    Abstract:
    The article discusses some problematic issues related to the improvement of the system of military-patriotic education of Russian youth at the current stage. It analyzes the goals, objectives, and methods of military-patriotic education implemented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, in particular, in cooperation with government agencies and public organizations. Special attention is given to a critical analysis of the regulatory legal framework, organizational forms, and practical results of activities in this area. Based on the results of a comparative legal analysis, certain proposals are formulated for using the experience of military-patriotic education in China, involving veterans of wars and armed conflicts.     The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies. Based on the analysis, the authors propose to identify three key categories in the classification of digital competencies: information, communication and technical skills. The importance of the formation of digital competencies for specialists in various industries and the need for their formation in the process of professional training in higher education institutions are discussed.

    Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

    The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.

    This article investigates the problem of developing communicative skills among students in the system of secondary vocational education (SVE), which are crucial for their competitiveness in the modern labor market. It argues that project-based learning serves as the most effective pedagogical tool for fostering this set of competencies. The study analyzes the structural components of communicative competence and the stages of project work, revealing a direct correlation between them. The theoretical framework is illustrated by a practical example of implementing an interdisciplinary project at the North Ossetian Pedagogical College.     The article addresses the pressing issue of skilled labor shortage in the metallurgical industry, caused by workforce aging and declining youth interest in industrial professions. An innovative approach to training future metallurgists is proposed through the introduction of the course "Formation of Professional Self-Awareness of the Future Metallurgist," based on the author's "Self-Awareness Development System." Particular emphasis is placed on developing personal maturity, conscious career choice, and a stable professional self-concept among students. To address workforce attrition, the retraining of older specialists via the "Instructor of Special Additional Education Courses" program is also proposed, fostering intergenerational knowledge transfer. The implementation of these initiatives could enhance the attractiveness of the profession, strengthen education-industry collaboration, and ensure sustainable development of the metallurgical sector

    Abstract:
    Specialized school education today aims to enhance learning motivation and acquire knowledge and skills necessary for future professions. The choice of specialized subjects by 9th-grade graduates for in-depth study in specialized 10th-11th grades also implies passing the Unified State Exam (USE) in these subjects at the specialized level. However, the results are often lower than expected by graduates, their parents, and teachers. This article, based on an analysis of the 2024 Unified State Exam (USE) results in mathematics (specialized level), examines the format of self-analysis of a mathematics teacher's own errors in teaching schoolchildren. It proposes a set of updated competencies for mathematics teachers to improve the quality of graduates' mathematical training. As a result of discussing the problems of modern specialized school mathematics education, particularly the update of the direction of specialized school education (introduction of agrotechnological classes), with participants of professional development programs (specialists from regional education development institutes overseeing specialized school education, and heads and deputy heads of general education organizations), constructive approaches to mathematical training of schoolchildren are outlined. These approaches aim to apply mathematical knowledge, applied mathematical skills, and abilities in mastering related academic subjects, using the example of mathematics education in specialized agrotechnological classes.

    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

    In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, the concept of «smart homes» has evolved beyond mere appliance control. Automation systems like «KNX» offer new opportunities for enhancing comfort, safety, and efficiency in daily life. In an era where health, productivity, and energy conservation are of utmost importance, integrating «smart» technologies into sports programs and daily routines has become increasingly relevant. This research aims to explore the potential of automation systems in supporting athletes' training and recovery processes, potentially improving their functional performance and physical readiness. The purpose of the work is to analyze the impact of the Smart Home system on the physical condition of athletes during physical training. The research objectives included: studying automation systems and their theoretical foundations; analyzing popular digital protocols; evaluating the impact of Smart Home systems on household processes in indoor environments; identifying the level of awareness among students about the concept of an «intelligent home»; and determining the nature of the influence of automated electronic systems on the training process and recovery of athletes. The object of the study is the Smart Home automation systems and their application in everyday life. The subject of the study is the impact of automation systems on the optimization of the training process, recovery, health, and safety of athletes. The hypothesis was formulated: the use of Smart Home automation systems, such as KNX, will improve the training process, accelerate the recovery of athletes, reduce the risk of injuries, and increase the energy efficiency of sports facilities. The following methods were used in the research process: analysis of literary and Internet sources; sociological survey; programming and configuration based on «ETS» for «KNX»; analysis and generalization of the results obtained. The results obtained confirmed the possibility and expediency of introducing the electronic system «Smart House» in the process of physical and sports training.
