    Abstract:
    The article discusses some problematic issues related to the improvement of the system of military-patriotic education of Russian youth at the current stage. It analyzes the goals, objectives, and methods of military-patriotic education implemented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in particular, in cooperation with government agencies and public organizations. Special attention is given to a critical analysis of the regulatory legal framework, organizational forms, and practical results of activities in this area. Based on the results of a comparative legal analysis, certain proposals are formulated for using the experience of military-patriotic education in China, involving veterans of wars and armed conflicts.     Abstract:
    The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies. Based on the analysis, the authors propose to identify three key categories in the classification of digital competencies: information, communication and technical skills. The importance of the formation of digital competencies for specialists in various industries and the need for their formation in the process of professional training in higher education institutions are discussed.

  • A practice-oriented model for preparing future computer science teachers to implement elements of the digital educational environment

    Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

  • The use of modern methods in preparing students for the GIA in biology

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the problem of using online platforms in preparing schoolchildren for the State Final Assessment (GIA). The authors note that biology certification work requires graduates to know key concepts and terms, be able to formulate basic theories of biology, analyze and compare various processes and phenomena, and apply the knowledge gained in practice. At the moment, there are more and more diverse online simulators, which include all the subject areas, questions and tasks that are implemented in the final assessment of students. The chapter shows that in recent years, various modern approaches have been used to effectively prepare for the OGE and the Unified State Exam: activity-based, communicative, socio-cultural, competence-based, personality-oriented, etc. In their work, the authors consider the possibility of using, within the framework of problem-based learning, such technologies as: the use of drawing and ideographic methods, online simulators, case studies, and diagramming techniques.

Проблема исследования заключается в противоречии между объективной потребностью в формировании у выпускников вузов развитых коммуникативных способностей, критического мышления, культурного кругозора и недооценкой инструментального потенциала филологии как ресурса для их развития. Целью работы является теоретическое обоснование системообразующей функции филологической подготовки в структуре современного высшего образования и определение стратегических направлений ее интеграции в образовательные программы различного профиля.

  • Институциональные модели подготовки педагогических кадров в СССР и КНР: компаративный анализ реформ 1945–1970-х годов

    На материале 146 архивных дел и статистики вузов исследование реконструирует институциональные модели подготовки педагогических кадров в СССР и КНР (1945–1970-е гг.). Методами контент-, факторного и сравнительного анализа выявлены различия в структуре учебных планов, принципах кадровой политики и механизмах финансирования. В работе вводится индекс институциональной гибкости, позволяющий количественно отразить степень автономии вузов; показано, что децентрализация и локализация заимствований способствовали ускоренной модернизации китайской системы. Результаты уточняют роль советского опыта как катализатора, а не шаблона реформ, и демонстрируют значение социально-политического контекста для успешности образовательных преобразований.
