    В статье анализируются теоретические аспекты проблемы адаптации первоклассников. Изучаются уровни школьной зрелости, классификация мотивов, компоненты психологической готовности младшего школьника. Исследуется многогранность этой проблемы, в которой особое внимание уделяется именно школьной адаптации учеников первых классов. Нами исследовались такие показатели адаптированности, как эффективность учебной деятельности, усвоение школьных норм поведения, успешность социальных контактов и эмоциональное благополучие и уровень школьной мотивации младших школьников. Представлены данные научного исследования формирующего и контрольного этапов эксперимента. В ходе научного исследования была составлена и реализована развивающая программа «Адаптация младших школьников в современной школе», а также с целью выявления эффективности проведенной развивающей работы была использована та же батарея методик, которая была представлена на констатирующем этапе.

    Abstract:
    The article contains the analysis of the activities of the teaching staff of the higher educational institution, as well as examines both general theoretical and practical problems based on the author's observations that hinder the effectiveness of this activity. In particular, the author analyzes the basics of Russian native speaker’s perception of the content of the words “labor” and “work” and phrases based on them. Next, legal and professional problems that do not contribute to the improvement of the quality of their activities by university teachers (the Effective contract, scientometric indicators and distance learning) are considered. The paper contains proposals, the implementation of which will allow the university to evaluate the creative potential of the teacher and, in general, to increase the effectiveness of the educational services provided.

    Abstract:
    Strategic management of spatial development of the agricultural sphere is organized as a single integrated system in which its constituent elements are aimed at contributing to the overall result. In the new economic conditions, the decisions announced in the «Strategy for the Development of agro-industrial and fisheries complexes of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030» dated April 12, 2020 №. 993-р, in the State programs «Integrated development of rural territories», «Effective involvement in the turnover of agricultural land and the development of the reclamation complex of the Russian Federation», «The state programs for the development of agriculture», «The Development of the fisheries complex», «The Federal Scientific and Technical Program for the Development of Agriculture for 2017–2030», etc. should systematically identify development opportunities on the one hand, and influence the entrepreneurial initiative on the other hand, and, therefore, require systematic monitoring and elimination of parallelism in management decisions. Under the sanctions imposed by Western countries against Russia, agriculture remains the leading industry in the country's economic system. In the new economic conditions, the management of spatial development of agriculture is in urgent need of scientifically based planning and forecasting of economic resources, including managerial personnel. The development and substantiation of an up-to-date resource forecasting methodology corresponding to modern conditions of agricultural development is the most important task of managing the spatial development of the industry. In addition, the key role of the digital economy and digitalization in the management of the agar sector in modern conditions serve as a tool for the transition of the industry to a new technological level, since, on the one hand, they were previously unused sources of achieving economic growth of agricultural industries, efficiency and efficiency of management processes, and, on the other, they become a powerful incentive innovative spatial development of rural areas of the country, especially geostrategically important macro-regions. The study presents an analysis of a significant amount of factual data, on the basis of which meaningful conclusions are made: it is established that strategic scenario planning and forecasting of spatial development processes of individual branches of agriculture belong to the methods of public administration and are necessary economic tools during the crisis; the current methodology of forecasting human resources in the field of management is substantiated, which corresponds to the modern conditions of development of individual macro-regions, and is also the most important state task in the strategic management of agriculture; an economic model is constructed that allows assessing the need for managerial personnel in the medium term, taking into account the influence of external economic factors; the use of digital technologies in agricultural organizations, costs are analyzed on scientific research in the field of science «agriculture», the level of innovation activity, the costs of organizations for innovation activities, as well as the volume of innovative products on the example of individual subjects of the Federation.

    Currently the business risk assessment monitoring becomes increasingly relevant for enterprises. The aim of the article is to determine to quantitative risk value of aggregate risk of enterprises located in two zones: one part in positive while the other in quite significant negative. The article resulted in development of the approaches enabling the firms to reduce aggregate risk in order to remove it from negative zone. This result is achieved with the help of application theoretical help of theoretical method.

    The paper explores various aspects of the current state of the accommodation services sector in the Ivanovo region, analyzes the resource component of the activity of the region's accommodation facilities and the effectiveness of their work, identifies key problem areas in the process of functioning of hospitality enterprises. Attention is paid to the process of categorization of accommodation facilities in the Ivanovo region, the passivity of the leaders of accommodation facilities in the region regarding the classification procedure is noted.     Today, in the energy sector, a promising direction for the use of renewable energy sources. A variety of enterprises often have production waste that can be used as renewable secondary energy resources. The concept of lean manufacturing goes hand in hand with increased environmental sustainability. Reducing production waste to a minimum by recycling it increases the energy-saving potential of production, on the one hand, and the indicator of environmental safety, on the other. Currently, the problem of utilization and further use of animal manure is relevant. One of the options for efficient processing of manure and obtaining valuable products from it is the production of biogas. Biogas technologies make it possible to most rationally convert the energy of chemical bonds of organic waste into the energy of gaseous fuel. Therefore, the search for new technologies for producing biogas is relevant in our time. Attention is paid to the processes of co-fermentation of animal waste with vegetable raw materials, the effects of increasing the yield of biogas are indicated.

    Abstract:
    The paper considers the problem of preserving water quality of rivers, in the channel and floodplain part of which gold deposits are developed by open-pit mining. As a result of the study we have developed the simplest engineering solutions for the design of environmental hydraulic structures. Designs of these structures were implemented in the project of Korolevskoye alluvial gold deposit in Transbaikalia. The operation of these structures during the washing of gold-bearing sands in the floodplain part of the Amazar River prevented the contamination of its water by industrial wastewater. The use of a water circulation system in the technological process and the filling of settling tanks with filtration and rainwater gave a positive water balance of the deposit. These measures prevented the impact of gold mining on the Mogocha municipal water intake located near the facility. As a result of technical and biological reclamation of disturbed lands during the development of the deposit, this area may serve as a recreational zone for Mogocha residents. Profitability of production and its economic efficiency are established by economic calculations given in the study.

    Статья посвящена анализу практики выстраивания взаимодействия Совета молодых ученых Томской области, вузов, институтов РАН, расположенных на территории Томской области, органов региональной власти, курирующих деятельность данных институтов, Томского центра выявления и поддержки одаренных детей (ОГБУ «РЦРО») и общеобразовательных организаций. Авторами рассматриваются подходы к организации эффективного использования потенциала институтов РАН для знакомства школьников с современными достижениями науки, для их привлечения к исследовательской и интеллектуально-творческой деятельности. Авторы выделяют следующие направления работы, показавшую свою эффективность: вовлечение школьников для участия в программах Всероссийского фестиваля NAUKA 0+ в Томской области; организация онлайн-лекций от молодых ученых, экскурсий по научным лабораториям для обучающихся удаленных муниципалитетов; оперативное проведение квестов, квизов, викторин сразу же после проведения мероприятий, в том числе после виртуальных ознакомительных экскурсий, лекций, семинаров; организация обратной связи после каждого мероприятия; личные встречи молодых ученых со школьниками. Авторы обобщают имеющуюся практику совместной работы молодых ученых и школьников и дают рекомендации для такого вида взаимодействия.
