    Abstract:
    Modern medical education is focused on the formation of students' stable professional competencies that ensure readiness for clinical activities. One of the key problems remains the gap between theoretical training and practical skills, due to the fragmentation of academic disciplines and the predominance of a subject-centered learning model. The purpose of this article is to substantiate and describe a methodological and analytical model of interdisciplinary educational modules as a tool for integrating theory and practice in the pre-graduate training of medical university students. The theoretical foundations of interdisciplinary and integrated learning, including PBL methods and simulation training, are considered effective for the development of clinical thinking and practical skills.     The article discusses some problematic issues related to the improvement of the system of military-patriotic education of Russian youth at the current stage. It analyzes the goals, objectives, and methods of military-patriotic education implemented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in particular, in cooperation with government agencies and public organizations. Special attention is given to a critical analysis of the regulatory legal framework, organizational forms, and practical results of activities in this area. Based on the results of a comparative legal analysis, certain proposals are formulated for using the experience of military-patriotic education in China, involving veterans of wars and armed conflicts.   • Participation in IT Startups as a Tool for Forming Soft Skills in IT Bachelor’s Degree Students

    Abstract:
    In modern society, it is essential for any specialist to develop not only professional but also universal, so-called soft skills. These skills enhance professional competency (hard skills) by complementing it. For most employers in IT and technology companies, "soft" competencies are equally or even more important than professional ones. This leads to the conclusion that fostering soft skills in IT undergraduate students is necessary already at the university stage. This article explores the potential of participation in IT startups as a tool for developing soft skills in IT bachelor's students. It analyzes the concept and classification of soft skills, as well as key employer requirements for the soft skills of candidates at various IT position levels. The paper describes the experience of a group of IT bachelor's students participating in an acceleration program, during which the team completed an IT project to develop a low-code constructor for MiniApps. The stages of the project work are outlined, detailing the goals and content of activities at each stage, along with the associated opportunities for soft skills development. The results of the theoretical study indicated the high potential of student participation in such projects for soft skills formation, which was confirmed by a pedagogical experiment showing positive progress in student skill development.

    Abstract:
    The professional education of future lawyers must prioritize the cultivation of resilience as a core competency. Resilience enables legal professionals to manage stress, prevent burnout, and sustain psychological well-being amid the demanding nature of legal practice. The legal field is characterized by high workloads, intellectual intensity, and emotional pressures arising from litigation, client relations, and decision-making under uncertainty. These conditions often lead to fatigue, irritability, and loss of motivation, ultimately impairing professional performance. Empirical research reveals that more than half of practicing lawyers report high or extreme levels of stress, frequently accompanied by emotional exhaustion and apathy. Contributing factors include excessive caseloads, exposure to distressing information, and the constant need to anticipate legal risks. As technology continues to transform the legal sphere particularly through artificial intelligence and automation lawyers face new challenges that require continuous learning digital literacy, and adaptability. Therefore, legal education should incorporate systematic approaches to strengthen students’ psychological preparedness. Evidence-based training programs focused on emotional regulation, communication, and self-management can help students build sustainable careers and maintain well-being. Integrating resilience development into the curriculum ensures that future lawyers remain effective, ethical, and mentally balanced professionals in an ever-changing legal and technological environment.

    The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies.     Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

    The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.
