    Abstract:
    The purpose of this article is to generalize the ideas of teachers, psychologists, sociologists and acmeologists about the typological approach to students in the educational space of higher education. When writing the work, the tasks of systematizing existing students and building their own typology of students were solved based on the generalization of personality types, learning opportunities, styles of learning activities, the leading representative system and other criteria for identifying student typologies for the implementation of educational, educational and developmental activities of the university. The following scientific methods were used in the work: methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, and the modeling method. The article shows that the typological approach is applicable for identifying and describing the main types characteristic of the subjects of the educational process on the scale of higher education. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms for the development and application of the typological approach and the possibilities on its basis to organize productive interaction between the teacher and the student, taking into account the strengths of the individual, the levels of actual development and the areas of immediate development of students. It is shown that the resource capabilities of the identified personality types of trainees are actualized with the help of a master teacher, who applies individual, differentiated and personality-oriented approaches to future professionals in the course of their professional and personal development in the cycles of readable disciplines and in the system of educational activities of the university. The result of the study was the development of a comparative table of methods for typology of students (taking into account psychological-pedagogical and acme-oriented approaches and criteria for identifying typological groups) and their consideration in the organization of the educational process in higher education. The table systematizes the views of psychologists, sociologists, teachers and acmeologists on the educational process at the university over the past few decades and demonstrates the best ways for the educational activities of students.

    В статье рассматриваются личностные особенности девочек, обучающихся в кадетских классах общеобразовательных школ. С использованием многофакторного опросника Кеттелла у девочек, обучающихся в 7 кадетском классе, были обнаружены такие личностные особенности, как неустойчивость и неуверенность в себе; безответственность; низкий уровень самоконтроля и плохое понимание социальных нормативов; повышенная тревожность и озабоченность. Обнаруженные личностные особенности обучающихся девочек необходимо учитывать при психолого-педагогическом сопровождении обучающихся в кадетских классах.

    Предлагаемая статья посвящена одной из актуальных проблем современного отечественного и зарубежного образования. Осуществляющаяся модернизация отечественной школы предполагает трансформацию образовательного процесса, основанного на принципах активного постижения знаний, развития субъектности обучаемых. В настоящее время наполняются новым содержанием идеи формирования учебно-познавательной деятельности студентов, их познавательного интереса, их готовности к выбору профессии. В статье обозначены основные направления научных поисков представителей отечественной и зарубежной педагогики. Готовность к выбору профессии соотносится с интегральным проявлением мотивационной сферы, личностными качествами человека. Эффективное формирование готовности к выбору профессии у подростков с нарушениями слуха и интеллекта детерминируется системой соответствующих технологий, методов и средств обучения. Сама специфика формирования готовности характеризуется свободой выбора, новизной, избирательным характером и внешне-внутренним проявлением.

    The monograph deals with issues relating to research on the socio-psychological characteristics and life prospects of the educator’s personality - concepts, history of development, methods and techniques. In order to fulfill functions and achieve good results in professional activities, an educator, possessing a set of socio-psychological features and important qualities in terms of professional, should plan his activities. The educator needs to build a future perspective and fruitfully realize his life path. According to the results of the research conducted within the framework of social psychology, the conclusion was made: the life perspective of educators is subjective and determined by the characteristics of their socio-psychological characteristics, their psychological well-being, level of resilience, specific content characteristics of the awareness of their inner world «I», of their past, present, and future. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that the study presents a theoretical justification for the definition of the concepts of socio-psychological characteristics, life and time perspectives of the educator’s personality. Some features of these concepts are revealed. Practical significance is to be identified within the framework of those aspects of the problem being studied, which the authors will solve in perspective.
