    Abstract:
    The article studies the current state and key problems of development of procure-ment activities in the consumer cooperation system of the Yaroslavl region. The analysis revealed the concentration of the regional cooperation system on the retail trade sector and a relatively low level of development of systemically important for regional markets areas – agricultural cooperation, cooperation in the sphere of public services. The formed set of problems should be considered as a combination of national and regional problems. The priority directions of development of the consumer cooperation system in the region are: promoting the development of co-operative relations in agriculture, local production, building the infrastructure of interregional relations; popularization of the infrastructure of assistance to improve the experience of entrepreneurs.

    This article considers the topic of investment attractiveness of the company in the framework of value-based management. The concept of profit maximization as the main goal of business operations is no longer actual and is being replaced by the concept of maximizing the value of the company. Potential investors shift their attention to value indicators, the components of which demonstrate the operational, investment, and financial performance of the corporation. In the article, two models of assessing company performance and investment attractiveness are reviewed.

    This scientific article examines certain grounds for the unconditional reversal of court decisions. The author conducts a comparative legal analysis of these grounds based on the civil procedural legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The appeal appears to be a new institution for reviewing court decisions for the Republic of Belarus, and there is an opportunity to compare the interpretation and rights granted to participants in the trial of different states.

    Abstract:
    This chapter reveals the toolkit for students’ training for the traditional endurance sports tournament «Bogatyrs of Yaroslav». The description of bogatyr is presented in the chapter based on the analysis of the literature. To conduct the experiment, special sets of exercises were developed for building the power abilities of the participants. A comparative analysis of the results of training the control and experimental groups indicates a significant advantage of the winners using the developed set of exercises.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the organisational and pedagogical conditions of formation of general professional competences of a future teacher in the process of mastering additional educational programmes. The author reveals the essence and content of the conditions through the formation of motivational interest in students, ensuring the integration of basic and additional educational programmes, early involvement of students in pedagogical activities. The solution of the problem of formation of general professional competences of the future teacher is considered possible within the framework of implementation of quasi-professional approach in training, which is integrated in the educational environment of the university as a set of methods and techniques of training, forms, means aimed at the formation of pre-professional mobility of students. This approach is possible through the integration of additional courses (electives, studios, creative workshops, clubs, etc.), the introduction of interactive methods, group training and research activities, practices with different purposes as a foundation for laying the basic general professional competences of future teachers. Pedagogical conditions are a necessary component of the process of professional training of students. They should be taken into account in the organisation of the pedagogical process, which will further ensure a high level of adaptation to professional activity.

  • The Relationship between High School Students' Entrepreneurship Needs and the Frequency of Entrepreneurship Consulting Activities by Teachers in Vietnam

    Abstract:
    Under the impact of Industrial Revolution 4.0, promoting entrepreneurship among students is an important direction to contribute to the economic and social development of Vietnam in the current period. The study was conducted to determine the characteristics of high school students' needs for entrepreneurship, the frequency of entrepreneurial consulting activities of teachers and the relationship between them, like the basic foundation for the effective organization of entrepreneurial consulting activities for high school students. Questionnaire is the main method using in this study. The questionnaire includes 35 items, which were tested for reliability by using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The research subjects include 3185 Vietnamese high school students. Statistical data is processed by using SPSS version 20.0. Research results show that, the need for entrepreneurship is popular among high school students, but is not yet clear. Entrepreneurial consulting activities are implemented in schools, but the frequency is not high, conducted by teachers in the form of group classes. There is a positive, statistically significant relationship between students' need for entrepreneurship and the frequency of counseling activities for them. The research data is scientific basis for establishing the model of entrepreneurship counseling and building measures to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship counseling activities for Vietnamese high school students.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the influence of external factors on education due to the peculiarities of the current reality of the BANI world. The signs of this world are understood in the context of changes in education as answers to the challenges of the new reality. The relationship of changes of the modern era in the form of challenges for education, pedagogical practice of training and upbringing, the need for personal development of students is disclosed. The specifics of modern practice meeting the requirements of the new reality were noted. The meanings of changes in the formation of a new reality are indicated: the model of «four-dimensional education» in the 21st century, the development of the personal potential of the student as a subject of the educational process, the use of pedagogical tools for the development of personal potential and the creation of a personal-developing educational environment. These meanings also include: the embodiment of the ideas of personalized training, a new model of the teacher's professionalism in changing conditions, developing management in educational organizations and his tools. The contribution of scientists to the development of scientific and theoretical responses to new challenges of our time to the education system, the pedagogical process of education and training, the process of personal development of a person is outlined. The results of the analytical work are presented in the form of provisions and key issues interpreting new meanings of changes in education.

  • The semantic field of wood ritual objects in the Russian spell rite

    The article examines the subject code of the Russian spell tradition using the example of a group of ritual objects of wood origin. This group has received insufficient attention in research, as evidenced by a brief review of the literature. The material for the analysis is the main publications of Russian conspiracies, as well as field materials recorded by the author in the period from 2003 to 2023 in the Omsk Irtysh region. The purpose of this work is to determine the semantic field of a group of wood objects in Russian spells, as well as to identify the relationship between a ritual object and its verbal and symbolic embodiment. The main method of research – historical-typological – allows us to draw typological parallels in order to clarify the boundaries of the semantic field, which includes ritual objects of the group being studied. The article also implements complex and cross-genre approaches. The analysis showed the widespread use of ritual objects of wooden origin in the Russian charm tradition. Objects are included in the text of the conspiracy as independent images and can be used relatively independently of the verbal component of the conspiracy. The semantics of the ritual object is in accordance with the functional and thematic orientation of the spell and is determined by its content. An examination of two objects – a bitch and a sliver – revealed an expansion of their functions and semantic field in in Russian spells of Siberian. This conclusion determines the direction of further research into spells paraphernalia in the aspect of the mutual influence of aboriginal and settler traditions.

    Over 2012–2022, there were changes in the composition of the number of employees and revenue to the type of economic activity «Agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming» in the context of the regions of the Central and Far Eastern federal districts. There were also changes in the structure of the analyzed indicators. Assessment of structural shifts in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District indicate the presence of both negative and positive ones. The assessment using the integral indicator made it possible to indicate the presence of insignificant structural differences in the number of employees and very significant structural differences in revenue for the analyzed type of economic activity. The noted changes led to the improvement in the industrial index of labor productivity and, as a result, the presence of a positive shifting effect due to changes in the structures of the number of employees and revenue in the Central Federal District and the Far Eastern Federal District in 2017–2022.

    In modern conditions of market economic activity, the process of integration and cooperative interaction often becomes crucial for the country to conduct an effective foreign economic policy. However, it is the very time that this trend has been subjected to numerous challenges and threats from the perspective of multiple packages of unjustified sanctions against the Russian Federation from a number of Western unfriendly states. As a result, along with threats and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of the process, new opportunities for optimizing the trade balance with foreign partners have appeared. The logistics flows of Russian trade have changed the vector of orientation from the western to the eastern sector. The algorithm of trade relations itself is changing. And one of the main parts in this restructuring mechanism is played by the apparatus of the Federal Customs Service (FCS), without whose thorough work success in this matter is simply impossible. In turn, the customs industry, in order to activate innovative management imperatives, urgently needs numerous initial assets and resources to fully ensure daily operations. This means that the role of the logistics support structure responsible for this area is immeasurably increasing. It is the activity of the latter that is the focus of the study. The author sees the improvement of the procurement model and its algorithm as a very effective opportunity. Based on the accumulated statistical information and scientific research, the forecast change in a number of procurement functions in various directions is analyzed. Specific conclusions and recommendations are given.

    Due to a noticeable decline in demand for advertising products, a decrease in sales and loss of profit in cafes and fast food restaurants, managers of some companies are forced to resort to extravagant ways of working with customers – involving epatage elements. The authors note that, to a greater extent, epathetic advertising causes negative emotions and makes a negative impression on older people, while in young people it evokes amazement, arouses interest, brings out laughter and the desire to buy fast food products precisely because of the original approach to their positioning. Based on the concepts of social field of P. Bourdieu, functional theory of R. Merton and others, the article outlines the features and peculiarities of difference between epatage and other attraction methods and techniques of influence on young people. Examples of socially significant epatage advertising, epatage in advertising products of catering restaurants Carl's Jr, Burger King, cafe ‘Shhelkunchik’ are given in this chapter. Understanding the impact of epathetic advertising, marketers also consider the possible consequences for brand reputation, including negative feedback and criticism. A strategy of ubiquitous social media presence not only maximizes audience reach, but also helps shape the consumer habits of young people. In conclusion, the authors emphasize that epathetic food advertising cannot bypass ethics, principles and postulates of morality.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a study of ideas about a socially active personality among university students. Based on the characteristics of the three components of social ideas, it was concluded that there are a number of contradictions in ideas, the most significant of which are the contradictions between a positive assessment of the result of prosocial activity and negativism towards the self-realization of the individual in it. Some obstacles to increasing prosocial activity and the potential that teachers and psychologists can rely on have been identified. It is proposed to pay attention to prosocial cooperation as a phenomenon that combines the value and semantic features of prosocial activity.

    Abstract:
    The chapter provides an analysis of theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented studies of the problem field, actualizing the need to preserve cultural and historical memory and the formation of civic identity of young people in the territory of the Russian Federation and the newly annexed territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions. The authors consider the axeological and regulatory foundations of civic and patriotic education in the modern socio-cultural space, identify the semantic field of the categories «cultural and historical memory» and «civic identity», present various mechanisms and factors influencing the formation of cultural and historical memory and civic identity. The material presents the cultural landscape of the newly annexed territories from a geographical point of view. Based on the analysis of the research, the authors identify educational technologies relevant for the purposes of civic and patriotic education, the main diagnostic tools for conducting pedagogical measurements of cultural and historical memory and civic identity of youth, and also provide an overview of educational practices of teachers on this issue.

    The current socio-economic situation in the international space poses many challenges and threats to the Russian Federation that need timely and adequate responses. The rehabilitation by a number of unfriendly states of the post-industrial development model forces them to look for (and find) new ways and algorithms of development, reorienting the logistics directions of foreign economic activity from the West to the East Asian vectors of development. In connection with such a restructuring of the foreign economic model of integration relations management, there are many new tools, models and algorithms of activity that have not yet been taken into account in the scientific domestic and foreign literature and therefore require special attention and study in terms of increment of scientific knowledge, which redefines the relevance of this chapter. The Federal Customs Service (FCS), within the framework of the ongoing processes, is a kind of “filter” or “barrier” to unfair competition and illegal economic actions in relation to the Russian Federation. Therefore, it is from the positions and possibilities of its development prospects that the possible positive dynamics of the process of further foreign economic activity is considered. The study was conducted from the stand-point of systemic, complex, situational and process approaches. The materials of monographic studies, statistical reporting data and documents of software and target support served as an information layer. As practical recommendations, reference points for the growth of the effectiveness of the system of foreign economic activity are outlined.

    Abstract:
    In order to understand the influence of geopolitical factors on the value of the company the value of PJSC Sberbank will be estimated using dividend discount model and earning multiplier and after that compared with values of JPMorgan Chase and HSBC banks which will be calculated using same methods in order to estimate the discount that Russian bank will have in comparison with American and British banks that are supposed to have zero discount since those countries are considered as the most stable and economically developed in the world thus it makes sense to calculate discount rate based on their prices. Also, a regression model which will analyze factors that can affect the price of stocks of those banks will be considered, and if the results for Russian and Western banks are too different, it becomes possible to estimate the error (discount) which is applied when pricing Russian assets.
