- Филология в системе образования
- Abstract:
- The paper examines the concept of the communicative approach in the methodology of teaching the Russian language. It highlights the history of the development of this approach in Russian pedagogy, reveals its key principles (functionality, situativity, novelty, and speech orientation), and describes the forms of its implementation in lessons (situational exercises and cooperative learning). Special attention is given to the compliance of the communicative approach with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education, showing how it contributes to the formation of communicative universal educational actions and the development of students' communicative competence, which includes their readiness and ability to engage in speech communication. The article concludes that this approach is important for developing all language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) and encouraging students to be active in the classroom.

- Abstract:
- In this study, we present the results of a comparative analysis of the antibacterial activity of aqueous extracts of common plants: garlic (Allium sativum), onion (Allium cepa), and horseradish (Armoracia rusticana). The aim of the study was to evaluate the phytoncidal properties of these plants in the context of searching for natural alternatives to synthetic antibiotics amid rising antibiotic resistance. The ability of phytoncides to inhibit the growth of bacterial test cultures on a nutrient medium has been experimentally confirmed. The garlic extract demonstrated the highest antibacterial efficacy, which is consistent with the proposed hypothesis and is due to the high content of allicin — a biologically active compound with pronounced antimicrobial activity.

- Abstract:
- This study presents a comprehensive assessment of the impact of acoustic noise on the psychophysiological state of humans through the integration of data from a theoretical analysis of scientific literature [1, 2, 3, 4] and the results of an empirical sociological survey. The sample consisted of 30 respondents aged between 11 and 70 years. It was found that 70 % of respondents subjectively assess the level of background noise in their everyday environment as high or very high. The dominant subjective reactions include irritability (56 %) and reduced concentration (32 %). Significant psychological effects (stress, increased aggressiveness) and physiological disturbances (headaches, arterial hypertension, decreased immune status) were identified [1, 3]. The obtained results substantiate the need for systematic monitoring of noise pollution in urban environments and the development of multi-level preventive measures to protect the population.

- Abstract:
- This study presents the results of a comparative analysis of the prevalence of vision defects and risk factors among students, as well as an experimental assessment of key parameters of the visual apparatus — the near point of clear vision and the area of the blind spot. The aim of the research was to evaluate the impact of increased visual load from digital devices on the visual health of young people and to test the effectiveness of simple physiological tests for the rapid assessment of certain visual functions. The practical component included a sociological survey of students and a series of physiological experiments. The survey results indicate a significant excess of the recommended time spent using electronic devices among the respondents (on average, 6–7 hours per day) and a high prevalence of vision problems (54.5 %). The hypothesis that adherence to visual hygiene practices and systematic eye exercises reduce the risk of progression of vision defects was confirmed during stud

- Abstract:
- The paper presents the results of a study examining the practices of using medicinal plants (chamomile, wormwood, dog rose, and hawthorn) among the population of the Chuvash Republic, as well as an assessment of respondents’ attitudes towards the independent harvesting of herbal raw materials and towards pharmaceutical forms. The aim of the study was to test the hypothesis that there is a high level of public trust in the healing properties of traditional medicinal plants and to identify the reasons for preferring purchased raw materials over self‑collected ones. The empirical part included an analysis of scientific literature, a sociological survey (n = 28), and the systematisation of data on the pharmacological properties, chemical composition of the plants, and safe practices for working with herbal raw materials. The results showed that chamomile is the most sought‑after plant (39 % of respondents), while more than 70 % of the surveyed individuals prefer pharmaceutical‑grade raw

The limits of contractual freedom in consumer lending: Institutions of self-locking and cooling-off period
Book ChapterDevelopment of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:
- Elena V. Iakovenko, Ekaterina V. Shushina
- Work direction:
- Глава 6
- Abstract:
- An analysis of legislative amendments on the possibility of establishing a “self-prohibition” on the remote conclusion of a loan agreement and the introduction of a “cooling-off period” before the issuance of loan funds was conducted to determine whether these institutions comply with the principle of freedom of contract. It has been established that self-prohibition is a voluntary self-restriction, which represents the most complete realization of freedom of contract. A cooling-off period is a mandatory restriction, establishing a deferred performance of the contract for the creditor. The authors conclude that the innovations are consistent with the constitutional criteria for the admissibility of restrictions on rights and freedoms, since the purpose of their introduction is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of all parties to the loan agreement.

- Глава 9
- Abstract:
- The chapter considers the regional education quality system as a complex social construct. Through the prism of a sociological approach, the interests and interactions of key actors (the state, educational organizations, teachers, students, parents, employers), institutional frameworks and value orientations that form ideas about quality are analyzed. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data (questionnaires, interviews, document analysis), the latent functions of the system, social contradictions and risks are identified, recommendations are given on the development of an education quality management system, the authors propose a conceptual analysis model that can be used to develop targeted management decisions at the regional level.

Some algorithms of a programmable approach to project management (on the example of the Chelyabinsk region)
Book ChapterDevelopment of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Vladimir N. Kruglov
- Work direction:
- Глава 12
- Abstract:
- The relevance of the topic of the chapter is determined by the lack of alternatives to the proposed approach in the implementation of national projects, as well as the need for continuous improvement of the software for this process. Today, socio-economic development programs for territories are being implemented in a comprehensive manner as part of a number of national priority projects, which significantly improve the quality of life for the local population and enhance environmental and other system-determining factors. The research methods used in this chapter include analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, abduction, and classification. A multifactorial analysis allowed us to assess the current «bottlenecks» and the prospects for their possible resolution with a sufficient degree of objectivity. The subject of the study was the search for «bottlenecks» in the project’s software, using the indicators of the Chelyabinsk Region as an example.

INTERNAL STANDARDIZATION OF DUE DILIGENCE REPORTING AS A TOOL FOR IMPROVING INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS AND FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY
Conference PaperThe Russian economy in the context of modern challenges- Authors:
- Erkin T. Shodiev, Dilmurod Sidikov
- Work direction:
- Обеспечение устойчивости предприятий реального сектора экономики в период нестабильности
- Abstract:
- This paper substantiates the need to develop and implement an internal standard for preparing due diligence final reports within audit organizations. The study argues that standardized reporting increases the analytical value, comparability, and practical usefulness of due diligence results for investors, creditors, owners, and corporate managers. The proposed approach is especially relevant under contemporary economic challenges, when investment decisions require timely, structured, and risk-sensitive information. The paper systematizes the purpose of the report, its users, structural sections, information sources, formats for presenting risk assessment outcomes, and the procedure for formulating conclusions and recommendations. As a result, an internal reporting standard is presented as an instrument for improving financial transparency, supporting investment attractiveness, strengthening audit-related services, and reducing information asymmetry in the decision-making process.
