    The article covers the problem of using neuropsychological knowledge and techniques in correctional and speech therapy work with children with disabilities. The primary issue is the importance of neuropsychology for child development and the neuropsychological approach as a health-preserving component of the educational environment. The categories of children with disabilities who need neuropsychological support are described. Emphasis is placed on the organization of interhemispheric interaction in speech therapy classes. Variants of neuropsychological exercises and neurogames used by the authors are woven into the context of the narrative.

    It has been established that the paradigm of sustainable regional development is a process occurring over time, consisting of a sequence of positive changes that entail an increase in the harmony and balance of the social, economic and environmental aspects of such development, and aimed at solving problems that exist within the life of the regions. The sustainable development of the region is considered from the perspective of a systems approach, as a result of which it is concluded that the definition of “sustainable development of the region” is directly related to such a key property inherent in any socio-economic systems as the preservation of organizational and functional integrity under the influence of external and internal negative factors.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines such a fragment of socio-economic relations of the meso-level as the distribution and redistribution of income of the population depending on the fields of activity, economic situation in general, average wages of the territory and much more. The indicators of nominal and real incomes of people, their structural composition, and the impact on the growth of quality of life are taken into account. By interpreting the statistical material accumulated by the Kaluga Region over the past fifteen years in this direction, a search is underway for a more effective model (its contour) of socio-economic management at the regional level. The designated range of priority problems also includes the issue of the fight against poverty, reducing the number of people below the subsistence level. The graphic schemes created by the researchers help to decode the submitted text sufficiently and intelligibly. Intermediate conclusions, in turn, (linked to separate graphs) make it possible to polemize already in the course of reading the developments made. The increment of scientific knowledge is seen in the great generalizing power of the analysis made, which can be useful to almost any meso-level system in terms of improving the motivational policy of the real sector of the economy.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the research topic is related to the need to assess the results of the national project "Safe High-Quality Roads" implementation at the regional level, to identify unresolved problems of road development in the regions of the country. The objective of the work is to identify the problems of road development typical of the Samara region, to suggest possible ways to solve them. The study analyzed the state and dynamics of the Samara Region's highway network, road safety, and the practice of using PPP (public-private partnership) mechanisms to finance road construction, which uncovered problems such as the non-application of life-cycle contracts in road construction, a significant length of roads that do not comply with regulations, a funding gap for the highway complex, and low rates of digitalization in road construction, the absence of a long-term strategy for the development of Samara region highways based on a scenario approach. We developed recommendations that will help overcome these problems and simplify the achievement of strategic goals for the socio-economic development of the Samara region.

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the essence and content of the concepts of "moral stability", "moral instability", "variability", forms, methods, and means of formation of moral stability in adolescents. Moral stability is not an innate quality of personality, it is formed by means of purposeful educational work. The core of formation of moral stability in adolescents is internalization, i.e. the transformation of moral requirements of society, moral principles into internal attitudes, personal beliefs of each student. The educational process is based on the principles of science, historicism, humanity, the relationship of socio-cultural and educational values, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students. The article presents a generalized experience of Chuvashia schools in the formation of moral stability in adolescents (secondary schools No. 10, 40, 53, 62 Cheboksary, Secondary school No. 2 Alatyr, secondary school No. 3 Kanash). The study revealed a number of pedagogical conditions that make it possible to successfully form moral stability in adolescents.

    Abstract:
    The requirements of federal state educational standards, professional standards and the labor market contribute to the introduction of project-based learning into the educational process of the university. Despite the fact that issues related to project training are actively being investigated, however, a system of interrelated procedures regulating the activities of project participants has not been developed. This paper presents a methodology for the organization and support of project training aimed at the formation of universal and professional competencies of students, including the development and implementation of the project. The article describes ways to assess the level of competence formation. The study examines the specifics of determining all aspects for the creation and implementation of the project. To verify the theoretical and practical provisions of the developed methodology for the organization of project-based education at the university, the formation of professional competencies is evaluated. The verification of the level of formation of professional competencies of the project participants is carried out on the basis of diagnostic sections described in detail on the example of the industrial practice "Research work" of students of the project master's degree in Mathematics 01.04.01, the orientation (profile) of the educational program "Teaching mathematics and computer science".

  • Socio-psychological features of a high school student blogger

    The Internet environment is becoming one of the factors of socialization of the younger generation. Nowadays, more high school students are opening up their own lives, emotions and behavior to the public when running a video blog on the Internet. The study of the socio-psychological characteristics of a high school student blogger represents a considerable interest, since, the number of domestic and foreign studies on this problem is not sufficient. The article arises the problem of acquiring socio-psychological characteristics by the young people using the Internet for blogging. As methodological tools of the study the author used various research methods including the author's questionnaire, "Scale of measurement of self-presentation tactics", "Scale of social trust of J. P. Blavatsky", "N. Hall's methodology for determining the level of emotional intelligence" etc. The article discusses the results of the comparative analysis of the socio-psychological characteristics of high school students, active Internet users and bloggers. The article describes an attempt to consider video blogging as a factor of socialization. As a result of the study, the definite features were identified, which consisted in the fact that a high school blogger having a low reflected self-attitude, may feel antipathy towards himself, and may actively use defensive-type tactics, that is, a defensive style of self-presentation.
