    Abstract: In the course of the study of the problems of legal regulation of the ethno-conflict sphere, the author of the article conducted a survey (using the methods of questionnaires and in-depth interviews) of 20 experts who are highly qualified specialists in the field of countering ethno-national conflicts, studied the results of mass sociological research, analyzed scientific works and media publications. As a result, the most effective legal measures for regulating the prevention and suppression of ethnic and national conflicts were identified, and the main directions for their improvement in the interests of strengthening the Russian statehood were identified.

Также представлены противоречия, которые испытывает современная женщина – между желанием достигать успехов в работе, карьерного роста, материальной независимости и реализацией социальной роли жены и матери. Также в статье рассматриваются вопросы переоценки ценностей, переосмысления значения семьи и супружеских отношений в жизни женщины.

    Abstract:
    The authors, based on poorly studied documents and secondary sources, consider the events on Khalkhin Gol in the context of the development of military-political and economic processes in East Asia, primarily related to the Sin War. The authors claim that the Japanese militarists did not abandon their plans of aggression against the USSR after Khalkhin-Gol, and the cessation of hostilities against the Red Army and the MNR troops was caused by the position of politicians in the leadership of Japan. Due to the pressure of the militarists on the Japanese government and parliament, rapprochement between the USSR and Japan became extremely difficult after December 1939. The authors argue that the decision of the Japanese government to stop fighting on the Khalkhin-Gol River was caused by the complication of the economic situation in Japan itself as a result of the outbreak of World War II and the prolongation of the Sin War.

    The presented article is based on the results of a study of the behavior of leaders of educational organizations and institutions in conflict situations. The main theories that develop ways of solving the problem under study from the standpoint of modern psychology have been determined. The aspects of increasing the competence of managers to resolve conflicts in educational activities are considered, taking into account its fundamentally important components. The results of in-depth study of the phenomena necessary for psychological and pedagogical practice are characterized: individual strategies of behavior; the role of unconscious patterns of behavior; stable attitudes of behavior; hierarchy of scenarios and styles of behavior of educational leaders in conflict situations.     В научной работе автор рассматривает медиацию как форму защиты прав супругов при расторжении брака. Рассматривается институт семейной медиации, его правовое обоснование. Обозначаются принципы медиации. Приводятся основания, согласно которым супруги могут обратиться к медиатору за помощью в разрешении конфликта с целью недопущения возникновения последующего спора о праве при расторжении брака. Обращается внимание на все преимущества процедуры медиации как средства защиты семейных прав при расторжении брака. Делается вывод о необходимости развития института семейной медиации путем создания специализированного государственного органа в будущем и поддержки частных медиаторов в настоящем.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a study that allowed us to draw an output about the features of conflict behavioral patterns of spouses. Men in conflicts try to compete or negotiate for their own interests, while most of the female sample avoid solving the problem; the overall level of aggression among men is slightly higher than among women. Almost all men participating in the study choose aggression as a psychological strategy, while avoidance is the main strategy for women. The female sample is mostly dominated by archetypes related to wisdom, fertility, home maintenance, and parenting, while men choose strength, power, strategies, narcissism, and impartiality.
