    Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

    Статья рассматривает актуальность изменений в системе высшего образования и роль межличностного взаимодействия как ключевого ресурса качества образовательного процесса в условиях цифровизации, гибридизации и глобализации. Анализируются формальные и неформальные нормы, их влияние на мотивацию, вовлечённость, академическую успеваемость и развитие учебной идентичности. Оцениваются культурно-гендерные, возрастные и дисциплинарные факторы, влияющие на нормо-образование и модели взаимодействия преподавателя и студента (авторитарная, либеральная, партнерская, конструктивистская), а также характерные преимущества и ограничения каждой модели. Делается вывод о необходимости гибридной интеграции элементов различных моделей с учётом контекста, создание системного подхода к развитию межличностного взаимодействия через тренинги по коммуникации, наставничество, совместное целеполагание и оценку, а также развитие цифровых инструментов и инклюзивных практик. В статье подчёркнута роль прозрачности и справедливости в оценке, психологической безопасности и координации на уровне администраций, кафедр и наставничества как факторов снижения риска выгорания и повышения удовлетворённости образовательным опытом.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема психологического неблагополучия подростков с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ), находящихся в интернатных учреждениях. Автор утверждает, что традиционная изолированная коррекция их эмоционального состояния недостаточна без интегративного подхода. В работе предлагается и детально описывается системная модель социально-психологического сопровождения, рассматривающая подростка, его семью и персонал интерната как единую динамическую систему. Модель включает три структурных блока: индивидуально-личностный (диагностика и коррекция эмоциональной сферы подростка), семейный (диагностика, консультирование и реабилитация детско-родительских отношений) и организационный (работа с персоналом по созданию терапевтической среды). Подробно раскрываются цели, задачи, методы и формы работы в каждом блоке, а также механизмы их взаимодействия. Доказывается, что именно синхронное воздействие на все элементы системы способно привести к устойчивой положительной динамике в развитии личности подростка с ОВЗ, улучшению качества его жизни и активизации реабилитационного потенциала семьи.

    The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of role modeling in the context of positive psychotherapy. The integration of the transcultural approach and the principles of positive psychotherapy for the analysis of maladaptive behavioral patterns is considered. The author's view on role modeling as a mechanism for playing unconscious scenarios is presented. The practical aspects of using the method of positive psychotherapy in working with role models are described. Clinical cases demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed approach are presented. The results of the study show the prospects of integrating positive psychotherapy into working with deep behavioral patterns.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме повышения эффективности психологического сопровождения пациентов с хроническими неврологическими заболеваниями (рассеянный склероз, последствия инсульта, болезнь Паркинсона и т. д.). В условиях роста распространенности данной патологии традиционные проблемно-ориентированные подходы демонстрируют ограниченную эффективность в активизации личностных ресурсов и преодолении кризиса, вызванного заболеванием. В качестве альтернативы рассматривается метод позитивной психотерапии Н. Пезешкиана, предлагающий ресурсно-ориентированную парадигму. В работе проанализированы ключевые принципы ППТ (надежды, баланса, консультирования и самопомощи, позитивной интерпретации симптома, транскультуральности) и обоснована целесообразность их интеграции в практику медицинского психолога. На основе анализа отечественных и зарубежных литературных источников показано, что применение данных принципов способствует формированию адаптивной внутренней картины болезни, снижению уровня психоэмоционального дистресса, повышению приверженности лечению и улучшению качества жизни пациентов неврологического профиля. Результаты исследования подчеркивают практическую значимость модели баланса для коррекции ключевых сфер жизни и трансформации дезадаптивных установок через позитивную интерпретацию симптомов.

    В статье анализируется феномен эмоциональной устойчивости психотерапевта как способности сохранять внутреннее равновесие, осознанность и профессиональное присутствие в процессе взаимодействия с клиентом. Рассматриваются ключевые теоретические подходы к пониманию устойчивости и их значимость для психотерапевтической практики. Описывается авторская метафорическая модель «Дерево устойчивости», раскрывающая структуру личностных оснований специалиста: корни – самопонимание и личные границы, ствол – ресурсы и опыт, крона – смысл и профессиональное удовлетворение. Представлены инструменты формирования устойчивости: анализ эмоционального конфликтного напряжения, работа с контрпереносом и вопросы саморефлексии. Предложенные материалы направлены на укрепление профессионального благополучия и профилактику эмоционального выгорания специалистов помогающих профессий.

Обосновывается, что ключевая роль советника заключается не в прямой психологической помощи, а в создании и поддержании развивающей корпоративной культуры в педагогическом коллективе. Предлагается авторская трехуровневая модель профилактической деятельности советника, включающая индивидуальный (наставничество, медиация), групповой (организация интервизорских групп, профессиональных сообществ) и организационный (создание зон психологической разгрузки, инициирование корпоративных традиций) уровни. Модель направлена на системное снижение факторов профессионального стресса и повышение психологической устойчивости педагогов.

    В условиях глобальной нестабильности и усиливающейся конкуренции между странами проблема обеспечения устойчивого экономического роста и повышения международной конкурентоспособности становится приоритетной задачей экономической политики. Швейцария на протяжении последних десятилетий стабильно входит в число лидеров по ключевым показателям конкурентоспособности, включая рейтинги IMD World Competitiveness Ranking и Global Innovation Index. Цель статьи – выявить факторы, обеспечивающие устойчивую конкурентоспособность экономики Швейцарии, и проанализировать вызовы, способные повлиять на её позиции в будущем. В работе применяются методы компаративного анализа, структурного и институционального подходов, а также используется широкий спектр статистических данных и международных рейтингов. Показано, что успех Швейцарии обусловлен высокой степенью институционального доверия, активной инновационной политикой, продуманной образовательной системой и макроэкономической стабильностью. В то же время рассматриваются демографические, кадровые и налоговые вызовы, требующие адаптационных мер. Сделан вывод о возможности тиражирования швейцарского опыта в других малых, открытых экономиках.

    Автор рассматривает проблему ранней диагностики банкротства предприятий как ключевого элемента управления финансовыми рисками. Обоснована необходимость разработки комплексной методики, выходящей за рамки традиционных моделей. Предложен многоуровневый подход к анализу финансового состояния, интегрирующий коэффициентный анализ, оценку абсолютных показателей финансовой устойчивости, анализ денежных потоков и качественные (нефинансовые) критерии. Особое внимание уделяется динамической оценке показателей и выявлению негативных тенденций на самых ранних стадиях их возникновения. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в том, что применение предложенной методики позволяет повысить точность прогнозирования финансовой несостоятельности и своевременно разработать план антикризисных мероприятий. Проверка методики осуществлена на примере предприятий обрабатывающей промышленности, находящихся в состоянии финансовой неустойчивости [5].

    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

    The chapter presents a detailed analysis of the methodological crisis of modern psychology, characterized by «horizontal fragmentation» and the loss of the integral subject of research. As a way out of the crisis, a paradigmatic shift is proposed: the transition from the study of individual mental functions to the study of consciousness as a multi-level phenomenon. superior to the conventional categories of «norm» and «pathology». Psyche is defined as a holographic system that includes biophysical, phenomenological and transpersonal levels.
