    In contemporary society, product design is no longer limited to simple functional considerations, but has gradually evolved into a comprehensive discipline that integrates art, technology and humanities. As the three core elements of product design, material, aesthetics and technology play a vital role in shaping product shape, improving user experience and transmitting cultural connotation. This paper aims to deeply explore the creation concept of "material beauty and workmanship" in product design, through the analysis of Chinese traditional creation concept and pragmatic aesthetics, as well as the study of the post-industrial era and personalized consumption trend, combined with the relationship between materials, aesthetics and technology in modern product design, to explore its application value in contemporary product design. It is hoped that these studies can provide useful inspiration and reference for the development and innovation of product design field.

    Abstract:
    The chapter considers methodological approaches to the development of business communication skills of students of a non-linguistic university in a foreign language based on educational speech situations that allow reconstructing the conditions of business intercultural communication that are significant for educational purposes. In the context of interactive, situational and communicative approach, some stages and features of the development of intercultural business communication are specified. The advantage of a communicative task from a methodological point of view as a stimulus for speech activity and a means of managing the student's speech behavior in a specific situation of intercultural business communication are noted. A business game is characterized as the most effective stage of teaching a foreign language in the field of intercultural business communication; recommendations are given for the use of business games in the educational process of a non-linguistic university. The conceptual foundations of gaming technologies are described and the methodology of their use within the framework of interactive and communicative approaches is substantiated.

    The chapter provides a socio-psychological analysis of marital relations in Kyrgyzstan with an emphasis on modern transformations and challenges facing the institution of family in a changing sociocultural context. Factors influencing the stability and dynamics of family relationships are examined, including socio-economic changes, cultural traditions and new social realities. Key aspects are covered, such as changing roles and functions of spouses, the impact of information technology on family interaction, as well as issues of self-determination and individualization in marital relationships. In conclusion, the prospects for the development of the family institution in Kyrgyzstan and the need to adapt traditional values to modern challenges are discussed.

    Abstract:
    Development of the EIEE (electronic information and educational environment) is one of the most important topics in modern pedagogical research. This process is currently undergoing a lot of changes and requires its detailed understanding within the framework of pedagogical science, as modern educational programmes for specialists’ training require implementation of innovative digital technologies. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to carry out theoretical analysis and case study in order to systematize this concept in the context of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various sectors of the digital economy. EIEE plays the key role in terms of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various areas of digital economy. This paper provides generalized analysis of existing theoretical approaches to the concept of "ecosystem" and considers various views on EIEE’s development. Particular attention is paid to the authors’ approach, which is based on cooperation with industrial partners. In this context, it is proposed to create EIEE through the development of technical specifications, integration of cross-platform solutions and sharing resources. In the course of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that EIEE’s development is an important step towards evolution of educational programmes that meet the requirements of modern digital economy and contribute to training of a new generation of specialists, who are ready for challenges that future presents.

    The article provides a retrospective analysis of various approaches to the adaptation of students in an interactive educational environment. The characteristics of each of the analyzed approaches highlight the specifics of students' adaptation to the conditions of an interactive learning environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theory and practice of students' adaptation to an interactive educational environment. A comparative analysis of various scientific approaches to the adaptation of students to the educational process has allowed us to define pedagogical processes as synergetic systems in which unstable, unexpected and unpredictable situations are constantly created that require an adequate operational response from students. Consideration of pedagogical processes as synergetic systems leads to the need to use interactive educational technologies in the educational process. In an interactive educational environment, adaptation does not manifest itself in a traditional academic form, but takes the form of preadaptation, which requires students to quickly search, build and regulate their attitude and behavior, adequately changing the conditions of the educational environment. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the development of interactive learning technologies in the study, meaning-creating educational technologies have been experimentally developed and substantiated, allowing creating conditions in the educational process for the openness of thoughts, ideas and meanings of students and the phenomena studied and knowledge about them. The educational technologies proposed in the article are a new direction in the development of an interactive educational environment, and their use in educational practice can significantly increase the adaptability of students to the educational environment.

    Цель исследования – анализ целесообразности использования методики «стандартизированный пациент» в процессе формирования навыков оказания первой помощи, разработка методического обеспечения образовательного процесса. Организуется групповой тренинг, который погружает студентов в «чрезвычайную ситуацию». Студенты должны продемонстрировать командную работу, адекватные методы первой помощи и умение определять очередность ее оказания. Стандартизированный пациент может имитировать живые эмоции «пострадавшего», такие как испуг, истерика, шок, а качественно выполненная имитация синдрома повреждения с помощью грима в значительной степени повышает реалистичность учебной среды. Это делает использование методики «стандартизированный пациент» в ходе деловой игры более предпочтительным. Методика имеет практикоориентированное направление, запоминание уступает место мануальной технике, основанной на теоретических знаниях. Выполняя манипуляцию в учебной среде, максимально приближенной к реальной студент понимает целесообразность формирования этих навыков, объективно себя оценивает.

    Рассмотрена проблематика, связанная с гражданским процессуальным правом и несовершенством конституционного права на судебную защиту. Автор анализирует основные аспекты взаимодействия этих двух областей права, выявляет противоречия и сложности, возникающие при осуществлении судебной защиты гражданских прав, связанные с длительностью рассмотрения дел, «двоякостью» судебных позиций, дифференциацией рассмотрения дел по территориальной подсудности, а также с «правовой неопределенностью» позиций высших судебных инстанций. Автор приходит к выводу, что взаимодействие суда, граждан и организаций требует совершенствования и реформирования, чтобы обеспечить более эффективное и справедливое разрешение споров.
