    В статье рассмотрен опыт применения коммуникативных технологий в дистанционном обучении. Автором представлен пример проведения практического занятия в форме панельной дискуссии в дистанционном обучении, разработанного автором статьи, по учебной дисциплине «Коммуникативные технологии». В работе представлен успех и положительный результат применения коммуникативных технологий в дистанционном обучении как следствие осуществления педагогического условия фасилитации студентов – интерсубъективного взаимодействия, способствующего раскрытию потенциала каждого участника в любой форме коммуникации (панельная дискуссия, дебаты, полилог). Коммуникативные технологии в дистанционном обучении многообразны, востребованы и актуальны в современной ситуации пандемии.

Содержание социокультурной адаптации отражается в совокупности социальных отношений, которые реализуются через определенные механизмы межличностного взаимодействия.

    Abstract:
    In modern theory and practice of education, preventive activity is considered as one of the main in the prevention of aggressive behavior in various subjects of the educational environment. Aggression is most clearly manifested among students of a sports college who are mastering professional training programs in contact sports. It is noted that aggressive behavior affects the formation of certain risks for the educational environment of the college and its subjects. In this regard, pedagogical prevention is aimed at the formation of appropriate competence in students, as a result of which future athletes develop skills of reflection of aggressive behavior, protection and self-regulation of the psycho-emotional state during educational and training processes.

    To create a psychologically safe educational process, the most important components will be the personal characteristics of the participants in the educational process. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of hardiness of future specialists with different strategies of self-affirmation as a fac-tor affecting the psychological safety in the educational environment. It is vitality that is one of the basic characteristics that allows participants in the educational process not only to overcome life circumstances and adapt to constantly changing conditions, but also to become stronger, qualitatively improving the standard of living, physical and psychological health. An analysis of the empirical data obtained was presented, as well as the features of psychological and pedagogical support aimed at increasing the resilience of individuals with different self-affirmation strategies.

    School, being the upmost institute of children's socialisation, must create proper conditions for their development, providing safe education environment, assisting and supporting children in such way that it ensures psychological and pedagogical support of the students. Nowadays, modern school appears as the high-risk object due to the high level of challenges and threats which may be both subjective and objective. The system of psychological and pedagogical support of children is one of the conditions of creation of psychologically safe environment of school. The article examines some of the actual problems connected with the effective creation and functioning of the system of psychological and pedagogical support. Such problems include the need for correction of professional expertise of the school psychologist and the teacher. During the phase of academic studies their vocational training should include not only the competence aimed at the realisation of support but the students themselves should become the part of this system.
