    В статье рассматриваются особенности идейного фундамента китайской инициативы «Один пояс – один путь». Внимание концентрируется на роли исторического начала инициативы – Великом шелковом пути, во многом определившем развитие промышленности, науки и культуры регионов, расположенных вдоль древнего транснационального маршрута. В качестве примера возрождения Великого шелкового пути в новейшее время, в статье приводится проект США «Американская стратегия Шелкового пути», диаметрально противоположный целям инициативы, выдвинутой Китаем. Фундаментальные цели и мотивы выдвижения инициативы «Один пояс – один путь» представлены в первом официальном документе, опубликованном в 2015 году.

В рамках исследования рассмотрены и проанализированы аспекты, касающиеся понятия и правовых функций одностороннего отказа от исполнения обязательства в контексте существенного нарушения договора одной из сторон. Авторы приходят к выводу, что на сегодняшний день остаются вопросы, которые требуют более детальной проработки и практического развития одностороннего отказа от исполнения договора в рамках арбитражного и гражданского судопроизводства.

    Abstract:
    The empirical component of economic processes does not tolerate statics, which can only, perhaps, serve as a separate theoretical justification of some aspects in certain spheres of life. For reliable results, due to the fact that practice is the ultimate criterion of veracity of any new tool (model), it is necessary to proceed from the phenomena of dynamic order. It is the situational analysis with a minimum share of inaccuracy that allows to see the true advantages and disadvantages of the studied object, its risks and opportunities depending on the also changing realities of the environment. As the results of leading research institutes show, today the speed of updating information series (including the field of economics) is growing literally in geometric progression. If in the last century it took decades for the basic knowledge to become obsolete, now it becomes obsolete within a year. Without a doubt, this is due to the factors of informatisation, growth of human resources and artificial intelligence, computerisation and many other factors inherent in modern society. As the model of socio-public relations changes, and so does the very model of the relations of the economic order. And this phenomenon is especially grotesque in foreign economic activity. It is in its context that the author considers different periods of the automotive clusters' activity in the Kaluga region. A retrospective analysis is made. Appropriate assessments of each stage of development are given. The peculiarities of this sphere of life lie in the presence of many foreign investors, who played a favourable part in the establishment of a self-sufficient budget of the region. But any foreign investor, being oriented first of all on its own profit, at the same time is very much dependent on political aspects of the country of its original origin. And what was good for everyone yesterday, today turns into an "economic collapse" due to the replacement of economic priorities with political ambitions. The author proves that the political and economic model created by Western countries is a pseudo-model and has no long-term mutually beneficial prospects in foreign economic cooperation.

    Abstract:
    This chapter considers relevant issues of risk calculations in the field of technosphere security. An enterprise which deals with the incineration of medical waste was taken as a basis, where for several years of its existence the problem of the disease of the operators of the incinerator installation with rosacea was identified. Hazard groupings by their types were performed, their parameters were determined, their risk levels were determined and a quantitative assessment of occupational risks was carried out according to the risk assessment matrix. As a result, according to the school of the integral indicator, the value of the individual occupational risk of the incinerator plant operators was established, which turned out to be high.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the problem of assessing and increasing the region's attractiveness to ensure the country's development in modern conditions. The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that, despite significant investment in many components of the socio-economic regional system, the level of population density in the territories of agricultural area of specialisation remains low. One of the reasons is the insufficient attractiveness of the region. The purpose of the study is to clarify the concept of " region's attractiveness", to identify and selectively assess the factors that determine it. The peculiarity of the methodology is the use of comparative analysis. Based on the materials of the Oryol Oblast, we have analysed the indicators of the main attractors in the block "attractiveness for the population". It was revealed that a relatively low level of population density is explained by low indicators of attractiveness. At the same time, the presence of favourable factors should be noted.

Based on multidisciplinary frameworks, the authors use qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyse the multifaceted influence of social and psychological factors on students' attitudes, performance and predilection for physical activity. The outcomes obtained make a valuable contribution to educational practice by highlighting the importance of individual strategies that take into account socio-psychological dynamics to increase the impact of physical education programmes.

    В статье затрагивается актуальная проблема, которая связана с выявлением и коррекцией дисграфии у младших школьников. Проявление дисграфии может иметь разные причины и проявления в виде стойких повторяющихся ошибок на письме, которые возникают у младших школьников общеобразовательной школы, не имеющих нарушения интеллектуального развития, зрения и слуха. В связи с этим требуется глубокий анализ состояния устной речи, на основе которой формируется навык письма. Одни и те же по внешним проявлениям ошибки могут иметь разную природу, разные механизмы, и для определения механизма необходимо учитывать весь симптомокомплекс особенностей письма учащихся 2–3-х классов.

    From the first minutes of life, a person is immersed in the world of sound. We are surrounded by various sources that emit sounds that are perceived by our auditory system. Thanks to the perception of sound, we receive a very large amount of information about the surrounding objects and phenomena that make these sounds. Sound is a wave. A sound wave is a mechanical vibration that, spreading and interacting with the organ of hearing, is perceived by a person [4]. The section devoted to these waves in physics is called acoustics. The profession of people who are popularly called «hearing people» is acoustics. A sound wave is a wave propagating in an elastic medium, it is a longitudinal wave, and when it propagates in an elastic medium, compression and discharge alternate. The purpose of the study is to identify the artistic and creative parameters of the saxophone in the context of the history of musical art, organology and acoustics. Research objectives: to study materials on the evolution of the saxophone and determine its artistic and technical originality and advantage. The object of the study is the artistic, expressive and acoustic features of the evolution of the saxophone. Hypothesis of the study: the perception of the world by a person is carried out on the basis of his study of the objective laws of the universe. A person is continuously affected by a wide range of various phenomena. One of the most common phenomena that a person needs to take into account in his life, especially in the field of musical art, is such a phenomenon as resonance and musical acoustics. This will determine the objective perception by both performers and listeners of the sound of such a musical instrument as the saxophone.

    Статья посвящена сложной взаимосвязи между автоматизированными системами мониторинга энергопотребления (АСМ) и их воздействием на окружающую среду в условиях растущего глобального спроса на электроэнергию. Анализ пагубных последствий традиционного производства энергии, особенно на тепловых электростанциях, подчеркивает необходимость перехода к устойчивым практикам. АСМ становятся мощными инструментами, предоставляющими данные в режиме реального времени для оптимизации энергопотребления, ограничения вредных выбросов и формирования более ответственной энергетической среды. Несмотря на технологические трудности, интеграция АСМ имеет решающее значение для наступления эры экологически безопасного использования энергии.
