    Abstract:
    The article deals with the process of modern Russian linguistic personality vocabulary enrichment as a result of cultural-historic development of Russia in concert with the Russian language. The purpose of the article is to describe and analyze semantically-structural features of lexical units being the most relevant and widely used in the modern Russian linguistic personality vocabulary; to characterize the «linguistic personality» term based on the native and foreign linguist scientific studies; to interrelate active vocabulary enrichment of modern linguistic personality with cultural-historic development of language, nation, country. The following linguistic investigation methods were used: method of observation, method of description, method of content analysis, method of scoring. As the result of study 5 lexical units, the most relevant and significant from national history and modern geopolitics viewpoint, used in speech of contemporary native speakers of Russian living both in Russia and outside, were discovered, described and analyzed: «alphabet», «satellite», «Sputnik V», «the Trans-Siberian Railroad», and «the Baykal-Amur Mainline» words. Conclusion. Cultural-historic development of nation and country encourages evolution of language system lexical level which leads to vocabulary enrichment of linguistic personality using this language as means of communication.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the concept of a home in traditional culture. It is argued that in the mythopoetic tradition, universal principles of creating a house were formed. This deserves attention today, because the main thesis in the concept of a home was the idea of the ontological dimension of everyday life, of the close connection of the spiritual and the material, of the connection of philosophical ideas and everyday actions. In traditional culture, everyday life was associated with the origins of being, was the sphere of application of creative forces. The object of research is the practice of building peasant houses in the medieval period, as well as in the XVIII-XIX centuries, their architecture and interior, their relationship with the surrounding landscape. The author uses general historical, semiotic and hermeneutical methods of research. The article systematizes the architectural principles of building a traditional home, which made the peasant house a prototype of the cosmos, a model of the universe. The author analyzes such structural elements of the mythological picture of the world as the tree of life, the world axis, the cross, the sacrifice, and their application in architecture. The author considers the ideas about the heterogeneity of space in the mythological culture and how they were used in the construction of the house; the function of doors, windows, gates in the symbolic structure of the house is investigated. The conclusion is made about the trinity of information, energy and matter in traditional culture.

  • Somatisms in the Structure of the Paremiological Means of the Kyrgyz Language

    Abstract:
    This article provides a semantic analysis of somatisms in the proverbs of Kyrgyz folklore, examines the ability of somatic units to metaphorize and convey in an allegorical form the cultural and everyday features of the life of the people. Proverbs from Kyrgyz folklore containing a somatic component were selected for analysis. The purpose of the study is to carry out a semantic analysis of somatisms and determine their role in the linguistic picture of the world of native speakers of the Kyrgyz language. It is shown that the most significant somatic concepts reflect the cultural, value and worldview guidelines of the people, their centuries-old history and everyday life. In the analysis, special attention is paid to the ability of somatisms to metaphorize complex everyday, historical, and cultural concepts. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the systematic analysis of various somatic groups in the proverbs of Kyrgyz folklore (communicative, denoting the senses, etc.) has been led for the first time. As a result, it was revealed that the image of "corporeality" is widely represented in the linguistic picture of the world of Kyrgyz speakers, somaticisms are an effective way of conceptualizing objects and phenomena of the surrounding world, as well as abstract concepts. It is concluded that the communicative function is often conveyed in Kyrgyz proverbs using the somatism “language”; somatism “head” replaces concepts similar in meaning (“mind”, “intellect”). The functional and external characteristics of body parts are used in folklore to denote a person's role in a social group, status, age, etc. Somatisms reveal complex folk images and metaphors that make up the linguistic picture of the world of native speakers of the Kyrgyz language.

Однако концепт музыка, а точнее традиция пения песен, играет более значительную роль в русской картине мира.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the application of the positional vision of the structures of a literary text to the categorical apparatus of the functional theory of text. The relevance of the problem under consideration is explained by the need to systematize the methodological concepts of various concepts in modern Russian studies and to develop, on this basis, methodological recommendations that can improve the use of the textocentric approach with focus on school education. The article uses philological methods of modern text theory, in particular, structural theory of text (Yu. M. Lotman), stylistic analysis of a literary text (N. A. Rudiakov), linguistic tool studies (A. N. Rudiakov), methods of highlighting intense positions of text (I. V. Arnold), some ideas of communicative stylistics (N. S. Bolotnova), as well as original author's methods. The study material are presented by poems by Joseph Brodsky: «Vse chuzhdo v dome novomu zhiltcu…» (1962), «V derevne Bog zhivet ne po uglam…» (1964 ) and «Ty ne skazhesh komaru…» (1991), the experience of the interpretation of which made it possible to illustrate the epistemological effectiveness of the positional approach. The results of the research allow us to systematize the ideas about the basic principles of linguistic and hermeneutical description of a literary text. Modeling of the functional relationship between the conceptual information of a poetic text and its significant components, identified when using the concept of "strong position of the text", is possible by applying a General regulatory understanding of language activity, which is based on the approach to language as a tool for speech influence on the individual picture of the recipient's world. The conclusions reached by the author of the article make it possible to clarify the basic concepts of the functional theory of text related to the interpretation of the elements of the individual author's world picture in the literary text and also to offer a methodological basis for applying linguistic knowledge to the issues of text analysis in school practice.

    Одной из важнейших задач в преподавании физики является объединение всего материала курса в целостную систему. Это требует повышенного внимания к вопросам систематизации и обобщения физического знания, поиску методологических основ для осуществления данной деятельности. Определяющую роль в решении этой задачи играют теоретические обобщения, то есть обобщения на основе существенных признаков объектов, высшим уровнем которых в физике является физическая картина мира. Ее положения служат методологической основой систематизации и обобщения всего предметного материала. Это связано с тем, что основные идеи современной физической картины мира представляют собой наиболее важные, существенные выводы из всего накопленного физического знания, диалектически обработанного с точки зрения истории познания. В статье предлагаются критерии отбора идей, служащих основой систематизации и обобщения материала курса физики, даются конкретные примеры таких идей, обосновывается методологическая роль основных идей физической картины мира в формировании у студентов научного мировоззрения.

  • Ethnic Specificity of Cultural Codes

    Abstract:
    The author compares and analyzes some definitions of the concept of cultural code offered by Russian and foreign linguists and semiologists. Aspects of this concept are singled out and described. Regulatory, semiotic and retransmitting functions of cultural codes are briefly characterized. The relationship between the concepts of cultural code and picture of the world is revealed. The author’s interpretation of the concept of cultural code is given, the ethnic specificity of cultural codes is revealed, its factors are described, participation of cultural codes in forming ethnic mentality is demonstrated. The author shows discrepancies in understanding reality due to the difference in the cultural codes used and points out that the role of cultural code can be performed by any perceptible area of reality: landscapes, natural phenomena, fauna, flora, artifacts (household utensils, tools, weapons, garments of clothes, dwelling places etc.) and actions with the listed items. All this is regarded in the article as semiotic means of thinking and communication. Methods. The analysis of cultural codes was carried out by using the methods of cross-cultural analysis and interlingual comparison on the material of English and Russian metaphoric set phrases. Conclusion. The conclusion is made concerning the influence of cultural codes on the choice of the path of historic development and, ultimately, on the fates of nations.

    В статье автор рассматривает лингвокультурологический аспект изучения словарного состава языка, формирования языковой личности с учетом национально-культурной специфики картины мира, которая наиболее ярко отражается в пословицах и поговорках. Автор сравнивает английские, русские, немецкие и казахские пословицы и поговорки, касающиеся общечеловеческих и этнокультурных ценностей этих народов. Автор подчеркивает также необходимость использования пословиц и поговорок в процессе преподавания учебных дисциплин, так как это помогает развитию межкультурного и межъязыкового общения и способствует межкультурной интеграции. Автор подчеркивает, что лингвокультурные особенности той или иной языковой общности необходимо тщательно анализировать. Изучение, анализ и принятие этих особенностей закладывает основы межкультурной коммуникации, базовой частью которой является социокультурная компетенция. Основой же для формирования социокультурной компетенции является знание национально-культурных особенностей своего народа. Автор приходит к выводу, что национальная лингвокультурологическая система – это существенная основа – ориентир бытия народа, в силу чего освоение ее обучающимся должно быть определено общей универсальной задачей всех учебных дисциплин. Лишь в этом случае мы сможем говорить об эффективном межкультурном взаимодействии и интеграции культур.

Целью исследования является выявление репрезентирующей системы лексико-семантического поля «Море» в современном русском языке и описание ее функционирования. Новизна исследования также состоит в применении компонентного анализа при определении семантики наименований лексико-семантического поля «Море».

    The purpose of the article is analysis of a stable holistic world picture formation ways in university students. The relevance of the issue is due to the fact that the formation of the most significant concepts that form the basis of the modern scientific world picture, often suffers from fragmentation, the knowledge gained by students in different sections of the same course, are little connected with each other, do not form a unified system. To ensure the unity of scientific knowledge, it is necessary to provide for the implementation of «comprehensive» generalizations throughout the whole course. The following methods were applied during the study: theoretical, analysis, comparison. This study proposes the criteria for selecting the main generalizing ideas and the conditions necessary for their successful work. The results of the study are concretized on the example of the space-time representations formation in the course of general physics in the university. The choice is due to the fact that the categories of space and time belong to the most fundamental concepts of science and culture, are a reflection of the universal attributes of matter. To solve the tasks, the analysis of the state of the problem in the methodology of teaching physics was carried out. It is concluded that the main ideas can serve as a basis for the space-time representations formation. The proposed provisions summarize the personal experience of teaching the course of general physics at the Far Eastern Federal University.
