    The article examines the innovative activity of a teacher of the Higher school on the example of personal practical experience based on working with students in the course of teaching the discipline «News journalism» and «Fundamentals of the creative activity of a journalist». The main problem of modern education is the weak motivation of students to the educational process. Using the methods of assimilation of knowledge based on the cognitive activity, the author comes to the conclusion that the most successful form of teaching is practical classes, which are conducted in the form of interactive.

Автор предлагает преподнести материал в виде интерактивного занятия, используя различные методы: имитационные игры, дебаты, исследовательский метод, метод группового исследования иллюстративного материала и другие. Уроки такого рода очень важны как для учителя, так и для ученика: учебный материал лучше усваивается, занятия становятся более продуктивными, школьники не только запоминают информацию, но и прорабатывают личностные качества (soft-skills).

    В современных условиях окружающей реальности становится очевидным, что общество нуждается в высшей степени квалифицированных специалистах, имеющих профессиональные и личностные компетенции, способных не только адаптироваться в современном цифровом мире, но и занимать в нем лидирующие позиции. Поэтому проблемы, связанные с формированием будущих специалистов, обладающих как профессиональными, так и общекультурными компетенциями и желанием развития и самосовершенствования, должны стоять перед вузовским образованием вообще и перед каждым преподавателем в частности. В статье авторы пытаются рассмотреть возможность применения элементов проблемного обучения как одного из вариантов действий педагога по мотивации студентов при изучении непрофильных или дополнительных дисциплин программы курса. Преподавателю необходимо передать обучающимся посыл, что отсутствие фундаментального вузовского образования усечет в дальнейшем возможность перейти на новый уровень владения информацией, а также может привести к торможению карьеры.

    Abstract:
    Вопросы, обсуждаемые в статье, представляют интерес с точки зрения повышения педагогического мастерства преподавателей и методики преподавания иностранного языка в специализированном вузе. Представлен опыт организации и проведения открытого практического занятия по иностранному языку в рамках профессионального конкурса «На лучшего преподавателя» образовательной организации системы МВД России. Автор подчеркивает значимость профессионального конкурса для интеграции передового педагогического опыта и акцентирует внимание на важности практико-ориентированной направленности конкурсов, проводимых в специализированном вузе. Показывает необходимость анализа конкурсного занятия по иностранному языку с точки зрения функционального потенциала педагога и обучающихся. Анализируемое занятие по теме «Вещественные доказательства» рассматривается как структурное взаимосвязанное единство, в качестве примера предлагаются оптимально сочетаемые упражнения и приемы педагогического менеджмента.

    The relevance of the research is determined, on the one hand, by the fact that education, being the object of multidisciplinary research, is comprehended through the prism of subject practices of its theoretical construction, on the other hand, such subject determinism determines the specifics and nature of subject design practices within the «educationally oriented» scientific disciplines, sets the logic of relevant research programs and suggests that the construction of subject disciplinary theorizations of the phenomenon of education has a common conceptual logic.     Abstract:
    The basic problem of the visually impaired students’ integration into different spheres of public life through educational practices is considered in this scientific article. The purpose of the work is designing of specially organized pedagogical conditions for disabled students’ involvement into extracurricular activities. Key issues of the maintain of the school extracurricular activities are identified, basic examples of school activities in the frame of Federal State Educational Standards are presented. Special pedagogical conditions are usually identified after having studied the students’ readiness for creative activity, their participation in the school events, after having penetrated into the students’ problems and preferences. The article involves results of the research held on a bias of Grot boarding school. 215 students of the 5th–12th grades participated. These special conditions should help to the involvement of the disabled students into educational process, the main goal of which is upbringing of a harmoniously developed and socially responsible person. A set of the best pedagogical conditions is proposed in the article. The development of mixed aged communities at school and providing pedagogical assistance in their productive work is analyzed. The content of the school community activities is often connected with the solution of the participants’ personally important problems. There’s sense in the students’ being involved into working out and discussing a plan of extracurricular activities, it’s vitally important to support and initiate their ideas. It’s necessary to make a spectrum of different methods of education work wider and to involve students to design them. Development of the teachers’ professional competence and building relationships with the students on a bias of human values are urgent for the successful solution of educators’ tasks. The article concludes that the proposed set of pedagogical conditions will contribute to the successful socialization of schoolchildren and the development of their life competencies.

  • Formation of the Institution of Social Contract In Conditions of Digital Economy in Modern Russia

    Abstract:
    The article makes an attempt to analyze a new type of social assistance to low-income citizens, low-income families, as well as citizens in a difficult life situation in order to formulate proposals for its improvement. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin during the meeting with senators held on 23 September 2020 pointed out that "One of the key factors in war on poverty is the social contract" (https://ria.ru/20200923/bednost-1577654986.html). The social contract is a very effective type of social assistance, as it is aimed to activating the citizens themselves in increasing their level of material security. As a result of the contract, they get the opportunity to find a permanent income, including by opening their own business or running a personal subsidiary farm, solve their difficult life situation, retraining. Despite the positive dynamics of the increase in the number of signed social contracts, the mechanism of these contracts itself needs to be improved. In particular, the author suggests that social protection institutions move to proactive social work with poor citizens, informing them more fully about the features of the social contract. It is also proposed to transfer the distribution of quotas for the conclusion of a social contract in various areas of the activities carried out within its framework to the subjects of the Russian Federation, to revise the terms of the social contract in the direction of «job search».

    В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты историографии семейной политики СССР и России. Дается краткий обзор источников, попавших в кругозор авторов от середины 1950-х гг. до начала 2000 гг. Речь идет о том, что в 1950-е гг. проблемы семейной политики рассматривались преимущественно с точки зрения охраны материнства и детства. В 1960-е гг. ученые переходят к проблемам более глубокого порядка: брачно-семейным отношениям. В 1970–1980-е гг. ученые делают акцент на взаимосвязи демографической и социально-экономической политики, фиксируется кризисная ситуация в семейных процессах. На рубеже ХХ–ХХI вв. интерес ученых направлен на необходимость реализации более эффективной семейной политики в контексте глубокого демографического кризиса.

    The authors of the article considered officer families, defined the role and importance of the family for the officer, highlighted the socio-psychological characteristics of the family of a serviceman, taking into account the influence of the specifics of military service on it. The authors gave an answer to the question how to create a prosperous and happy family for officers, taking into account four types of compatibility, presented the results of a survey conducted among female servicemen studying at the Military Academy of Communications, who answered the question: "What factors of well-being of an officer's family in the modern world do you consider the main ones?", gave recommendations for the preservation of prosperous relationships in young officer families.

Материалы отличаются насыщенностью авторских научных и практических экспертных подходов и требуют тщательности взаимодействия с их разработчиками в случае проектной реализации. Отдельные материалы представлены совместно с экспертным участием коллег из России, Словакии и Австрии. Материалы монографии носят прикладной характер, адресованы управленцам, координаторам и методистам инклюзии. В региональных системах образования материалы могут быть применены как предметный вектор для вариативных модулей высшего профессионального педагогического образования в подготовке педагогических кадров, программ профессионального последипломного образования и бенчмаркинга. Теоретическая часть является релевантной для проектных разработок деятельности международных исследовательских команд в выявлении и научном анализе лучших практик инклюзии и управления инклюзивными системами.     В статье проведен общий обзор психологических основ креативных телесно ориентированных практик с акцентом на внутри- и межгрупповые отношения. Раскрываются понятия телесной психотерапии и креативные телесно ориентированные практики. В настоящее время существует множество психотерапевтических практик. Различные методы психотерапии реализуют свой принцип лечения, которые используются в работе с людьми, имеющими различные проблемы. В нашей работе мы рассматриваем вид психотерапии, при котором понять свои чувства и мысли помогают движения и физические упражнения, направленные в том числе и на укрепление внутригрупповых и межгрупповых связей. Видом современной практической психологии, предметно-объектной базой которого является тело человека, стала телесно ориентированная терапия. Опираясь на классические традиции телесно ориентированной психотерапии, применяются различные формы художественно-музыкального и иных видов искусства. Одной из таких форм терапии искусством стала арт-терапия (креативная психотерапия), которая включает определенные телесно ориентированные техники.

    Изучаются психологические взаимосвязи стилей саморегуляции и самоотношения студентов-педагогов. На основании проведенного регрессионного анализа представлены результаты: чем у студентов выше степень сформированности потребности в осознанном планировании деятельности и перестраивании моделей поведения в случае необходимости, тем ниже выражено избирательное восприятие отношения окружающих к себе, а также обвинение себя и проекция гнева в адрес окружающих.
