  • Searching Means for Forming Readiness for Health-Saving Activities in Future Specialists in Medical and Preventative Care

    Abstract:
    The results of experimental work on the elective course “Health-saving activities of a doctor in health care organizations” for students studying in the specialty of medical and preventive care, in accordance with the competencies proposed by the Federal State Educational Standard is highlighted in the article. Methods. As the main methods aimed at forming the components of professional and psychological readiness for health-saving activities, test, creative assignment, project method were included to the elective course. A general assessment of the effectiveness of the above mentioned methods is based on an analysis of subjective and conditionally objective assessments on the formation of readiness for health-saving activities, which were obtained on the basis of specially developed questions and the method of pedagogical assessment, the criteria of which took into account the type of students' assignments. Results. The analysis of the results allowed us to draw the following conclusions: it is meaningful to take into account the stages of knowledge assimilation and experience in the discipline when selecting training methods; the effectiveness of the project method and its place in achieving mastery of course – the stage of consolidation and deepening of knowledge, mastering skills in professional activities – is demonstrated;it is necessary to include elements of active, interactive and simulation methods as means of stimulating the reflection of one’s own psychological readiness for professional activity among future specialists.

  • Metasubject Competencies in the Prevention of Delinquent Behavior in Adolescents

    Abstract:
    An attempt to establish the relationship between the formation of meta-subject competencies in delinquent adolescents in the framework of educational and extracurricular activities in an educational institution and the transition of forms of its behavioral manifestations from social disapproval to behavior regulated by legal norms was made. The authors outline that in order to structure knowledge about metasubject competencies, they are classified into meta-activities, meta-ways and meta-abilities that directly affect the rehabilitation of delinquent adolescents by means of educational and extracurricular activities organized in an educational institution. Methods of research: comparative and theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, monographs and thesis works, documentation; generalization, comparison, systematization. Research result. The authors come to the conclusion that delinquent adolescent, due to the features of their socially disapproved forms of life, have well-defined formed competencies, but apply them in asocial behavioral manifestations. The article pays attention to the importance of improving the effectiveness of activity of educational institutions on the formation of delinquent adolescents’ metasubject competencies as a means of overcoming adolescent deviation. However, attention is drawn to the possible risks in this area of activity due to the delinquent adolescents’ frequent absence from school, so the authors also paid attention to the need to form academic motivation in delinquent adolescents to achieve the goals of forming metasubject competencies and overcoming delinquency.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена проблеме определения места креативного мышления в переводческой деятельности. Приводится краткий обзор подходов современных отечественных и зарубежных исследователей к рассматриваемой проблеме. На основе анализа психолого-педагогической литературы формулируется вывод о влиянии креативного мышления лингвистов-переводчиков на осуществляемую ими профессиональную деятельность. Автор также обращает внимание на необходимость обеспечения процесса развития креативного мышления будущих лингвистов-переводчиков в условиях их профессиональной подготовки и приводит основные психолого-педагогические условия, способствующие достижению этой цели.

В концепции модернизации российского образования указывается на то, что обществу нужны образованные, нравственные, предприимчивые люди, которые могут самостоятельно принимать ответственные решения в ситуации выбора, прогнозируя их возможные последствия. Поэтому необходимо отметить возрастание роли внеклассной работы, в рамках которой создаются дополнительные возможности для самореализации и творческого развития школьников.

The course program "Intellectual Labor Techniques" provides psychodiagnostics and further development of cognitive abilities, taking into account the interests, aptitudes and personal characteristics of gifted children and youth. The purpose of the research is to study the impact of purposeful formation of cognitive abilities on the personal development of gifted children and youth.

    Abstract:
    Актуальность реализации эксперимента в игре среди дошкольников сегодня во многом обусловлена спецификой современных требований ФГОС. Автор подчеркивает, что образовательный стандарт в своей вводной части поднимает два положения, которые необходимо учитывать в процессе воспитания и развития. Во-первых, в основе развития ребенка лежит познавательный процесс, который связывает воедино все этапы обучения от ДОУ до школы. Во-вторых, в основе образовательного процесса лежит игра, как основная деятельность ребенка. Автор также отмечает, что согласно образовательному стандарту, программа должна обеспечивать всестороннее развитие ребенка посредством игры. В связи с этим, наиболее актуальными становятся те направления деятельности, которые предполагают начальное развитие логики – абстрагирование, обобщение, развитие анализа и синтеза. Автор приходит к выводу, что эксперимент становится способом активного развития личности дошкольника на всех этапах его пребывания в ДОУ.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена уточнению понятия «профессиональное выгорание», которое может рассматриваться с учетом и без учета такого фактора, как время, и его внешнего проявления – скорости (от лат. tempus – время) индивидуального действия и темпа совместной (группа) деятельности, включая образовательный процесс как темпоральное взаимодействие всех его участников. Цель исследования – рассмотреть профессиональное выгорание учителя как темпоральный феномен, обусловленный возрастанием скорости действий учителей в современной школе, что формирует темп жизни школы, спонтанный характер изменения которого разрушает традиционные нормы взаимодействия учителей с учащимися и другом с другом, разрушает вместе с этим смысл их поведения и становится причиной социального выгорания. В качестве меры профилактики изучается профессиональное лидерство. В ходе исследования применялись такие методы, как теоретический анализ научной литературы, обобщение, синтез, интерпретация, резюмирование, а также структурно-функциональный подход в определении внутренних (эндогенных) факторов эмоционального выгорания учителя. Выделенные факторы имеют непосредственное отношение к уточнению понимания как профессионального выгорания учителя, так и мер профилактики посредством создания условий для становления учителя-лидера в современной школе, придавая задачам института образования – формирование личности, профессиональный отбор и профессиональная ориентация, обеспечение непрерывного образования или образования в течение всей жизни – содержание, адекватное требованиям и условиям развития цифрового общества, проявляющееся в усилении роли в жизни молодого человека его эмоционального сознания как интегратора той учебной информации, определяющей и создающей проблемы поведенческого уровня и ученика и учителя.

Описаны основные виды и основные категории бизнес-процессов. Показан управленческий цикл компании. Автор приходит к выводу, что для реализации и оптимизации бизнес-процессов организации необходимо проводить различные исследования, социологические опросы, анализировать уже произошедшие ситуации в экономике государства, повышение и снижение курса валют, востребованность производимого продукта у потребителей.

    В статье рассматриваются отличительные признаки деловой репутации субъектов предпринимательской деятельности. Отмечается, что деловая репутация формируется в процессе осуществления ее обладателем предпринимательской деятельности, поэтому деловая репутация зависит от сложившегося мнения о качестве, достоинствах и недостатках производимой предпринимателем продукции. Деловая репутация наряду с персонификацией юридического лица приводит к созданию его уникального индивидуализирующего образа, иными словами, деловая репутация представляет собой отражение деловых качеств лица в сознании общества и оценку обществом этих качеств.
