    Abstract:
    The paper examines the conclusions on the use of variable methods and methodological techniques for the formation of professional adaptation of future chemistry teachers studying at one of the leading universities in the country, in the modern scientific and pedagogical worldview and in conjunction with the psychological, pedagogical and methodological aspects of the prospects for competence education. An attempt is proposed to outline the features of solving the problem of gradual immersion of students in professional activities, starting from the first days of study at a university, in the context of the conditions for the implementation of federal state educational standards of a new generation. The value of the use of various aspects of pedagogical technologies for students of higher education in the paradigm of the formation of professional competencies of the personality of a young specialist has been substantiated and determined. An assumption is formulated according to which the formation of professional adaptation of students, future teachers of chemistry, has characteristic features, taking into account the duality of their activities, since the educational situation at the level of didactic technologies is characterized by the presence of interactivity and integrability.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of some psychosocial issues of medical care for women with breast cancer during the COVID-19 pandemic. This topic is very relevant due to two main factors: the universal prevalence of cancer (and a constant increase in the incidence), as well as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the world. At the same time, the purpose of the study was to study the attitude to this problem not only of women – patients, but also of their attending physicians. The objects of the study were 150 people, divided into 3 groups of 50 people each. Group 1 included patients of different ages with the first diagnosis of breast cancer, the diagnosis of which coincided with the beginning of the third wave of new coronavirus infection. The second group included women who were diagnosed with breast cancer even before the start of the pandemic (until 01.01.2020) and who were currently undergoing treatment or were registered for the disease. The third group included doctors of various specialties who treat patients in groups 1 and 2. The research was based on a questionnaire specially developed by the authors. The main part of the study was to determine the age composition of women with cancer, which made it possible to draw preliminary conclusions about the incidence of breast cancer among patients of different ages. Then the attitude of women to their disease and to the COVID-19 pandemic during each of its «waves» was studied in detail. An interesting feature of the study was the study of some social aspects of the management of women with cancer, such as: official employment, the ability to «take» sick leave, the presence of a Voronezh or regional registration, etc. The final stage of the study was the identification of the main fears of the objects of study of all three groups. The data obtained in the work are of certain interest for all physicians involved in the treatment of women with cancer.

    Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме взаимосвязи профессионального выгорания и индивидуально-типологических особенностей (проявлений темперамента, акцентуаций характера) сотрудников МЧС. В ходе тестирования диагностированы показатели профессионального выгорания, типы темперамента и акцентуации характера респондентов; корреляционным анализом установлено наличие взаимосвязи показателей профессионального выгорания с индивидуально-типологическими особенностями сотрудников МЧС: проявлениями темперамента (эмоциональной устойчивостью, экстраверсией – интроверсией) и акцентуаций характера (педантичный, застревающий, экзальтированный, возбудимый, циклотимный, эмотивный, тревожный).

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the monograph section is determined by the demand for scientific developments at the present stage aimed at combating poverty. In the light of the recent resolutions of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin and government legislative acts, the developments made appear to be exactly the instrumental support that will help to expand, adapt and implement the best territorial practices to improve the quality of life in our country. On the basis of system, complex, process and situational approaches, the authors of the material analyzed a number of existing models of the socio-economic plan at the regional level. The conclusions made help to develop an adaptation mechanism that allows you to copy the successful experience of individual territories to many others. In addition, it is possible for researchers to create cluster packages of software-targeted support for the process, as a set of measures to combat poverty throughout the country.

    Abstract:
    This paper presents the results of a study aimed at revealing specific features of teaching a foreign language and, in particular its grammar, online (via a video conference) as compared with off-line training. By analyzing works on the problem, evaluating the teaching experience, studying the data of a student survey (open-ended questions type) and the data of previous similar surveys, we reveal positive and negative aspects of online foreign language classes. Next, we suggest ways to eliminate or diminish the disadvantages of online learning and ways to use its advantages in teaching foreign grammar. The adaptation of a grammar teaching methodology to the «online» mode is presented as a revision of ways (forms, techniques, tools) to present and master the material. The teacher is to take into account the psychological difficulties of online learning, while following the general didactic principles and preserving the content of the methodology.

    В научной работе автор рассматривает административную форму защиты прав супругов при расторжении брака. Рассматривается институт расторжения брака в органах ЗАГС, его правовое обоснование. Приводятся основания, согласно которым супруги могут обратиться в органы ЗАГС для расторжения брака. Автор подробно рассматривает нормы права и позицию Верховного Суда РФ относительно фактических обстоятельств, наступление которых является необходимым для подачи административного заявления о расторжении брака. Отмечается польза наличия брачного договора о разделе совместного имущества супругов в случае расторжения брака в органах ЗАГС. Отдельно автором рассматривается административная процедура расторжения брака между супругами, один из которых имеет гражданство (подданство) иного государства, а также некоторые другие аспекты процедуры расторжения брака в органах ЗАГС (и приравненных к ним), осложненной иностранным элементом. В работе также приводятся основания, согласно которым супруги могут обратиться за защитой своих прав в суд. Автор анализирует нормы действующего законодательства и вырабатывает позицию о необходимости преобразования сложившейся структуры органов ЗАГС.

    В статье рассматриваются категории споров, возникающих при расторжении брака. Одной из самых распространенных категорий являются споры, возникающие по поводу раздела совместно нажитого имущества. Раздел имущества – это достаточно сложный процесс, особенно если раздел имущества производится в судебном порядке; для лиц, расторгающих брачный союз, это еще и трудоемкая и затратная процедура, негативно сказывающаяся на их взаимоотношениях. Споры, возникающие в процессе расторжения брака, можно решить при помощи альтернативных процедур рассмотрения спора. В бракоразводном процессе одной из самых распространенных альтернативных процедур урегулирования споров, в том числе споров, возникающих по поводу раздела совместно нажитого имущества, по мнению автора, должна стать процедура медиации. Исследуются мнения различных авторов, высказывающихся по поводу того, что медиацию необходимо законодательно закрепить как обязательную процедуру в процессе расторжения брачного союза. Однако автором определено, что обязательное закрепление применения медиации в процессе расторжения брака нецелесообразно, так как в таком случае основная сущность данной процедуры как добровольной будет утрачена. Автором предложены свои пути решения проблемы недостаточной распространенности медиации как альтернативной процедуры рассмотрения споров в бракоразводном процессе.

    The research is devoted to the identification of lexical and semantic relations and the establishment of similarities and differences of H.P. Lovecraft’s work «The Outsider» in English and Russian. A comprehensive analysis of the studied words and phrases was done. In the present work, the methods of comparative and statistical analysis which allowed to identify discrepancies between the English and Russian versions of words and phrases were used.

    The article examines the practice of issuing "serial" coins at various mints during the Roman Empire on the example of the twelve labors of Heracles (in the Roman interpretation - Hercules). In this article, a "series" means a complex of coins, regardless of metal and denomination, issued within the reign of one Roman emperor, one mint and / or one geographical place, united by one hero or a single storyline. It was established that the series with the exploits of Heracles in the II-III centuries. AD were minted in all parts of the vast Roman state and beyond its borders: from the southernmost (Alexandria, Egypt) to the north (Panticapaeum, Bosporan kingdom), from the west (Tarsus, Cilicia) to the east (Colonia Agrippina, "Gallic Empire" by Mark Postumus). The serial issue of coins with Heracles was also recorded at the mint of the center of the state in Rome.
