  • About Modern Factors of Yakut Identity at the Turn of the XX–XXI Centuries

    Abstract:
    In the conditions of the historically established ethnic diversity in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the complex development of market relations and the strengthening of the role of the ethnic factor, the problems of ethno-social adaptation of the indigenous population arises. The purpose of the article is to study the structure of a person's self-identification and to research various forms of identity such as ethno-cultural, linguistic and ethnic. One of the main sources for studying the problems of ethnicity was both various statistical materials, data from an ethno-sociological survey, and field ethnographic materials obtained by the author of the article in the course of expeditionary and stationary work in the uluses of the republic over the last quarter of the XX century – the beginning of the XXI century. When writing the work, the author applied both methods of field research in order to collect initial material, as well as theoretical and methodological ones. The article concludes that if there is a problem with the functioning of the Yakut language and its loss by a part of the urban Yakut population, it does not lead to the loss of Yakut identity. On the contrary, partly the loss of their native language by people of Yakut nationality, as it turned out, leads to the strengthening of their ethno-cultural identity. The dynamic of the number of Yakuts shows that the ethnic factor plays an important role in the identification of a person. The results of the work confirm the thesis that ethnicity, compensating for the weakening of civic identity, becomes a defining stratifying category, acquiring the ethnopolitical rank. In general, despite the influence of various factors, the materials of ethno-sociological studies in Yakutia showed a high degree of manifestation of both ethnic and ethno-cultural identity, and partly linguistic.

    Abstract:
    Одним из ценных оснований российской системы образования можно назвать готовность её рядовых членов поддержать коллег, несмотря на сложные жизненные обстоятельства. При этом зачастую подобную готовность и открытость современная парадигма рыночных отношений воспринимает за слабость или некомпетентность. В этой связи совершенно верно сработала система управления образования, сохранив указанную благородную черту многонациональных народов России. Имеется в виду, что склонность к подвигу, подвижничеству поставили на вооружение системы образования. Речь идёт о создании на базе общеобразовательных организаций инновационных площадок, призванных развить профессиональный потенциал современных специалистов. Со временем особенность национального характера усилилась талантами и творческими амбициями современных российских учителей. По итогу в России новыми гранями заиграли проекты по созданию инновационных центров, которые ранее только безлико телеграфировались на административных сессиях и кворумах. Сетевое взаимодействие на высоком научном уровне ранее казалось метафорой, отдалённой перспективой и несбыточной мечтой учителей. Реальность инновационных площадок оказалась более чем привлекательной, поскольку решала и коллективные, и личностные вопросы. Под личностными вопросами в первую очередь понимается возможность обновления профессионального самосознания педагогов. Заострим внимание на том, что подразумевается именно обновление, а не поверхностная трансформация внутренней системы ценностей педагога. Результаты научного исследования всецело поддержали предположения автора.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the problems of the formation of ethnic self-awareness of university students in the process of teaching the discipline «Theory and methods of ethnocultural education». The relevance of the study is determined by the state policy that elevates culture to the rank of national priorities and recognizes it as the most important factor in the harmonization of public relations, the guarantor of the preservation of a single cultural space and territorial integrity. The purpose of the article is to consider the issues of content-methodological and educational plan in the formation and development of ethnic self-consciousness of students of higher educational institutions in the process of teaching the dissertation "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education". The analysis of normative-legal and legislative acts in the field of culture and education, observation, and the method of generalization of pedagogical experience allowed us to identify effective forms and means of ethno-cultural education of students. The data of a sociological survey conducted before and after studying the discipline "Theory and methodology of ethno-cultural education" among students of the training direction "Folk Art Culture" of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts are presented in the article. Based on the data obtained by such criteria as the level of formation of ethnonigilism, ethnic indifference, positive ethnic identity, ethno-egoism, ethno-isolationism, ethno-fanaticism, conclusions were drawn about the positive result of the study and recommendations were made for the development of ethnic self-knowledge of students in the course of studying the discipline "Theory and Methodology of ethno-cultural education".

  • The Sacred Landscape of the Northern Selcups: The Losyl-Lakka Sanctuary on Lozyl-to Lake

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the most famous ancient sanctuary of the northern Selkups – Shaman Mountain Lozyl-lakka on Lozyl-to Lake. The purpose of the study is to combine the information available about it in the scientific literature and in the author's field archive and to find out what this object of the sacred landscape is. The research methods were description, semantic analysis and fieldwork. The result of the study was the conclusion that Lozyl-lakka is a family sanctuary, where sacrifices were made to the spirits-masters of the ancestral fishing grounds, on which the success of members of the clan in the trade "depended". The memory of the sanctuary has survived to this day due to its location in a remarkable natural place. It was also found that the sacred mountain serves as an indicator of the state of the modern ethnic identity of the Selkups. It is characterized by the preservation of faith in spirits and strict adherence to a number of traditions that this belief dictates, therefore, the process of transformation of traditional culture into new modern forms among the Selkups, which is ongoing among the northern peoples today, is hampered by the vitality of some elements of this very traditional culture. A separate comprehensive study of the Lozyl-Lakka sanctuary, including the standpoint of the attitude of modern Selkups, constitutes the scientific novelty of the study. The publication of summary data on the sanctuary preserves it as part of the cultural heritage for future generations of Selkups and replenishes the data bank of ethnographic science.

    Abstract:
    The comparative results of the 15-year study on stereotypical associations regarding the ethnonym “Uzbeks” among uzbek youth are presented in the article. Methods. The main components of the content of the ethnic autostereotype of uzbek youth at the beginning of our century (2003–2005) and today are revealed by the method of associative experiment. Comparative analysis of the results of the association experiment in the context of 15 years showed a significant increase in the role of “personal traits” in the characteristics of their ethnic group, as opposed to a sharp reduction in the share of traditional activities and their products. Results. It is pointed out that despite the fact that the concepts related to national clothing retain their leading positions (for example “tyubeteika”, “atlas”, etc.) and objects of national life (“lagan”, “tandyr” etc.), the strengthening of ethnic self-perception through the historical prism and geographical features was recorded, which may be a consequence of active educational work, which focusing on historical achievements and the special geostrategic position of the country. It is concluded that the results obtained can be a sign of noticeable shifts in the national consciousness of uzbek youth, which are manifested in the shift of attention from the external attributes of the traditional way of life of the ethnic group to the internal composition of these formal features.

Это позволило также предложить некоторые новые подходы к структурированию социологического знания.

Описываются теории и методы исследования представителей различных концептуальных исследований. Подчеркивается, что несмотря на наличие множества интерпретаций относительно развития самосознания в зарубежной психологии, многие исследователи придерживаются того, что оно развивается в процессе постижения личностью своего прошлого, настоящего и будущего. Авторами делается вывод о том, что исследователи основных зарубежных концепций видят в личности только пассивный объект, находящийся под биологическим или социальным влиянием.

    The article discusses the main features of the kindergarten educational environment for the development of preschool children’s self-consciousness. The authors provide a general description of the children's self-consciousness with a general speech underdevelopment, describe the main areas of work on the development of self-awareness with this category of children. As the authors note, the development of the ability to analyze and to evaluate what is happening, as well as familiarity with various social roles, contributes to leveling existing difficulties in interacting with society in children with general speech underdevelopment, allows preschoolers to become more self-confident, to embed a positive self-concept and increase the level of claims.

Методология исследования на основе сравнительно-сопоставительного анализа и обзора ключевых факторов человеческого бытия показывает необходимость применения нравственных ориентиров, сформулированных И.Я.Яковлевым, в практике школьного и вузовского образования. Обосновано, что Завещание И.Я. Яковлева чувашскому народу является непреходящей нравственной ценностью для педагогической практики и принятия решений, связанных с воспитанием и просвещением в эпоху социальных перемен.

    В данной статье рассматривается проблема формирования компетентности студентов педколледжа на основе принципа единства процессов социализации, гражданского образования и развития личности студента и принципа субъектности в процессе профессионально-личностного развития студентов. Актуализация исследуемой проблемы связана с необходимостью формирования гражданской ответственности и правового самосознания специалистов любой сферы с тем, чтобы способствовать развитию у них способности к успешной социализации в обществе. Автор раскрывает значимость формирования социально-правовой компетентности студентов, которая рассматривается как показатель социального становления личности, а также способ деятельности, детерминирующий установление связей и отношений с обществом на правовой основе и выработки осознанной гражданской позиции. В работе анализируются такие аспекты социально-правовой компетентности, как социализация, гражданское образование, субъектность, профессионально-личностное развитие студентов и т. д. В статье показана целесообразность включения в организацию учебно-воспитательного процесса в педколледже таких форм и методов, как студенческое самоуправление, молодежные форумы, краеведческая работа, диспуты, деловые игры, постановка социальных перспектив и т. д. В связи с этим делается вывод о том, что для формирования социально-правовой компетентности студентов педколледжа необходимо использование педагогических принципов, связанных с социализацией, гражданским образованием и развитием личности студентов.
