    Abstract:
    В статье проводится сравнительный анализ исследования функциональной активности организма студентов, проживающих и обучающихся в различных регионах России. Для определения характера компенсаторно-приспособительных реакций организма рекомендуется использовать индекс Мызникова (ИМ). Были выявлены студенты с крайне высокими и крайне низкими показателями функциональной активности. Студенты с крайне низкими и крайне высокими показателями функциональной активности находятся в состоянии напряжения и перенапряжения адаптационных механизмов. Это может привести к срыву адаптации и заболеваниям. Использование индекса Мызникова позволяет наблюдать за изменением состояния компенсаторно-приспособительных возможностей студентов и регулировать их функциональное состояние. Это может помочь своевременно проводить оздоровительные мероприятия и предотвращать возможные заболевания.

These components have traditionally been excluded from analysis in the assessment, development, and retention of an organization's human capital.     The competent use of the human resources potential of any enterprise carries with it sufficiently high opportunities for further intensification of activities, which means, as a result, an increase in profits. This explains the relevance of the material, based on the fact that the human resource is exhausted, has many limitations and risks, and therefore needs new models and tools that correspond to the spirit of the time. A study of the activities of the Moscow hospitality complex On Sukharevka LLC is devoted to their search. With the help of systematic, integrated, situational and process approaches, a multifactorial analysis of the current state of affairs is carried out, and more promising algorithms for personnel policy in the hospitality system are being searched. The value of the conclusions drawn increases in a multiplicative progression, taking into account the importance of small business in the strategic development of the economic space of the Russian Federation.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines such a fragment of socio-economic relations of the meso-level as the distribution and redistribution of income of the population depending on the fields of activity, economic situation in general, average wages of the territory and much more. The indicators of nominal and real incomes of people, their structural composition, and the impact on the growth of quality of life are taken into account. By interpreting the statistical material accumulated by the Kaluga Region over the past fifteen years in this direction, a search is underway for a more effective model (its contour) of socio-economic management at the regional level. The designated range of priority problems also includes the issue of the fight against poverty, reducing the number of people below the subsistence level. The graphic schemes created by the researchers help to decode the submitted text sufficiently and intelligibly. Intermediate conclusions, in turn, (linked to separate graphs) make it possible to polemize already in the course of reading the developments made. The increment of scientific knowledge is seen in the great generalizing power of the analysis made, which can be useful to almost any meso-level system in terms of improving the motivational policy of the real sector of the economy.

    The article contains the results of a study of the competencies of 135 CEO-2 level managers on the topic: “Competencies of highly effective leaders 2023.” The analysis showed interesting relationships between the value levels of respondents and the competencies they chose. A total of 300 responses were received. The competencies proposed by the leaders were grouped into 9 main areas and a value analysis was carried out on them. Key findings: Russian managers are more likely to engage in strong, charismatic leadership behaviors than their counterparts around the world. At the same time, they also have a noticeable breadth of requests in terms of value levels, which, of course, coaches of top officials need to take into account in their work. The mechanisms of approaches in management activities are built on three main value bases: a fairly strong manifestation of crisis management, with a request for professionalism and responsibility through the ability to develop and motivate employee

    В научной статье проводится эмпирическое исследование взаимодействия заинтересованных сторон в кадастровых проектах с двойной целью. Во-первых, в исследовании всесторонне анализируется текущее состояние взаимодействия между государственными органами, геодезистами, землевладельцами и поставщиками технологий. Используя смешанный метод, с помощью опросного инструмента были получены количественные данные, а глубинные интервью и обсуждения в фокус-группах позволили получить качественную информацию. Результаты свидетельствуют об умеренном общем уровне удовлетворенности государственных органов, при этом выявлены конкретные проблемы для геодезистов, землевладельцев и поставщиков технологий. Во-вторых, в статье подчеркивается важность эффективного междисциплинарного взаимодействия на этапах организации и планирования кадастровых работ. Интеграция количественных и качественных данных позволяет выявить нюансы, подчеркивающие взаимосвязанный характер проблем и необходимость разработки индивидуальных стратегий для каждой группы заинтересованных сторон. Последствия для стратегий организации и планирования включают адаптивный подход к коммуникации и формирование общего видения с помощью механизмов сотрудничества.

    Organizations constantly conduct settlements with suppliers and buyers. With suppliers for fixed assets, raw materials and other inventory items purchased from them, work performed and services rendered; with buyers for work performed, services rendered. The debt on these calculations in the process of financial and economic activity must be within the permissible values. Market relations increase the responsibility and independence of organizations in the development and adoption of management decisions to ensure the effectiveness of settlements with debtors and creditors. Rational organization of control over the state of settlements, contributes to strengthening contractual and settlement discipline, fulfilling obligations for the supply of products in a given assortment and quality, increasing responsibility for compliance with payment discipline, reducing receivables and payables, accelerating the turnover of working capital and, consequently, improving the financial condition of organizations.
