    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается значение развития мелкой моторики у старших дошкольников с интеллектуальными нарушениями (умственной отсталостью) в контексте подготовки к школьному обучению и социальной интеграции. Раскрываются ключевые аспекты значимости: нейрофизиологическая связь с развитием речи, стимуляция когнитивных процессов, формирование готовности к овладению письмом, бытовая самостоятельность и социальная адаптация. Характеризуются специфические особенности моторной сферы детей данной категории. Систематизируются эффективные приёмы коррекционной работы: пальчиковая гимнастика, шнуровки, сортировка мелких предметов, лепка, рисование, аппликация, графические упражнения, сенсорные игры. Делается вывод о необходимости системного, регулярного и индивидуально ориентированного подхода для достижения положительной динамики.

    В статье представлена характеристика нейропсихологических маркеров речевой готовности к школьному обучению у старших дошкольников с задержкой психического развития. Речевая готовность к школе определяется наряду с оценкой словаря, звукопроизношения, грамматики и связной речи, также уровнем речевой активности детей, развитием слухоречевой памяти, умений понимания инструкции, программирования и контроля высказывания и др. На основе анализа отечественных исследований обобщены наиболее значимые маркеры риска школьной неготовности и обозначены диагностические ориентиры для практики дефектолога.

    Abstract:
    В статье анализируется потенциал игровых тренингов как педагогического инструмента, позволяющего органично интегрировать требования школьной программы в естественную для ребенка деятельность. Рассматриваются теоретические основания, восходящие к культурно-исторической психологии и теории деятельности, а также практические аспекты организации тренинговых занятий в условиях подготовительной группы дошкольной образовательной организации. Обосновывается, что целенаправленное включение игровых тренингов в образовательный процесс способствует становлению произвольной регуляции поведения и когнитивных процессов, необходимых для успешного перехода к школьному обучению.

    Abstract:
    В статье автор актуализирует вопросы социального заказа общества и государственной политики на укрепление ценности семьи и подготовки студенческой молодёжи к созданию семьи. Уточняется феномен «личностный кризис» с позиций экзистенциального подхода как закономерность природы человека. Такой подход предполагает рассматривать кризис в аспекте отражения человеком жизненных ситуаций, которые стимулируют у него потребность в изменении способа жизни, изменения отношения к основным экзистенциальным проблемам. Экспериментальным путём выявлены переживания и трудности личностного кризиса студентов выпускного курса. К основным переживаниям большинства испытуемых относятся проблемы готовности к созданию будущей семьи и родительство. Результаты исследования позволили разработать рекомендации для педагогов и тьютеров в рамках воспитательной и учебной работы в вузе по оптимизации вопросов ценностного отношения к семье.

    В статье рассматриваются понятия учебного и предэкзаменационного стресса у студентов вузов, обучающихся на первом курсе, подчеркивается ключевая роль психологической готовности к экзамену. Анализируются эмпирические данные, свидетельствующие о недостаточной психологической готовности к экзамену значительной части первокурсников. Выявлены основные проявления недостаточной психологической готовности: тревожность, неуверенность в собственных силах, неспособность к саморегуляции. Сделаны выводы о связи предэкзаменационного стресса и психологической готовности к экзамену, сформулированы условия его преодоления.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the relationship between a leader's managerial mindset and their readiness to integrate artificial intelligence into the management system. Based on an analysis of eight major global studies of 2024–2026 (PwC, McKinsey, BCG, IBM, Deloitte, Gallup, Asana, Harvard Business Publishing), the author demonstrates that the principal barrier to AI adoption is not technological complexity but the type of the leader's mindset. An original typology of five managerial mindset profiles in the context of AI readiness is proposed and theoretically grounded through correlation with the levels of C. Graves' value systems. The dynamics of transitions between profiles are shown, and the need to develop a validated diagnostic instrument is substantiated.

    Abstract:
    The article presents a differentiated approach to developing leaders' readiness to integrate artificial intelligence into the management system. Drawing on the author's typology of five managerial mindset profiles in the context of AI readiness, an optimal development format is defined for each profile — coaching, mentoring, their combination, or the shaping of an organizational environment. Particular attention is given to the «Strategist of Power» profile, for which classical individual development formats are inapplicable. Cases from the author's consulting practice are presented. The connection between the typology and the two-circuit model of leadership potential diagnostics is demonstrated.

    Автор статьи отмечает, что актуальность исследования обусловлена возрастающей социальной потребностью в качественном организованном отдыхе и оздоровлении детей, что требует подготовки педагогов общеобразовательных школ, способных эффективно действовать в специфической среде временных детских коллективов. Цель статьи – представить теоретически обоснованную и структурно-содержательную модель формирования готовности учителя к работе в условиях временного детского коллектива. В результате исследования разработана целостная модель, интегрирующая четыре компонента: целевой, содержательный, технологический и оценочно-результативный. Делается вывод о том, что реализация модели через систему повышения квалификации педагогов позволяет сформировать у педагога готовность к проектированию и реализации воспитательного процесса в динамичных условиях кратковременного коллектива.

    Abstract:
    Подготовка молодежи к семейной жизни – один из определяющих факторов силы и стабильности государства, с одной стороны, и прочности семейного брака, взаимопонимания в семейных отношениях и гармонии, с другой. В статье представлены результаты исследования, цель которого – изучение уровня готовности к семейной жизни у студентов вуза. Проведена комплексная диагностика по четырем критериям: когнитивному, ценностно-мотивационному, эмоциональному и операционально-деятельностному. Результаты выявили противоречивую картину: при наличии у молодежи в целом позитивных теоретических представлений о семье и ориентации на партнерскую модель отношений, были обнаружены значительные трудности. К ним относились недостаточная готовность, противоречивость установок в сферах финансов и личной автономии, а также выраженный дефицит практических навыков ведения семейного хозяйства и конструктивного общения. Выявленные признаки неготовности к образованию семьи позволяют утверждать о необходимости развития у студентов, в том числе через реализацию образовательных программ, практико-ориентированных мотивов, установок и навыков, необходимых для успешной семейной жизни.

    Abstract:
    The formation of social readiness for school at the present stage is becoming one of the central tasks of preschool pedagogy and psychology. This issue is of particular importance in relation to children with sensory impairments. The purpose of the study is to identify the conditions for the formation of social readiness for school in children with sensory impairments. Objectives: to identify the features of social readiness for school in children aged 6–7 with visual and hearing impairments in comparison with their normatively developing peers; to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of social readiness for school in children aged 6–7 with visual and auditory impairments, to assess the degree of their effectiveness. The hypothesis of the study: the process of forming social readiness for school in children aged 6–7 with visual and auditory impairments will be effective if the following psychological and pedagogical conditions are met: reliance on joint play and creative activities that enhance the child's subjective position and the formation of skills of cooperation with peers; the inclusion in the content of the work of a set of measures that ensure the formation of a positive attitude towards school, the child's acceptance of the positions of “teacher” and “student”. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific materials on the research problem, formative experiment, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data obtained, methods of their interpretation. Research results: children with sensory impairments are characterized by a low level of social readiness for school. The introduction of a specially developed system of formative influences that implements the conditions outlined in the research hypothesis contributes to the effectiveness of the formation of social readiness for school in children aged 6–7 with sensory impairments (vision and hearing). At the same time, there is an increase in the indicators of communication and cooperation skills among children with disabilities with their peers, a transition to more complex forms of communication between the child and adults, and a sufficient level of formation of contextual communication with them.

  • Dynamics of Components of Psychological Readiness of Teachers-Psychologists for Professional Activities in the Context of Digitalization of Education

    Abstract:
    Digital transformation of education is an integral part of the educational process in modern schools, which determines the active professional position of teachers-psychologists in digital education. The object of scientific research is the psychological readiness of teachers-psychologists and the formation of its components in the process of professional activity in the context of digitalization of school education. The article presents an analysis of the results of a study of the psychological readiness of teachers-psychologists in 2021 and 2024. This analysis revealed the dynamics of the formation of individual components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists at different stages of digitalization. The study of the components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists used the method of comparative analysis of data from two cross-sectional surveys obtained using standardized and author's methods. The main result of the study is the positive dynamics of the information-cognitive, emotional-volitional, motivational-value, and operational-activity components of the psychological readiness of school psychologists. Significant differences were confirmed by statistical analysis of the obtained data. In conclusion, the article presents the scientific and practical significance of the research, which reflects a conceptual description of the sequence of forming individual components of psychological readiness and recommendations for forming not only informational and emotional, but also motivational and value-based characteristics of professional activity within the framework of advanced training courses.

    В статье рассматривается проблема психологического сопровождения профессионального самоопределения обучающихся подросткового возраста (12–15 лет). Представлены результаты разработки и первичной апробации цифрового психодиагностического инструмента – «Карьерный навигатор», направленного на комплексную оценку интересов, склонностей, ценностных ориентаций и уровня сформированности готовности к выбору профессии. В работе использованы методы теоретического анализа, моделирования и пилотного эксперимента. Результаты апробации показали, что применение цифрового инструмента способствует повышению информированности школьников о мире профессий, активизации их самопознания и рефлексии, а также структурирует процесс профессиональных проб. Делается вывод о целесообразности интеграции подобных цифровых решений в систему психолого-педагогического сопровождения для формирования осознанного и ответственного профессионального выбора.

    В статье приведены результаты анкетирования педагогов-психологов Тулы и Тульского региона по оценке готовности к работе с семьями участников СВО. В исследовании приняли участие 41 педагог-психолог с разным стажем трудовой деятельности. Большая часть выборки, проводя оценку собственной осведомленности о психологических последствиях боевых действиях для участников и свидетелей, отметила у себя достаточно высокий уровень осведомлённости, но фрагментарный и поверхностный характер знаний, дефицит и потребность знаний, потребность в КПК, обучающих семинарах, мастер-классах, тренингах, методическом материале. Для оказания более эффективной психологической помощи участникам СВО и членам их семей специалисты региона считают необходимым освоить способы работы с горем, травмой, стрессом.

    The article discusses the theoretical aspects of developing high school students' readiness to design their personal professional future in the context of a modern school. The key concepts of professional readiness, design, and personal professional trajectory are analyzed. The role of pedagogical support as a leading mechanism for developing students' ability to consciously plan their professional future is substantiated. The article highlights the basic components of readiness, including cognitive, emotional-motivational, activity-based, and reflective components, which form a comprehensive model of professional self-determination. The importance of integrating self-knowledge, value orientations, and practical experience into the educational process is emphasized.

    The article analyzes the key factors influencing the formation of professional readiness among high school students. It examines the internal (personal, cognitive, and motivational) and external (family, school, social environment, and labor market) determinants of the process of professional self-determination. Special attention is given to the role of pedagogical support, interaction with external institutions, and the influence of digital technologies. Based on the analysis of current research, the article provides recommendations for improving the system of career guidance in schools.
