    The Second World War is considered the most destructive and the most terrible war of the twentieth century and world history. The World War, which caused many serious geopolitical and social changes, which had special weight from the point of view of preserving and developing world civilization, became a call for peoples to unite against massacres. A single world community is a global problem of our time: nuclear war, depletion of natural resources, food shortages, environmental and demographic crisis, international terrorism, etc. calls on humanity to join forces to solve problems. A number of social movements, international organizations and institutions (UN, OSCE, etc.) are actively engaging in this direction in the world.

    В статье представлена характеристика процесса формирования пространственных представлений у слепых обучающихся начальных классов с применением дидактического пособия – бизидом, реализованного на коррекционных занятиях. Автором предложены методические рекомендации, включающие задания, позволяющие поэтапно развивать пространственные представления у слепых обучающихся начальных классов. Содержание стимульного материала обусловлено данными ранее проведенного констатирующего исследования, результаты которого позволили выявить низкий уровень состояния пространственных представлений у слепых обучающихся.

    В статье приводится теоретический обзор особенностей применения тьюторского сопровождения в процессе развития познавательного интереса, становления новых способов и форм организации познавательной деятельности у младших школьников. Кратко представлены характерные особенности работы тьютора в образовании. Дается описание трех блоков или этапов развития познавательного интереса школьников в процессе тьюторского сопровождения: мотивационно-стимулирующего блока (или ориентировочного этапа развития познавательного интереса школьников), содержательно-деятельностного блока (или мотивационного этапа), эмоционально-оценочного блока (или формирующего этапа). Приведена характеристика тех результатов, которые ученики младшей школы достигают в процессе тьюторского сопровождения индивидуализации образования детей в начальной школе к моменту ее окончания.

    Abstract:
    Процесс исследования «белых пятен» истории и отдельных личностей – явление закономерное. Целью исследования является восстановление отдельных этапов просветительской деятельности уроженца Семиречья, выпускника школы Мамания, педагога, публициста, заведующего отделом соцпрофобра наркомата просвещения Казахской республики в середине 1920 годов. Материалами для написания статьи были взяты архивные документы, мемуарная литература и фото источники. Методология исследования опирается на законы диалектической логики (анализа-синтеза, дедукции-индукции и др.), принцип историзма и междисциплинарный подход. Историография темы на данный момент ограничивалась публикациями в СМИ, которые не могли дать исчерпывающих ответов по детализации мест работы, местопребывании и, наконец, об авторстве Билала Сулеева. Автором статьи обнаружены редкие архивные источники, на основании которых стало возможным реконструировать этапы педагогической карьеры и плодотворной работы по открытию учебных заведений профессионального (техникумы) и высшего образования, проведен сравнительный анализ.
