    Цель работы – рассмотреть на основе активных методов обучения качественное внедрение практики освоения финансовой грамотности в образовательных учреждениях. Материалом для исследования послужила авторская образовательная игра по финансовой грамотности «Your Cash», разработанная обучающимися на базе КГПУ им. В.П. Астафьева. В статье проанализирована актуальность освоения финансовой грамотности в рамках образовательных учреждений. Представлены этапы освоения финансовой грамотности, заложенные в игре «Your Cash». Показаны составляющие и ход авторской игры. Описан и актуализирован финал игры – создание участниками персонального бизнес-проекта.

    The chapter explores the question of what knowledge and skills a game practitioner should have in order to conduct games in an environmentally friendly, safe way for their clients, providing them with maximum opportunities for self-knowledge and development and ensuring comfortable interaction in a group. The chapter also describes a special program of professional retraining in the profession of "psychologist-game practitioner" on the basis of the first higher education. It is revealed what exactly and how it is necessary to train game psychologists in order to ensure a high-quality level of psycho-logical, transformational, business, coaching, skill and other games that are so relevant in the modern world. The game practitioners’ market is rapidly developing and growing. More and more specialists from different professions come to it. That is why the definition and maintenance of the standards of the profession of a game practitioner-psychologist is becoming so relevant now. The chapter will present tests that will determine how suitable a person is for the profession of a psychologist-game practitioner, and whether he needs to study this profession on a special professional retraining course.

  • Role-Play as the Mode of Development of Foreign Language Presentation Skills

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to consider role-playing in the process of foreign language training at technical universities. The introduced form of the educational process contributes to the formation of foreign language presentation skills in a professional field of a future engineer. A foreign language competence confirms a high competency of a specialist. Role-playing business situations in an educational process are carried out on the basis of an integrated approach where knowledge from the professional field is transferred to the game with the help of a foreign language. Methods of creating typical situations at work in the classroom contribute to the formation of a favorable environment for the development of business qualities and foreign language skills in a professional sphere. In the course of the research a three-stage structure of role-playing, its content in relation to the stated conditions are described. Difficulties that arise during the game and possible methods to overcome them are listed. It is concluded that role-playing related to the professional activities of future engineers motivate them to learn a foreign language and bring the learning process closer to real professional communication. The practical experience gained in the classroom will be a valuable experience for making a successful career in the field of engineering.

    Abstract:
    The paper considers the main directions of multiculturalism policy in the modern multicultural space. The purpose of the article is to reveal the specifics and main characteristics of the conditions and principles of living and adaptation of migrants and refugees; to characterize the basic principles, value-semantic attitudes that harmonize ethno-cultural contacts in the modern multicultural space. On the basis of the comparative method, the main positions of the state policy of multiculturalism in the field of education, culture, social security, mass media, etc. are presented., as well as the main priority areas for more effective implementation of this policy in modern conditions related to the migration crisis around the world. The conclusions are drawn based on the analysis of the material of the carrying out and implementation of the multiculturalism policy, that demonstrate the correctness of the placement of priorities in the multiculturalism policy, contributing to the formation of a tolerant attitude of representatives of the titular ethnos to ethno-cultural groups, as well as the prevention of interethnic and inter-national conflicts, namely: the granting of rights and the adoption of laws that guarantee civil equality of ethno-cultural groups; taking into account the value-semantic attitudes of ethno-cultural groups in the context of social, economic, informational and educational policy; monitoring issues of intergroup interactions by special state and public organizations and associations in the territory of the host country; implementation of socio-cultural, political and legal support for ethno-cultural groups; coordination of local community organizations of ethno-cultural groups that provide the necessary assistance in adaptation; implementation of projects and programs focused on conflict prevention.

    В статье проанализирована сущность и практическая ценность математических игр для активизации познавательной деятельности учащихся, исследованы положительные свойства взаимосвязи игровых и проблемных ситуаций, а также классифицированы виды математических игр по различным критериям. Обосновано, что математическая игра – наиболее многокомпонентная обобщающая разновидность активных методов обучения и описаны положительные эффекты от успешного внедрения исследуемого концепта в образовательный процесс, построенный на началах развивающего обучения. Приведена краткая характеристика игр, используемых в системе развивающего обучения. Предложено определять уровень степени сформированности самостоятельности школьников по наличию следующих компонентов: эмоциональный, деятельный, индивидуализированный.
