    Abstract:
    The article describes bankruptcy issues and information on conducting an assessment of the probability of assessing the bankruptcy of companies. Based on the data from the accounting statements of the oil and gas company PJSC Lukoil, the probability of bankruptcy of the company was assessed using four bankruptcy forecasting models. The article presents the conclusions of the analysis, evaluates the success of the introduction of the financial policy of the company.

    This article considers the problems of applying the comparative approach to the valuation of Russian companies. The methods of comparative approach to business valuation are studied. PJSC Acron value by the method of companies – analogues is calculated. It is concluded that the method of companies – analogues with multiplicators is the most applicable for Russian companies and whole market.

    Businesses need to rely on strategic financial planning when taking decisions on managing operational activity to navigate through turbulent times, as a well-planned budget, can provide the company with ability to allocate resources effectively, prioritize initiatives, and develop long-term strategic plans. In this article methods of strategic financial planning in operational activity are applied for the FESCO group, in order to identify internal and external factors affecting its financial performance, make predictions on further development of the company and propose the main ways to improve it.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the theoretical justification and practical implementation of an educational environment aimed at developing the methodological competence of future teachers. Purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate, practically define and experimentally create an educational environment aimed at developing methodological competence in future primary school teachers through game practice. Research methods: a) theoretical: analysis, synthesis, interpretation of scientific literature on the research problem; b) empirical: pedagogical experiment. The article describes approaches to defining the categories “competence”, “methodological competence”, “gaming practice”. The study shows the feasibility of using innovative games in teacher education and formulates the requirements for the development and implementation of innovative games. The results of the pedagogical experiment prove the effectiveness of using innovative games as a means of developing students' methodological competence. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of conditions for the use of innovative games in the methodological training of students - future teachers. The conclusions based on the results of the empirical study give reason to talk about the advisability of using elements of game practice in order to develop the methodological competence of future teachers.

    Abstract:
    The article presents results of a study of cognitive activity in children of the seventh year of life attending a preschool educational institution. The relevance of the study is due to a decrease in the level of cognitive activity of modern preschoolers, which may become one of the reasons for difficulties in mastering educational activities in the future. The effectiveness of the organization of psychological and pedagogical activities for the development of this activity is largely determined by knowledge about the specifics of its manifestation, and therefore there is a need to obtain new scientific data on the specifics of the manifestation of cognitive activity in children of this age. The article presents a brief overview of the available data on the formation of cognitive activity in preschool age, reflects the results of an empirical study conducted by the author of the article. The purpose of the study was to identify the features of the development of cognitive activity in children of the 7th year of life. The study was carried out in the form of a ascertaining experiment using a set of diagnostic techniques. The sample consisted of 41 pupils of preparatory groups of kindergartens. On the basis of the selected structure of cognitive activity in the study, specific features of the manifestation of this activity in children of the specified age were established.

  • Features of mnemic activity in children with ZPR: results of an experimental study

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to identify the features of mnemic activity as part of its structural components in older preschool children with mental retardation. Tasks: to identify typical and individual features of the development of mnemic activity in children with mental retardation in comparison with their normally developing peers; to identify specific features in the development of indicators of each structural component of mnemic activity in children developing normally and with mental retardation. The hypothesis of the study: mnemic activity as part of its structural components in 5-6-year-old children with mental retardation is characterized by specific features in comparison with normatively developing children. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature on the research problem, ascertaining experiment, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data obtained, methods of their interpretation. Results of the study: the paper presents a comparative characteristic of the features of mnemic activity as part of its three components: motivational, target, operational and technical in children 5-6 years old with ZPR and their peers of the normative variant of ontogenesis. It has been established that children aged 5-6 years with mental retardation have a lower level of MD compared to normative preschoolers. In the structure of mnemonic activity, the “leading” component is the motivational one: preschoolers with mental retardation exhibit a stable, emotionally positive attitude towards accepting the task and the content of the mental activity. The target component is characterized by a lack of understanding of the meaning of the activity being carried out, as well as the mnemonic task itself, the inability to independently accept and maintain the goal of remembering, extremely low values of the volume of reproduced information. The operational and technical component of this type of activity is very weak: there is a dominance of mnemonic techniques of a mechanical nature, or their absence, as well as poor awareness of them, making a large number of errors during reproduction, lack of independence in performing the proposed tasks, turning to an adult for help in the process of control and MD assessments, or refusal of activities.

    This study examines the transformational impact of integrating geographic information systems (GIS) into cadastral mapping to address the inaccuracy, limited availability, and lack of adaptability of traditional systems. The study identified specific and measurable improvements after GIS integration, including a 25% increase in data accuracy, a 30% reduction in search time, and a 40% increase in collaboration capabilities. The results obtained allow us to consider GIS integration as a strategically sound and empirically proven activity that offers concrete solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency and interaction in the compilation of cadastral maps

    Abstract:
    In this paper, the authors analyze the concept of psychological well-being, its criteria, as well as a brief problem of studying the issue. The specifics of the activities of employees of public authorities and the institute of public administration in modern conditions are considered. The most significant professional and personal characteristics for civil servants are highlighted, as well as the necessary parameters of their psychological well-being necessary for the effective performance of labor functions in public service bodies. The importance of determining the level of psychological well-being of civil servants in order to timely identify and correct psychological difficulties, as well as timely prevention of neurotic conditions and prevention of professional burnout is substantiated. Practical recommendations are given to determine the level of psychological well-being of employees of authorities and management. In addition, in order to increase the level of validity of personnel decisions, it is recommended to take into account the indicators of psychological well-being of candidates for vacant positions when working with the personnel reserve of the civil service.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents the results of a comparative analysis of the publication activity of the teaching staff of the departments of the Faculty of Physical Education of Dagestan State Pedagogical University. The obtained research results are based on the scientometric database of the RSCI. According to a set of hetero-geneous scientometric indicators: the number of publications, the citation index, the Hirsch index, the impact factor and the categories of journals in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission in which articles are published, the authors have compiled ratings of departments, an integrated assessment of their publication productivity is given. The importance of research related to the publication activity of higher school teachers is emphasized: the study of the publication activity of teachers and structural units of the university allows not only to assess the current situation of the effectiveness of research activities, but also assumes its informational value in solving the tasks of improving the efficiency of planning and organization of scientific work of departments (faculties), in order to increase the competitiveness of the university.

    The relevance of the chapter is determined by the fact that foreign language teaching in a non-language university should be aimed at the formation of intercultural communicative foreign language competence, an important part of which is the ability to communicate in a professionally-oriented environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the natural learning of spoken language in a foreign language using communicative gestalt situations. The results of the study allow us to conclude that when organizing foreign language teaching by using communicative gestalt situations, it is necessary to take into account the features of modern psychological principles of the formation of bilingual consciousness of students and the national specifics of the communication culture of the people of the language being studied.

    The chapter reveals the potential of mentoring as a «personalized support strategy» based on the maximum actualization of the creative potential of teachers and students. The experience of organizing mentoring within the framework of the «teacher-teacher» model is described, and the main stages of the work are characterized. Mentoring in the «student-pupil» form is also considered. Using specific examples from our own practice, it is proven that this form can be most holistically implemented in the course of joint design and research activities of mentors and mentees.

    The issue of learning motivation is one of the most important in psychology and pedagogy. The importance of this issue is determined by the fact that the motivation of learning is a decisive factor in the effectiveness of the educational process. Formation of interest in learning is the result of the whole educational process at school. Despite the improvement of the teaching system, the use of methods of problem and developmental learning, the accumulated experience and materials on the formation of motives for learning activities of schoolchildren, there is a difficulty in the effective formation of interests in learning, especially among adolescents. The chapter reflects the issues of motivation of modern schoolchildren and students of secondary professional institutions. The author has made an attempt to analyze the problems on the basis of the study of questionnaires of three adolescent groups. The factors influencing motivation through the perspective of peculiarities of adolescence are analyzed.

    In this work, a three-factor multiplicative mathematical model of deterministic factor analysis by the integral method is studied on the example of solving a specific problem of analyzing the economic activity of the manufacturing sector of the economy. As intermediate indicators, the average number of employees in the industry, the number of days worked by an employee per year and the average annual production of products by an employee of the industry were taken. The resulting indicator was the output of the industry.

    Today, during the period of the sanctions impact on Russia by foreign unfriendly countries, the role and importance of the regulatory function of foreign economic activity, the need for its improvement and adaptation to the changed conditions are increasing as never before. In this way, the author considers the tools of currency and export control, as well as tariff and non-tariff methods of regulation to be the most effective. Using the example of the customs industry, scientists conducted a retrospective study of the possibilities of intensification of existing activity algorithms. The reliability of the obtained results is ensured by the use of multifactor analysis, system, complex, process and situational approaches to the reference points of the studied problem. The conclusion is made about non-compliance with the balance of priorities (the predominance of the fiscal function over law enforcement), excessive liberalization of Russian legislation in foreign economic activity, relatively weak interdepartmental interaction. Measures are proposed to correct of imperfections by improving the risk profile and a number of other measures.

    Tolling is quite often used in agriculture, it allows agricultural organizations to receive additional income and optimize their production processes [3, p. 42]. The chapter talks about the essence of tolling operations, documentation and their accounting. There is a problem of documenting and accounting for these operations at the enterprises that carry out tolling. The purpose of this research is to study the methodology of tolling relations and organization of their accounting. For tolling to work effectively, it is necessary to build the scheme of tolling operations correctly, and the big role is given to the accounting of this section. The methods of research were general logical and structural-dynamic analysis, as well as the general scientific method of deduction. The result of the research was the methodology of registration and accounting of tolling operations, illustrated by model examples.
