated: the model of «four-dimensional education» in the 21st century, the development of the personal potential of the student as a subject of the educational process, the use of pedagogical tools for the development of personal potential and the creation of a personal-developing educational environment. These meanings also include: the embodiment of the ideas of personalized training, a new model of the teacher's professionalism in changing conditions, developing management in educational organizations and his tools. The contribution of scientists to the development of scientific and theoretical responses to new challenges of our time to the education system, the pedagogical process of education and training, the process of personal development of a person is outlined. The results of the analytical work are presented in the form of provisions and key issues interpreting new meanings of changes in education.

  • The semantic field of wood ritual objects in the Russian spell rite

    The article examines the subject code of the Russian spell tradition using the example of a group of ritual objects of wood origin. This group has received insufficient attention in research, as evidenced by a brief review of the literature. The material for the analysis is the main publications of Russian conspiracies, as well as field materials recorded by the author in the period from 2003 to 2023 in the Omsk Irtysh region. The purpose of this work is to determine the semantic field of a group of wood objects in Russian spells, as well as to identify the relationship between a ritual object and its verbal and symbolic embodiment. The main method of research – historical-typological – allows us to draw typological parallels in order to clarify the boundaries of the semantic field, which includes ritual objects of the group being studied. The article also implements complex and cross-genre approaches. The analysis showed the widespread use of ritual objects of wooden origin in the Russian charm tradition. Objects are included in the text of the conspiracy as independent images and can be used relatively independently of the verbal component of the conspiracy. The semantics of the ritual object is in accordance with the functional and thematic orientation of the spell and is determined by its content. An examination of two objects – a bitch and a sliver – revealed an expansion of their functions and semantic field in in Russian spells of Siberian. This conclusion determines the direction of further research into spells paraphernalia in the aspect of the mutual influence of aboriginal and settler traditions.

    Due to a noticeable decline in demand for advertising products, a decrease in sales and loss of profit in cafes and fast food restaurants, managers of some companies are forced to resort to extravagant ways of working with customers – involving epatage elements. The authors note that, to a greater extent, epathetic advertising causes negative emotions and makes a negative impression on older people, while in young people it evokes amazement, arouses interest, brings out laughter and the desire to buy fast food products precisely because of the original approach to their positioning. Based on the concepts of social field of P. Bourdieu, functional theory of R. Merton and others, the article outlines the features and peculiarities of difference between epatage and other attraction methods and techniques of influence on young people. Examples of socially significant epatage advertising, epatage in advertising products of catering restaurants Carl's Jr, Burger King, cafe ‘Shhelkunchik’ are given in this chapter. Understanding the impact of epathetic advertising, marketers also consider the possible consequences for brand reputation, including negative feedback and criticism. A strategy of ubiquitous social media presence not only maximizes audience reach, but also helps shape the consumer habits of young people. In conclusion, the authors emphasize that epathetic food advertising cannot bypass ethics, principles and postulates of morality.
