    Abstract:
    Familiarizing students with the components of the basics of ecology only in natural science lessons is ineffective. Therefore, it is important to develop environmental education through a system of additional education for children. At the same time, one of the means may be the organization of a network of educational ecological trails. Educational and research activities, excursions along the ecological path, competitions, contests held directly in the natural environment contribute to improving the level of patriotic education, ecological culture and deepening students' knowledge about their native land. The network interaction of teachers of institutions of additional education and teachers of secondary schools of the district, by combining them into an initiative group, allows them to unite their ideas, pedagogical experience and develop the most effective methods of educational work, remote small schools.

    The article reveals the current ideas of K.D. Ushinsky about the education of patriotism and how these ideas are implemented in the education of students (as a methodological basis, the author of the article uses a personal-activity approach, the foundations of which are laid by K.D. Ushinsky). It is considered how patriotic education of students is organized during the educational process, how educational projects and tasks are based on digital, Internet technologies characteristic of the youth subculture for its effectiveness, attractiveness for young people (according to Ushinsky's idea, a person should be educated according to the "spirit of the times", the social environment, culture). The criteria for evaluating the results of patriotic education and the results of work (increasing the social activity of students, etc.) are disclosed.

    In connection with the introduction by unfriendly countries of a new package of economic sanctions against the Russian Federation, in 2022, in order to reduce the negative impact of sanctions on the country's economy, the legislator implemented a number of anti-sanctions tax regulation measures. Within the framework of the conducted research, a set of scientific methods was used, including general research methods (generalization, comparison, description, etc.) general scientific (dialectical, logical, systemic, functional), private scientific (statistical, synergetic, etc.), special (comparative legal, formal legal, expert legal, etc.). In the course of the research, the author analyzes and evaluates the anti-sanction tax measures used in 2022, identifies problems of their practical application, and suggests appropriate solutions.

    The purpose of the study was to identify the problematic area of activity of state authorities to counter terrorism among the population in the Primorsky Territory. As a result of the study, it was found that the ongoing preventive measures to counter terrorism among the population of the region are not able to reduce the number of registered crimes of a terrorist nature. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended that the state program of Primorsky Krai «Safe Land» include measures related to monitoring the situation, identifying and eliminating factors that contribute to the emergence and spread of the ideology of terrorism.

  • Congruent and incongruent self-concept of students in different types of communication

    The purpose of the article is to identify the influence of the stability of the self-concept and different types of communication on the communicative tactics of interpersonal interaction, represented in the speech act. The hypothesis states that incongruence/congruence of self-concept determines the choice of speech act of the person in the process of cognition; the type of self-concept system that affects relationships with people is reflected in the speech act. Speech act, according to the concept of contextual education, is a unit of communication, the basis of activity and social interaction. The article presents the results of empirical research, in which 333 first-year students of two universities of Yekaterinburg participated. J. Kelly's repertory grid technique was used in the study. Personality constructs, which are obtained in the study, are constructed on the basis of bipolar differences. Personal constructs allowed us to identify the type of communication that affects the relationship with people; they allow us to evaluate the self-concept of first-year university students; self-esteem, assessment of significant others, real self and ideal self-presented in the constructs give an idea of the stability of the self-concept and the presence of cognitive conflicts caused by personal characteristics. Based on the analysis of role preferences in repertoire lattices and the distribution of the real self and the ideal self by type of communication, the levels of stability of the self-concept and the basic characteristics of a speech act are described, such as the nature of one’s own message, the correspondence of what is communicated and what is experienced, one’s position and role in communication, type of speech behavior, giving another person a role in communication. Theoretical significance – a tool is proposed for determining the level of stability of the self-concept, which, in unity with the type of communication, influences the nature of the speech act of a first-year student. Practical significance – determining the individual characteristics of a speech act will allow us to identify the level of formation of self-awareness of the subject of cognition, which will contribute to the creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions aimed at identifying the adaptive potential of first-year students at the initial stage of professionalization (initiation).

    The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

  • The Tatar layer of words in the system of kinship terms of the Besermans

    The purpose of this study is to identify and systematize the terms of kinship of Tatar origin in the Beserman dialect. The terms of kinship in the Udmurt language are relatively well studied. However, the terminology of Tatar origin as a separate lexico-semantic layer has not previously been considered in publications. Meanwhile, the study of such vocabulary can help shed light on the problems of the ethnogenesis of the Besermans, which is very important. This study was carried out mainly on the basis of T. I. Teplyashina’s monograph “The Language of the Besermans” and her field notes. The goals were achieved using descriptive and statistical methods, as well as the method of etymological analysis. Thirty-two Beserman terms of Tatar origin were identified and systematized, which allowed a new look at Besermian-Tatar contacts. In one of the periods, Besermans and Tatars had very close relationships up to interethnic marriages. The presence of special terms denoting the relatives of the husband among the Besermans, which are absent in other Udmurt dialects but correspond to the terms of the Chepetsk Tatars, may indicate that not only Besermian women married Tatars, but also Tatar women married Beserman men.

    The paper considers current trends in the development of retail trade in Russia and in the food and non-food segment, taking into account current problems and challenges, current trends in digitalization and the development of large networks, as well as e-commerce. The purpose of the study is to determine the prospects for further development of retail trade in Russia. Research methods: monographic analysis and synthesis, economic analysis (vertical, horizontal, coefficient), comparison and synthesis. Based on the results, a conclusion was made about the growing role of large trade networks in retail trade in Russia, although their share is not the same in all regions, about the consolidation of these networks and the creation of oligopolistic competition by them. It was also concluded that the share of Internet commerce in retail is growing, especially in the non-food segment, and the importance of large online marketplaces in retail trade in modern conditions is growing.

    The article presents and argues the author's opinion regarding the degree of demand for and expediency of using digital tools and services of the educational platform (EP) «Urait» in the educational process of a higher school in the course of teaching academic disciplines, the content of which is highly dynamic. A classic example of such an academic discipline is «Financial accounting». The introductory part of the article contains a general description of the named academic discipline and a description of the specifics of its teaching. The main content of the article is devoted to the description of the author's experience in using the main digital components of the EP «Urait», such as a flexible course constructor, an interactive assessment system and an online bank of the EP «Urait», as well as free templates for work programs. The final part of the article presents the author's vision regarding the need for a future expansion of the existing functionality of the EP «Urait» and expectations from the emergence of new functions of this platform.

    The article is devoted to the problem of formation of readiness to perform maternal functions among students of a higher educational institution. The purpose of the work is to consider the role and possibilities of museums in solving this problem. The material for the study was the content of events held on the basis of the National Museum of the city of Cheboksary, namely tutor workshops. Based on the use of methods of theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the research problem, as well as systematization and generalization of work experience, the pedagogical potential of the Chuvash National Museum in the formation of readiness to perform maternal functions among students was revealed. The article emphasizes the importance of carrying out work in this direction, notes the leading role of museums in solving the problem of forming constructive maternal behavior in girls. The museum is considered as an educational center designed to implement the process of transferring cultural norms and experience of generations that are in demand in society at a certain stage of its functioning. The article describes the experience of introducing the tutor workshop “Motherhood” into the work of the national museum. The conclusions emphasize the importance of involving students in the work of a tutor workshop aimed at forming a value attitude towards motherhood.

    The work is devoted to the analysis of texts of Chuvash epics recorded from the end of the XIX to the beginning of the XXI centuries. in the Chuvash villages of the Volga-Ural region. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the content of the texts of Chuvash bylichek, to introduce them into scientific circulation. The study presents the classification of bulls compiled by the author. The work is based on archival and own field materials. The texts are analyzed in a descriptive aspect. At the same time, the author turns to ethnographic and linguistic approaches in the work. A distinctive feature of the Chuvash bylichka is its content: a description of the landscape, furnishings, traditional costume, jewelry, local cultural features. In addition, bylichkas are characterized by enumeration of endemic toponyms, details, the use of certain sets of plots, the mention of household items, tools, harness items, and the performance of various kinds of deeds. The most amazing are the narratives about the transformations of people with supernatural abilities into various household items (cloth, chair, pillow) or into animals (cat, dog, calf, lamb) and back into a person, the transformation of the mortgaged dead into horses, harness items. The ending of the epics often contains the syncretism of two religions: pre-Christian and Christian.
