  • Organizational and Content Aspects of Implementation of Inclusive Education

    Abstract:
    This article discusses the implementation of a model of inclusive education in general education organizations and the construction of an educational route for students with disabilities. It is through the substantive and organizational sections of the adapted basic general education programmes that special conditions are created and observed to ensure that children with special needs and disabilities have equal access to quality education in general education organizations, taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical development and the recommendations of psychological, medical and pedagogical commissions. The main aim of the study is to systematize and improve the professional competencies in supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups on the development of adapted basic general education programs of educational organizations. In order to achieve the aim of this study, the following analytical methods have been employed: retrospective analysis of scientific literature, content analysis of periodical press and proceedings of scientific conferences on the subject; as well as practical methods (including own experience of working in the fields of specialized education and advanced training). In addition, BE of FVE “Chuvash Republican Institute of Education of the Ministry of Education of Chuvashia” proposed a program of advanced training “Organizational and Substantive Aspects of Inclusive Education,” based on legal, theoretical and methodological principles. The results of the conducted study show that supervisors and teachers – members of the working groups – are gaining significant practical knowledge of developing adapted basic general education programmes. It can be concluded that the planned results of the program suggest elimination of professional deficiency concerning the organizational and substantive issues of constructing an educational route for children with disabilities in conditions of inclusive education, as well as development of adapted basic general education programs of an educational organization.

  • Extracurricular Self-Guided Work As a Means of Intensifying the Process of Teaching Professionally-Oriented English to Students of Non-Linguistic Specialties at the University (Specialty "Ecology")

    Abstract:
    The article touches upon some actual issues on the organization of extracurricular students’ self-guided work in teaching English at non-linguistic specialties at the university and its impact on the learning process intensity. The article discusses the methodological foundations of the intensification of extracurricular students’ self-guided work. The purpose of the article is to consider the current issue caused by the need to apply in modern education such new forms of organization of students' self-guided work that can be effective and contribute to increase of students’ educational motivation and active cognitive activity. It is proposed to combine established, structured topics with controversial topical issues in teaching professionally-oriented English to students and take this principle into account when developing educational materials for extracurricular students' self-guided work and include them in a separate section when writing textbooks or teaching aids. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, observation, comparison. Research result. It was found out that creation and application of practically-oriented teaching materials require greater individualization of tasks, greater freedom of research, orientation toward the professional competencies formation, and an increase in students’ creative activity. It is concluded that practically-oriented approach in the organization of students' self-guided work in teaching English can be one of the ways to improve practical language skills and an incentive for students’ personal qualities formation.

    This work is devoted to the problems of identification and analysis of the main aspects of increasing competitiveness, taking into account the growth of the organization's capitalization. The authors studied the existing issues of the definition of competition as an element of market relations, a number of factors affecting on the competitiveness of the organization were identified. Based on the study of the phenomenon of capitalization, the authors draw conclusions about the interconnectedness and interdependence of factors of the organization’s competitiveness and aspects of maximizing its capitalization.

    Abstract:
    Market conditions of management necessitate regular assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise and the analysis of its defining indicators, but a single well-established methodology for such an assessment in modern conditions is not available. The study shows the implementation of a combined approach (based on the concepts of commercial activity, «4P» and the concept of M. porter) to assess the competitiveness of a commercial organization that sells agrochemical products. The following methods were used for the study: system and logical approach, comparative, economic-statistical and graphical methods. The results of the study were the development of ways to improve the competitiveness of a commercial organization that sells agrochemical products, and forecast calculations of changes in the level of its competitiveness and economic efficiency.

    Abstract:
    The article shows the image of Heracles – the greatest hero of ancient Greece – in early Russian art, as well as in the writings of chroniclers, scholars and enlighteners of the 10–19th centuries. It is established that throughout the history of Ancient Rus and then of Russia, Hercules was perceived with an exceptionally positive side, despite the pagan roots of his image. Condemnation occasionally was the fact of his deification by the Greeks and Romans. The image of Heracles was positively adopted by the Orthodox Church, which relied on the Byzantine doctrine, where Heracles was also viewed as a charitable fighter of monsters and a defender of people from evil. As a result or research it was revealed that Heracles had exceptional popularity in Russian art and literature, where he performed in a classical Hellenistic manner. He remained the standard of physical strength, human power and at the same time – a model of nobility, the ruler of the twelve great labours. The article contains materials from the author's monograph with the working title «Twelve of Labours of Heracles in ancient literature and numismatics».

    The work deals with the problem of the readiness of future teachers to apply a regional approach in professional activities, one of the options for solving which is proposed to use both theoretical and practical orientation in the preparation of students, and which is implemented, on the one hand, through the use of research and design tasks of the relevant subjects in the classroom, in extracurricular and independent work of students. In this regard, the classification of research and design tasks is proposed, and the need to comply with the pedagogical conditions for their application is emphasized.     In article criteria for assessment of corporate culture at school as the organizations of special type are offered. The main approaches to assessment of corporate culture of the organizations on the basis of which the system of criteria for it assessment in the educational organizations is developed are considered. Within article rather independent system of criteria and indicators for assessment of corporate culture, in relation to specifics of the educational organization is offered.     The article presents the experience of using the practice-analytical approach in the process of study of organic chemistry at the University. The conceptual base for the restructuring of the course was the extended interpretation of A. M. Butlerov's postulates. The practical-analytical approach consists in changing the order of studying organic compounds: from properties – to structure, in contrast to the traditional approach: from structure – to properties. The purpose of the restructuring of the course is the formation of the necessary competencies for a limited number of hours in the discipline and in the presence of a huge volume of information. The role of organic compounds in the world around us is emphasized.

    The author reflects the tendency of developing innovative strategies in the documents of state and municipal authorities. The classification of innovative strategies in the system of state and municipal management is made from the position of reaction to changes in the external and internal environment. The author's interpretation of the term «innovative strategy» and understanding of the strategic stages of innovative process at the organizational and managerial levels in the system of state and municipal management are formulated. An approach to understanding the tasks and levels of the innovative strategy of the authorities is presented and a procedure is proposed for selecting an innovative strategy and conducting innovative strategic analysis of innovation activities for organizational and managerial levels in present system of management. The mechanisms and tools for developing and implementing an innovation strategy for organizational and managerial levels are defined.
