- Abstract:
- Modern interactive education in higher education is an innovative approach that combines teaching and learning through the active participation of all those involved in the educational process. The study analyzes the psychological background of this method and its impact on the effectiveness of students' learning. The article examines the relationship between the use of interactive methods and academic achievements, the level of student satisfaction with the learning process in higher education institutions. The study was based on data collected through a voluntary anonymous online survey among students at the bachelor's and Master's degrees in humanities, which provided a comprehensive understanding of the perception of the interactive educational process at the university. The Yandex Forms platform was used to conduct the survey, which made it possible to provide convenience and ease of access for participants. The research methodology included a questionnaire designed to study various aspects of the use of interactive teaching methods in higher education institutions.

- Abstract:
- This chapter is devoted to interactive methods of teaching a foreign language using the Miro online platform. Combining traditional methodological approaches with the capabilities of modern online platforms such as Miro opens up promising areas in teaching foreign languages. The authors consider how this online platform can be effectively used to organize students' group work, increase their motivation and, as a result, improve the quality of learning. The potential of the platform is being explored, combining the theoretical foundations of interactive learning with practical experience using the platform. Special attention is paid to the role of active involvement of students in the educational process, the development of communication skills and the formation of intercultural competence. The authors substantiate the effectiveness of interactive methods for creating a favorable educational environment that stimulates creative activity and independence of students.

- Abstract:
- The study focuses on a comparative analysis of the cultural-activity approach and the theory of self-determination related to learning and the diagnotics of learning motives. In addition to the theoretical analysis, the study presents the results of an empirical study of the perceptions of high school students and college students regarding learning motives, which was conducted using a voluntary, anonymous online survey conducted on a Google form. The sample consisted of 107 9th-11th grade students and college students aged 14–19 years. Four methods were used: «Diagnotics of University Students’ (and High School Students’) Learning Motivation» (Badmaeva, 2004), «Academic Motivation Scales» (Gordeeva, Sychev, Osin, 2014), «Comprehensive Assessment of Learning Motivation» (Vartanova, 2000), and «Comprehensive Assessment of Learning Motivation – Pilot Scales», which includes six scales derived from this questionnaire (Glotova, Sh ipilova, 2025). Correlation analysis (according to Spearman) and factor analysis with Varimax rotation were used to process the data. As a result of the study, multiple correlations were obtained between the scales of the four methods; factor analysis revealed the influence of the «social spectrum» learning motive factor and the three «activity spectrum» learning motive factors in the perceptions of high school students; it was shown that the differences in the distribution of the scales of the four methods relative to the identified factors are largely due to the theoretical and methodological differences between the cultural-activity approach and the theory of self-determination, which underlie the methods of diagnosing learning motivation and the learning technologies associated with these approaches.

- Abstract:
- In modern conditions, there is an increasing number of children with functional and organic disorders of the central nervous system (CNS), caused by a combination of biosocial factors. The main at-risk group consists of children with various forms of intellectual development disorders (IDD), who face significant difficulties in mastering standard educational programs and in interpersonal interactions. Intellectual development disorder (IDD) is a serious condition affecting multiple aspects of a child's life, including cognitive functions, emotional-volitional regulation, and mental activity. This study presents findings on the specifics of cognitive processes and emotional intelligence in adolescents with IDD. Key results reveal: unstable and weak logical reasoning, impaired memory retention, low emotional intelligence levels in most participants. Factor analysis identified a four-component structure, confirming the relative independence of: cognitive functions, regulatory processes, social skills, verbal-reflective abilities. Notably, significant deficits were observed in logical thinking and memory, while emotional development remained at an average level. These findings highlight the urgent need for innovative psychoeducational support strategies tailored to this adolescent population.

- Abstract:
- The article describes an educational project aimed at increasing student engagement and consolidating educational material through the practical use of secondary resources. The author describes the experience of creating thematic dioramas as a means of visual representation of the studied sections of the program. Special emphasis is placed on the possibility of children with disabilities participating in the project, which made it possible to implement an inclusive approach to learning. The project was implemented as part of optional classes on the Sverdlovsk Children's Railway for five months. The participants used recycled materials such as cardboard boxes, old brushes, wires, book covers, etc. – as well as elements of modern technologies, including 3D printing. The work contributed to the development of creative, engineering and environmental thinking, communication skills and teamwork. The results showed the effectiveness of the method: children were actively involved in the learning process, showed independence and initiative, and also increased the level of understanding of the educational material. - Abstract:
- We studied 30 years of experience of traditional medical school, as well as some trends in reforming the methods of teaching natural sciences. The importance of teaching biology to medical students remains undeniable; currently, there are current debates about the methods of teaching theoretical disciplines, including biology. We described various approaches to teaching: a teacher-oriented approach, a student-oriented approach, problem-oriented learning, discipline-based learning, integrated learning. According to the results of the student survey, it was revealed that 93.2% consider the discipline «biology» to be necessary in a medical university, 75% are satisfied with their results in studying the discipline, 82.4% consider a conversation with a teacher to be the preferred format for studying the discipline, 51.1% of respondents prefer an oral survey as an assessment tool, 79.1% of students are satisfied with practical work with a microscope. For optimal work, it is recommended to practice each of these approaches and apply them in everyday teaching activities. An individual approach to students, combined with the use of up-to-date teaching technologies, takes the teaching of fundamental disciplines to a new level, where classical and modern teaching methods are combined.

Features of self-regulation of older adolescent students with different levels of reflection
Research Article
Development of education Volume 8 No 2- Authors:
- Svetlana V. Veliyeva, Elena V. Zorina, Svetlana V. Yeshmeikina

- Psychology in Education
- Abstract:
- The article examines the features of self-regulation of educational activity in senior adolescents depending on their level of reflexivity. At the first stage, reflexivity levels were determined in 257 students of grades 10–11 and 1–2-year medical college students using the reflexivity questionnaire by A.V. Karpov and V.V. Ponomareva and the differential reflexivity test by D.A. Leontiev and E.N. Osin. At the second stage, the features of self-regulation among adolescents with different levels of reflexivity were studied using the questionnaire "Style of Self-Regulation of Academic Activity – SSUD-M" by V.I. Morosanova. The results showed a predominance of the average level of reflexivity, a complete absence of a high level, and a significant proportion of adolescents with low reflexivity. Statistically significant differences in indicators of systemic reflection and introspection between groups with low and average reflexivity were revealed. Adolescents with an average reflexivity level demonstrated higher rates of planning, programming, evaluation of results, responsibility and independence in educational activities compared to peers with low reflexivity. The obtained data confirm the importance of reflection as a psychological mechanism contributing to successful self-regulation of educational activity and emphasize the need for targeted psychological and pedagogical work aimed at developing reflexive abilities of senior adolescents in the educational process.
