    Abstract:
    Целью статьи является рассмотрение языковой ситуации в российском цифровом дискурсе, что представляется весьма актуальным, поскольку языковая ситуация в интернет-сообществе отражает языковую ситуацию в государстве. Новизна исследования видится в том, что впервые изучается отношение общества к уровню владения русским языком сотрудниками средств массовой информации. Авторами использован описательный метод с привлечением приемов наблюдения, интерпретации, сопоставления, обобщения. Показано, что участники интернет-дискуссий считают грамотность собеседника показателем интеллекта и профессиональных качеств. Сделан вывод о том, что общество понимает необходимость заботы о русском языке.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a study that allowed us to draw an output about the features of conflict behavioral patterns of spouses. Men in conflicts try to compete or negotiate for their own interests, while most of the female sample avoid solving the problem; the overall level of aggression among men is slightly higher than among women. Almost all men participating in the study choose aggression as a psychological strategy, while avoidance is the main strategy for women. The female sample is mostly dominated by archetypes related to wisdom, fertility, home maintenance, and parenting, while men choose strength, power, strategies, narcissism, and impartiality.

The images are extremely idealized, de-individualized, schematic, but not mismatched; masculinized. It is explained by the gender stereotypes and inability to see and to understand "another".

    Abstract:
    Gender stereotypes play an important role in ethnocultural identity. The article analyzes the concept of gender stereotypes, the features of such essential characteristics of gender stereotypes as "masculinity" and "femininity". The levels of gender stereotypes and their current distribution are revealed. Two concepts have emerged regarding the transformation of gender stereotypes in modern culture: radical-feminist and moderate-feminist. In the process of transforming gender stereotypes such essential features as the level of economic development of the country, its regional location, the preservation of traditional national cultures and the influence of religion on society are considered.

  • Consideration of Students' Gender Characteristics in Teaching Foreign Languages

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the gender characteristics of boys and girls, which should be taken into account in teaching in general, and in teaching foreign languages in particular. Theoretical analysis of psychological literature has revealed the gender characteristics of students that must be taken into account when teaching foreign languages. Methods of research. To study the gender characteristics of students, we have developed an author's questionnaire that includes the study of the reasons for students' reluctance to speak English with representatives of the opposite sex and the tendency of students to work in groups. The results of study reveal the features of learning material by girls and boys, the gender reasons for students ' reluctance to speak English with representatives of the opposite sex, and the characteristics of female and male students to work in groups. Discussion of the research results. Based on the results of the research, the article develops recommendations for organizing the educational process, taking into account the gender characteristics of the assimilation of educational material by boys and girls. Conclusion. Based on the study, an important conclusion is made that the use of a gender approach in education has a positive impact on the development of students, their development of the curriculum, team cohesion, academic performance, motivation, and much more.

    Abstract:
    The author outlines that nowadays, the question of the influence of gender stereotypes on the role and participation of Kyrgyz women in politics, from a linguistic point of view, has been little studied in Kyrgyzstan. The article is devoted to the ethnocultural traditions and gender stereotypes of the Kyrgyz society that affect the activity and involvement of women in the political life of the state. The author pays attention to the role of Kyrgyz women in the history of the country, examines Kyrgyz proverbs and folk clichés, which are the folk heritage of the people. The purpose of the article is to identify ethnocultural factors that determine the gender roles of men and women, as well as their impact on society. Research methods. During the study a descriptive method was applied. The following folklore materials were taken as a basis: Kyrgyz proverbs from "Kyrgyz makal, lakap, uchkul sozdoru" by M. Ibragimov, traditional rules of relationships between people of different ages and genders, principles of youth upbringing. As a result of the analysis, the author concludes that the traditions and stereotypes of Kyrgyz society endow men and women with gender traditional roles: a man plays a major role in the family, in society and is engaged in “male affairs”, while a woman is assigned a secondary role, she only deals with home and family. It is emphasized that such attitudes largely limit the political activity of women.

    В разрезе социально-экономического подхода к определению места и роли интеллигенции и ее взаимодействия с органами власти зачастую рассматривается только один пункт, в которой интеллигенция определяется как наиболее прогрессивный слой общества и при этом притесняемый властью за прогрессивные взгляды. Данная позиция широко распространена не только в исследованиях философов, но также и социологов, политологов, экономистов. Вместе с тем властные структуры всегда рассматривают прогресс как основу для общественной модернизации без возможности причинения вреда. Таким образом, необходим поиск между стремлением общества к прогрессу и поиску оптимальных условий сосуществования между властью и интеллигенцией. Новизна работы определяется тем, что историческое основание взаимодействия между органами власти и интеллигенцией следует рассматривать не только в исторической перспективе, но также и на основе экономического подхода или антропологического. Следует выявить то, насколько подобные взаимоотношения определяют возможность развития общества и насколько коррелируют с общественными интересами. Автором статьи не рассматриваются аспекты экономического характера стимулирования интеллигенции, а определяется ее роль в позитивном развитии социально-экономического характера в обществе. Практическая значимость исследования определяется возможностью формирования программ общественного развития на основе философских дискуссий и определения места и роли интеллигенции в общественном развитии.

    Работа посвящена разработке и созданию ПЦР-тест-системы для диагностики фитопатогена Puccinia allii, вызывающего заболевание «ржавчина чеснока» и приводящего к значительным потерям урожая, снижению пищевой ценности и товарных качеств культуры. Предлагаемый метод диагностики характеризуется возможностью диагностирования фитопатогена в разных объектах: в воде для орошения, грунте, посевном материале, фрагментах растений и других, что позволяет предпринять превентивные меры по устранению заболевания.

    Сравнительный анализ показателей тканевого гомеостаза у рыб и амфибий на первом году постэмбриогенеза выявил, что в большей мере число PCNA-позитивных гепатоцитов наблюдалось в перивенулярной зоне, на фоне того, что гепатоциты данной метаболической зоны погибают по пути аутофагии. Данный путь гибели рассматривается в качестве как альтернативного источника питания, так и реализации программируемой клеточной гибели в условиях, когда механизм апоптоза невозможен. Ведущая программа реализации программированной клеточной гибели – апоптоз – представлена только у рыб в перипортальной зоне, а в области центральных вен и центролобулярной зоне ведущим типом гибели гепатоцитов является аутофагия. У амфибий выявлены более сложные программы переключения путей клеточной гибели – в перипортальной зоне соотношение апоптоза и аутофагии составляет 68–32% соответственно, в центролобулярной 50–50% и в области центральных вен – 100% аутофагия. В группе амфибий в центролобулярной и перивенулярной зонах печеночного ацинуса выявлено бóльшее число десмин-позитивных клеток Ито и клеток Купфера. Результаты проведенных исследований свидетельствуют, что морфогенез печени изучаемых групп животных сопровождается как деструктивными, так и пластическими изменениями, направленными на обеспечение поддержания тканевого гомеостаза. Выявленные функциональные параметры компенсаторного ответа позволяют судить о динамике начальных стадий тканевых реакций – скорости и путях ПКГ и соответствующих уровню гибели гепатоцитов компенсации в виде пролиферативных процессов.

Определен оптимальный состав полных сред культивирования. Заложены клеточные линии эпидермальных меланоцитов и дермальных фибробластов в аспекте дальнейшего сокультивирования в рамках разработки эпидермального эквивалента кожи.

    Abstract:
    Изучена семенная продуктивность у двух морфологических форм Taraxacum officinale s. l., произрастающих в условиях техногенной трансформации среды. Для исследуемых форм одуванчика характерна противоположная реакция на данный фактор: у dahlstedtii техногенная трансформация среды независимо от периода наблюдения приводит к снижению реальной семенной продуктивности, у f. pectinatiforme – к повышению на техногенно нарушенных территориях за счет увеличения количества генеративных побегов.
