    The text examines the role of chemical elements (including rare earth elements) in the human body and the importance of their balance for health and life expectancy. It describes a method for early diagnosis and risk assessment of serious diseases (primarily cardiovascular and oncological diseases) – the YUVS method (patent RU No. 2567336), developed by scientists at the “Spectrum” laboratory. In the course of the study, using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP MS), the elemental composition of the blood of more than 3,000 people (67 chemical elements) was analyzed. Two groups of indicator elements were identified: group B1 (europium, terbium, erbium, thulium, lutetium, and chromium) – their content in the blood is higher in healthy individuals and decreases in the presence of diseases; group B2 (vanadium, barium, palladium) – conversely, their concentration increases in the presence of pathologies. Based on the B1/B2 ratio, the YUVS coefficient has been calculated, which allows assessing the health status and assigning a person to one of three risk groups. The results show a link between the balance of indicator elements and the body’s resistance to diseases and potential life expectancy (more than 90 years in individuals with a favourable profile). The potential of studying the elemental composition of blood for early diagnosis, risk assessment, disease prevention, and personalization of medical care is emphasised.

    Abstract:
    The article treats an initial public offering not as the conclusion of a company's success story but as the beginning of a far stricter, continuous test of governance quality. Drawing on the Russian IT IPO market in 2023–2026 – primarily the case of Astra Group, alongside comparable post-IPO performance of Diasoft, Arenadata Group, Whoosh, Softline, Positive Technologies and Delimobil – the author shows that the market's repricing of Russian public IT companies is systemic rather than isolated. As a contrasting international case, the article examines SpaceX's record-breaking IPO (June 2026, valuation of roughly $1.75 trillion) as an extreme instance of deliberately disclosed control concentration through a dual-class share structure. Separate attention is given to the additional risk layer created by a controlling shareholder's ownership structure, and to a new factor – the use of artificial intelligence in corporate decision-making. The author offers practical recommendations for the legal and compliance function of companies preparing to go public or already operating as public issuers.

    This chapter examines trends and specific aspects of improving the personnel training system for Russia's defense-industrial complex (DIC), taking into account the current conditions of defense-industrial policy implementation. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is based on empirical and theoretical methods. The study proposes a practice-oriented approach to personnel training for organizations within the Russian defense industry, envisioning comprehensive interaction between all entities involved in staffing organizations, from educational institutions to departments within the DIC, where the knowledge and competencies of graduates are put into practice. As a result of the conducted research, an integrated model for training professional management personnel for organizations of the Russian defense industry was proposed, which allows for the provision of practice-oriented training (retraining, advanced training) of specialists who will possess the necessary set of organizational and professional competencies to solve a wide range of management, production and engineering tasks facing organizations of the defense industry.

    This chapter presents a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of two classes of digital educational tools used in teaching higher mathematics at the university level: neural network-based applications – generative language models and adaptive AI platforms – versus classical algorithmic products, including task databases, computer simulators, and mind maps. Drawing on an analysis of contemporary scientific research (2019–2026) and pedagogical practice, the study identifies the strengths and limitations inherent to each approach. It is established that neural networks possess considerable transformative potential for personalizing instruction and generating learning materials, yet fall short of algorithmic systems in terms of reliability, accuracy, and the capacity to foster robust computational skills. The findings substantiate the need for a hybrid strategy that integrates both types of tools, complemented by the active role of the instructor as a filter and moderator of AI-generated outputs.

    This chapter examines trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the current context of digital economic transformation. The relevance of this study stems from the pervasive trend toward digitalization in the Russian Federation, which encompasses a wide range of industries. The aim of this study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems and develop a standard model for the development and transformation of industrial enterprise ecosystems. The theoretical and methodological basis of this study is comprised of empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (systems analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, and decision-making) methods. The paper describes the tools that support the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems and provides examples of their successful implementation. Based on an analysis of publications by Russian scholars, principles are formulated, development strategies are described, and a standard model for the transformation of industrial enterprise ecosystems is proposed.

    The chapter examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence on the transformation of the social ecosystem, understood as a set of interdependent institutions, norms, practices, social roles and communication channels whose stability is maintained through the coordination of expectations among its elements. Generative AI is considered an actor in terms of the consequences of its inclusion in social relations and a quasi-subject in terms of how it is perceived in communication, while being neither a subject nor an instrument in the traditional sense. The genealogy of the quasi-subject concept is traced through comparison with actor-network theory, the theory of social action and the concept of «other sociality». The crises of education, the labour market, law and science are interpreted as a system of ecosystem contradictions and ruptures arising from incompatible institutional requirements concerning AI use. The chapter introduces the concept of multiple local social consensuses, each representing a particular way of closing the AI «black box», analyses the mechanisms that generate trust in AI through the concepts of the black box and simulacra, and proposes principles for restoring coherence within the social ecosystem.

    This work provides a comprehensive analysis of the process of institutionalization of a specialist's personal brand in the field of choreographic art as a strategic resource that determines the trajectory of professional development in the modern cultural economy. The author explores the transformation of this phenomenon from a peripheral element of self-presentation to a system-forming imperative, which is driven by a combination of factors: the high density of the cultural services market, which requires the differentiation of actors through the construction of unique identities; the fundamental shift in audience expectations towards building an emotional and meaningful connection with the creator; and the expansion of digital communication channels, which democratize access to audiences and impose new requirements on the authenticity of content. The central thesis of the study is the formation of a qualitatively new model of professional subjectivity that emerges at the intersection of artistic creativity and symbolic economics. Within this model, artistic value ceases to exist in isolation from its market and media dimensions, seamlessly integrating into the brand structure and becoming the core of a convertible intangible asset. The study explores the mechanisms by which reputation capital is transformed into tangible economic and social benefits, including investment attraction, contractual agreements, and the creation of loyal audiences. Thus, the text substantiates the dual navigation of a modern professional in the field of choreographic art, who is forced to synthesize artistic meanings and aesthetic innovations with the skills of effective self-representation in order to achieve sustainable success.

    The article examines the methodology of comprehensive economic and legal analysis as a tool for assessing the reliability of counterparties and minimizing business risks. Using the example of specific companies (JSC "Forum Electro" and LLC "ElectroPartner"), the practical application of an integrated approach combining financial diagnostics, verification of legal integrity and analysis of arbitration practice is demonstrated. The author has developed and tested assessment algorithms that made it possible to identify key risk indicators and determine the level of reliability of business entities. Special attention is paid to the operationalization of the principle of due diligence through a system of formalized criteria. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the proposed methodology is substantiated and recommendations for its implementation in the corporate risk management system are formulated.

    Abstract:
    The article analyses criminal liability for knowingly false reports of an act of terrorism in the context of rapid digitalisation. The study is relevant due to the growing number of such crimes committed via social networks, instant messengers and anonymous online platforms - they significantly increase destabilisation, provoke panic and cause substantial economic damage. The key problems relate to qualifying the offence under Article 207 of the Russian Criminal Code: it is difficult to prove the element of «knowingness», identify anonymous users and collect digital evidence. The research relies on formal‑legal, comparative‑legal and statistical methods. It proposes measures to improve Article 207, including differentiated liability for mass dissemination of false information, enhanced cooperation between law enforcement agencies and IT companies, and the use of preventive digital tools. The author stresses the need to balance anti‑terrorist security and freedom of speech.

    The digital transformation of higher education is reshaping the established logic of educational interaction. Alongside the expansion of learning tools, issues of trust, responsibility, autonomy, and students' psychological readiness to use intelligent digital systems are becoming increasingly significant. The aim of this article is to elucidate the scientific problem of student trust in artificial intelligence (AI) by analyzing the factors that determine its manifestations in the modern educational environment. The empirical basis of the study comprises data from a comprehensive online survey involving 171 students from Russian universities, aged 17 to 36 years. A set of psychodiagnostic instruments was employed to collect empirical data, including the authors' digital experience questionnaire, the Digital Competence Index, the User Attitude towards AI Technologies Questionnaire, the Generalized Trust Scale, the Youth Trust in the Virtual Environment Questionnaire, the “Level and Types of Maladaptive Submissiveness in the Virtual Environment” Questionnaire, and the Cybervictimization Scale. It was established that student trust in AI is predominantly conditional in nature: the majority of respondents occupy an intermediate position between trust and distrust. Integrated digital competence does not emerge as a leading factor of trust in AI; more significant factors include the perception of risks and potential limitations of AI, trust in the digital environment, experience with digital tools, and the practice of verifying AI-generated responses. Gender does not play a pronounced differentiating role in students' attitudes toward AI.

    The chapter presents the results of a content analysis of publications on the digitalization of higher education, and identifies key problems, including: digital inequality (lack of high-speed internet in the regions), insufficient digital literacy of teachers, a decline in quality due to a lack of live communication, and cybersecurity risks. The paper proposes solutions to the key problems of digitalization in higher education, including: investment in the infrastructure of higher education institutions, training and retraining of faculty members, a hybrid approach to the use of digital tools, and protection against internet addiction and cybersecurity risks. The study concludes that only a systematic and balanced approach will allow for the effective resolution of the problems and difficulties associated with the digitalization of higher education, enabling universities to train competitive and marketable specialists in various fields of the domestic economy.

    The chapter provides a theoretical justification for the need to implement the portfolio method in secondary school art classes, drawing on the example of teaching decorative and applied arts. It examines the main types of portfolios and their content in accordance with the goals, objectives, and expected outcomes of the learning process. The authors describe in detail a psychological and pedagogical experiment that confirms the effectiveness of the portfolio method in art lessons. The experiment revealed a significant increase in the level of practical skills proficiency among students in the experimental group with the systematic use of the portfolio method.

    The chapter substantiates the need to transform formal holidays in preschool institutions into educational events for dialogue between teachers, children, and parents. The relevance is related to the requirements of partnership with the family and support for the child's emotional well-being. The chapter identifies the reasons for the formalization of holidays. It proposes a model for organizing a holiday (target, content, communicative, and reflective components) and the conditions for its effectiveness: voluntary participation, child agency, respect for family experiences, joint activities, and reflection. It is concluded that a holiday in a preschool institution can become not a formal event, but a space for dialogue, if it is based on the principles of voluntariness, the child's subjectivity, respect for family experience, joint activities, and subsequent reflection.
