- Abstract:
- The relevance of this research topic stems from the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of "A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment," "Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship," and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project "Safe, High-Quality Roads," completed in 2024, has not fully addressed the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and the implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network.

- Цифровые инструменты и искусственный интеллект в образовании
- Abstract:
- This paper examines the current landscape of AI and digital tool integration in educational environments, analysing key application domains and their pedagogical implications. Drawing on empirical research, OECD statistical data, and UNESCO policy guidance, the study identifies the principal areas in which AI is transforming teaching and learning: adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring, automated assessment, and administrative automation. Barriers to effective implementation – including infrastructure gaps, teacher readiness, data privacy concerns, and algorithmic bias – are systematically analysed. Strategic recommendations are proposed for educators and policymakers seeking to harness AI capabilities while mitigating associated risks. The findings emphasise that sustainable integration requires a systemic approach that prioritises pedagogical intent over technological novelty.

- The article is devoted to a theoretical analysis of the problem of post-traumatic stress reactions in children whose parents are involved in a special military operation. Clinical manifestations of PTSD in children of different ages, features of its course in the context of an abnormal family crisis are disclosed. Based on the analysis of modern research and regulatory documents, methods of psychological diagnosis of PTSD in children adapted for use in an educational environment are considered. Strategies for early psychological assistance to children of SVR participants in the conditions of a general educational organization are justified, including the creation of an injury-informed environment, primary response algorithms and psychocorrection interventions. Physical culture as a special socio-economic sphere: criteria of effectiveness and multiplicative effect
Book ChapterDevelopment of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Author:
- Ekaterina G. Saiganova
- Work direction:
- Глава 10
- Abstract:
- The chapter examines physical culture and sport as a specific sector of the national economy, possessing a dual nature – socially oriented and commercially significant. The need for a transition from a sectoral understanding of physical culture to its interpretation as a multifunctional sector generating direct and indirect economic benefits is substantiated. The objective of the study is to systematize the criteria for the effectiveness of the physical culture sphere and to reveal the mechanisms of the multiplier effect arising from the implementation of sports programs and projects. As a result of the work, the author’s system of performance assessment indicators, differentiated by management levels (federal, regional, local) is proposed. A structural and logical model of the multiplier effect has been developed, reflecting the relationship between investments in physical culture and the growth of related industries: tourism, construction, the entertainment industry, the production of sporting goods, as well as social effects (reduced morbidity, increased labor productivity, improved demographic indicators). Key factors limiting the realization of multiplier potential are identified, and areas for improving management decisions are proposed. The chapter's materials can be used by government agencies in developing strategies for the development of physical education and sports, as well as in research and educational activities.

- Abstract:
- The use of artificial intelligence in psychological practice has elicited mixed reactions from professionals, ranging from full integration into their professional activities to rejection and distrust. The question remains open as to the conditions under which neural networks can serve as effective assistants for psychologists, without replacing professional empathy and clinical thinking, and without being perceived by professionals as a competitor that threatens their position in the job market. This article explores one of the conditions for the effective collaboration between psychologists and neural networks: the "art of precise requests," which involves the ability of a professional to formulate tasks for AI in a manner that is appropriate for their professional context.

- Abstract:
- Landscape architecture is a complex synthetic activity related to various fields of human knowledge. One of the most important areas of study for future landscape architects is the history of landscape art. Also, mastering this specialty requires in-depth knowledge in the field of art history. Both directions are interconnected. When studying certain sections of the history of landscape art, it is advisable to integrate them with relevant materials from the general history of art. In this paper, the following methodological approach is proposed: the study of the biography and creative heritage of artists known for their work in the field of landscape design and other types of art. It is proposed to study the life and creative history of Raphael Santi, Giacomo da Vignola, William Kent, Hubert Robert.

- This article examines the pressing issue of transforming interactions between families and preschool educational institutions in the context of digitalization and social uncertainty. The authors explore the phenomenon of increasing parental control and resource constraints in modern families, which conflict with growing demands on adult educational competence. The study focuses on the methodological gap between the current challenges of "late modernity" and traditional asymmetrical models of informing parents, which fail to adequately coordinate educational strategies. The study utilizes conceptual modeling, narrative-integrative review, and content analysis of scientific sources. Systems, activity-based, and resource-based approaches were employed to synthesize theoretical data into a unified structural and functional model. Particular attention is given to the method of theoretical synthesis for classifying family resources: material, human, social, temporal, information-digital, and

The model is constructed as a continuous educational line from the reflection of a child’s cultural experience (the «Cultural Diary of a Preschooler») to family value-based search (parental workbook and modular consulting program). The methodological basis includes cultural-historical, activity-based and systematic approaches. The empirical base consists of the results of the regional innovative project implemented in 2021–2023 at MBDOU №. 8 in Leningradskaya stanitsa, and 2023 monitoring (parent questionnaires, analysis of performance results, observation). It is assumed that the institutionalization of cultural institutions (museum, library, House of Culture and others) as family education spaces will increase parental involvem
