    Актуальность работы определяется тем, что в обучении одаренных учеников чувствуется необходимость повышения у них познавательной мотивации. Для этого педагогами при изучении одаренными учащимися предметов естественнонаучного цикла применяются нетрадиционные уроки. Целью статьи является определение роли нетрадиционных уроков для повышения и сохранения познавательной мотивации обучающихся по предметам естественнонаучного цикла. Результатом является аргументирование применения таких уроков для повышения познавательной мотивации одаренных обучающихся по предметам естественнонаучного цикла через разные формы и форматы.

    Статья посвящена вопросу психолого-педагогического сопровождения одаренных обучающихся в учреждениях интернатного типа. Партнерство семей и лицея создает психологическую безопасную образовательную среду для всех обучающихся, где каждый защищен от разных угроз душевного комфорта, достоинства и положительного отношения к себе. Только в такой среде может укрепиться и сохраниться психологическое здоровье каждого одаренного учащегося. Совместно педагогами лицея и родителями проводятся педагогические мероприятия, которые направлены на оптимизацию процесса адаптации одаренных обучающихся к условиям лицея-интерната и достижения взаимообусловленных образовательных результатов.

    В статье говорится о том, что, опираясь на компетентностный подход, можно прогнозировать результат образовательной деятельности, который будет проявляться в формировании ключевых компетенций у одаренных школьников. При этом основными задачами выступают: организация оптимальных условий для развития одаренных школьников; усвоение школьниками плодотворных и потребных знаний; вырабатывание у школьников надобностей пополнить собственные знания в течении всей жизни и др. Несомненно, не стоит забывать о том, что самым важным является не предмет, а прежде всего личность одаренного школьника, которую нужно сформировать в процессе преподавания конкретного предмета. В ходе исследования, проводимого в СУНЦ «IT-лицей», были организованы мероприятия, направленных для развития у одаренных школьников ключевых компетенций, в том числе критического мышления.

    Abstract:
    Современное образование трактует введение новых подходов в обучении одаренных учащихся. Учителя при подготовке учащихся к предметным олимпиадам используют новые инновационные составляющие, которые способствуют развитию олимпиадного движения в образовательных учреждениях. Огромную роль играют учителя в развитии способностей и раскрытии одарённости ребёнка, активизации познавательного интереса и подведении каждого ученика к реализации успешной индивидуальной образовательной траектории. Целью исследования является использование олимпиадного компонента при подготовке одаренных учащихся к предметным олимпиадам на интегрированных уроках для успешного выступления на олимпиадах разного уровня. В статье предлагается новый подход использования олимпиадного компонента в проведении интегрированных уроков по предметам естественнонаучного цикла, составленных с учетом принципов интеграции, синхронизации, межпредметных связей. В лонгитюдных исследованиях, проведенных с 2013 года по 2020 год на базе ОШИ «IT-лицей КФУ», участвовали 120 лицеистов, использовались следующие методы: анализ специальной литературы, наблюдение, анкетирование, мониторинг. Результатом исследования стало успешное участие одаренных учащихся на олимпиадах и конкурсах самого разного уровня, а также их становление студентами престижных вузов России и Республики Татарстан по предметам естественнонаучного цикла.

    The article is devoted to the preparation of young teachers to work with gifted children in the system of continuing education. The author outlines that activity of a young teacher with gifted children is a very responsible job that constantly requires the teacher to master professional skills, develop personal qualities, flexibility, emotional stability, and the ability to create individual and personalized programs designed for all types of pupils, including gifted children. The author comes to the conclusion that preparation of young teachers to work with smart and gifted children should be focused on improve their theoretical knowledge on the specifics of a gifted child’s psychology , as well as on the formation of professionally important qualities necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process, which contributes to the improvement of skills, increase the general and psychological and pedagogical culture of a young teacher for the development of professional competence and ownership of the professional component in the system of continuing education.

An example of the organization of the most interesting and well-established forms of conducting reading lessons is given.     A teacher working with gifted children should take into account the peculiarities of motivation of gifted students, strive to activate it and maintain it at the proper level in order to increase the effectiveness of professional activities.
