    В научной работе автор рассматривает медиацию как форму защиты прав супругов при расторжении брака. Рассматривается институт семейной медиации, его правовое обоснование. Обозначаются принципы медиации. Приводятся основания, согласно которым супруги могут обратиться к медиатору за помощью в разрешении конфликта с целью недопущения возникновения последующего спора о праве при расторжении брака. Обращается внимание на все преимущества процедуры медиации как средства защиты семейных прав при расторжении брака. Делается вывод о необходимости развития института семейной медиации путем создания специализированного государственного органа в будущем и поддержки частных медиаторов в настоящем.

    Abstract:
    С целью оперативности нахождения и использования информации о Красной книге, редких и охраняемых растениях и животных Чувашской Республики был создан и осуществлен проект «Красная книга Чувашской Республики онлайн». Проект был осуществлен обучающимися МБОУ «СОШ №12» г. Чебоксары, активными участниками экологического отряда «ЭКО-мы». Для реализации проекта активисты освоили азы сайтостроения: получили навыки работы с текстом и графикой, азами веб-дизайна, обработки фото и работы с соцсетями. После открытия сайта был облегчен доступ к материалам Красной книги Чувашии для подготовки докладов, рефератов, курсовых и дипломных работ, научных работ и проведения исследований, поиска достоверной информации. Проведена презентация проекта с участием сотрудников Минприроды ЧР и заповедника «Присурский».

    В результате оцифровки данных о местонахождении редких видов растений из Красной книги Чувашской Республики (2001) созданы картосхемы встречаемости видов по административным и ботанико-географическим районам республики. Максимальное биоразнообразие видов растений, включенных в Красную книгу Чувашской Республики, отмечено в Алатырском районе и Заволжье, по ботанико-географическим районам лидируют Алатырский, Присурский, Заволжский и Приволжский районы.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a study that allowed us to draw an output about the features of conflict behavioral patterns of spouses. Men in conflicts try to compete or negotiate for their own interests, while most of the female sample avoid solving the problem; the overall level of aggression among men is slightly higher than among women. Almost all men participating in the study choose aggression as a psychological strategy, while avoidance is the main strategy for women. The female sample is mostly dominated by archetypes related to wisdom, fertility, home maintenance, and parenting, while men choose strength, power, strategies, narcissism, and impartiality.

    Soviet social advertising aimed at solving problems that do not lose their relevance in modern conditions are examined in the article. The issues of social protection of motherhood and childhood might be considered as such. The Great Patriotic War and post-war informative posters are analysed in the article. The work notes that during The Great Patriotic War the soldiers of Red Army were called upon for the protection of their loved ones and the government promised to support their families, yet during post-war period the topics of orphanage prevention, woman's professional self-fulfillment, peace time rearranging and erection of social welfare state became relevant.

The mediation service considered in the article, which deals with issues of family conflicts, is designed for such a way of resolving disputes, in which both sides of the conflict are included in resolving the issues that arise without spending extra emotional and material resources.

    In the article, the author defines the concept of ethno-cultural competence of a teacher, his or her ability to organize a dialogue of original cultures. The purpose of the article is to study the concept of ethno-cultural competence of a foreign language teacher in the context of intercultural communication. Methods: consideration of the provisions of materialistic philosophy on the harmony of national, interethnic and universal and dialectical unity of form and content; analysis of the main provisions of the competence approach, theories and practices of personal development; review of philosophical, cultural, sociological, psychological and pedagogical provisions. The theoretical basis consists of the ideas of prospects for development and formation in the system of moral and ethical priorities, the ideas of socio-cultural modernization of education, multicultural education and upbringing, ethno-cultural education, and the theory of cultural dialogue. As a result of the analysis, the author concludes that the training and upbringing of a globally thinking citizen who knows the cultures and traditions of his or her people is achieved in the process of interaction of a foreign language teacher with representatives of various original cultures. According to the author, only in this case the teacher can improve his or her skills and develop competencies in the field of ethnic culture. The author sees a possible solution to the issue of developing the ethno-cultural competence of teachers in the creation of training sites and offers a number of pedagogical tutorials on the research topic. The key point is to train competent teachers who are able to arouse students' curiosity about their native ethnic culture and take into account the possibilities of interaction, mutual respect, and interpenetration of cultures.

    This theoretical analysis is devoted to the problem of conflicts during pubertal growth stage, the object of which is adolescents during puberty (11–14 years old). At this age, the clash between the tension that goes with the formation of personality and external conflicts with various social structures, which inevitably affect the construction of the personality, character and value system of adolescents, seems to be the most pronounced. This period is interesting because it complicates relationships with parents, other adults, and peers, which are accompanied by diverse, complex, and often contradictory experiences. The desire for independence and self-reliance increases, and self-awareness develops. If adults do not take into account these age-related needs and their attitude to adolescents does not change, there is a risk of deviations in behavior and personality formation, the formation of negative character traits, and the development of inadequate self-esteem. To reveal the nature of interpersonal conflicts and specific training and education in schools with multiethnic environment in order to achieve this communicative competence of those who work in such an environment, and determine strategies for resolving conflict, allegations of conflict in various scientific sources, types of conflicts and those that are characteristic of these schools, the reasons and strategies of conflict resolution and the use of teaching materials and lessons for developing skills, positive attitudes and strategies of conflict resolution in students. But we consider the empirical material collected here and now to be the most valuable source of information, because only with the help of empirical methods we can get an objective idea of the state of this problem in modern conditions. To achieve this communicative competence of those who work in such an environment, and to identify strategies for conflict resolution, statements about conflict in various scientific sources, types of conflicts and those that are characteristic of these schools, causes and strategies for conflict resolution, and the use of educational materials and lessons to develop positive attitude skills and strategies for conflict resolution in students. But we consider the empirical material collected here and now to be the most valuable source of information, because only with the help of empirical methods can we get an objective idea of the state of this problem in modern conditions. The relevance of this problem lies in the fact that in everyday communication with children, we are increasingly faced with such a reaction as aggression. Ethnic conflicts often go unnoticed by teachers, but lead to serious consequences for the weakened child's mental health.

    The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the international year of secondary health-care workers and maieutologists, influential public organizations of the world have drawn attention to the most numerous team of medical personnel – nurses and maieutologists, because these professions are in the increasing demand. The purpose of the study is to examine the dynamics of human resources based on medical statistics. In order to achieve the goal of the study it was necessary to find a solution for the following tasks: 1) studying the opinion of WHO and international organizations on the place and role of nurses in the health care system; 2) analyzing health-care workers’ potential in the Republic of Belarus and determining the causes and factors of nursing shortage; 3) suggesting ways to transform nursing education based on existing trends. In the course of the research, the following methods were applied: analytical, mathematical statistics, system analysis methodology, social and hygienic. The author comes to the conclusion that the population's attention to the activities of the health system is directly related to the availability of human resources of the state that provide medical care. It is also noted that international organizations play a significant role in raising the prestige of the activities of secondary medical workers in the world.

Особое внимание уделяется тому, каким образом осуществляется процесс творческой деятельности, какими качествами должен обладать педагог для достижения эффективного результата в данном процессе. Материал представляет практический интерес как для педагогов дошкольных учреждений, так и для родителей воспитанников. Кроме того, он создает платформу для серьезных дискуссий, поскольку многие суждения и рекомендации автора основаны на личном опыте, не претендующем на универсальность и однозначность суждения.
