    In today's world, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, society is facing changes in the ways of communication, interaction, social relations, and the structure of modern society. This article analyzes the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life and explores ways to improve its use. In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation.     Annotation (in English): The article is devoted to the study of modern digital technologies that have a significant impact on the transformation of educational processes. The key areas of technology integration are considered: adaptive learning systems based on artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR) technologies, the use of big data and learning analytics, as well as the development of massive open online courses (MOOCs) and blended learning formats. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of implementing these technologies in the higher education process and their impact on the development of students' digital competencies.     The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.

Industry 4.0 involves the active use of the latest digital technologies, tools and services in the daily activities of a modern agricultural engineer, agronomist, animal technician, veterinarian and other industry specialists. The author consider the process of active digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex industry as an inevitable way of forming a digital footprint, which can have a negative impact on the formation of the carbon footprint and the environment as a whole. Direct and indirect ways to minimize the carbon footprint by reducing the digital footprint in agricultural production are described. In conclusion, the conclusions are formulated that digital technologies contribute to improving the efficiency of modern digital agricultural production: presentation of information in various forms, automation of calculations, analysis of large amounts of data, decision support, etc. Limitations are also highlighted: uneven wireless coverage in agriculture, difficulties in maintenance and repair of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles, cybersecurity, lack of a legal framework, and a low level of digital culture.
