в статье проанализированы основные тренды развития университета во взаимосвязанных аспектах социальной и географической проблематик. Тенденции глобализации/транснационализации в настоящее время являются ведущими, однако велика роль и процессов локально-национального уровня. Представление таких процессов как противоположных представляется недостаточно продуктивным в связи с тем, что их взаимодействие может привести к полезным для практики результатам.
в статье проанализированы тенденции медиатизации образования как в контексте социальных процессов, так и в их репрезентациях в современных теоретических подходах. Показано, что основными следствиями медиатизации могут быть как инновационные обновления (не всегда содержательно конструктивные) системы образования, так и ее полное переформатирование.
the chapter deals with problems of the transformation of value-based landmarks of university education. The author demonstrated that changes in global interactions in political, economical and cultural spheres lead to transformations of the axiological dimension of the modern university. The key tendencies of this kind are historical and axiological de-ideologization, as well as maintenance of ecological mindset, as a sort of special format of ethical and epistemological approach to the world.
