    The article examines the key aspects of the digital transformation of education, which radically changes approaches to education and upbringing. The article analyzes new horizons opening up due to the introduction of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, online platforms and interactive tools. The advantages are discussed, including the availability of educational resources and the individualization of the educational process. At the same time, attention is focused on the challenges faced by educational institutions and teachers, such as the need to improve digital literacy, ensure data security and adapt to rapidly changing conditions. The article offers recommendations for the successful integration of digital technologies into educational practice, emphasizing the importance of a balance between traditional teaching methods and innovation.

    Abstract:
    The article provides a retrospective analysis of various approaches to the adaptation of students in an interactive educational environment. The characteristics of each of the analyzed approaches highlight the specifics of students' adaptation to the conditions of an interactive learning environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theory and practice of students' adaptation to an interactive educational environment. A comparative analysis of various scientific approaches to the adaptation of students to the educational process has allowed us to define pedagogical processes as synergetic systems in which unstable, unexpected and unpredictable situations are constantly created that require an adequate operational response from students. Consideration of pedagogical processes as synergetic systems leads to the need to use interactive educational technologies in the educational process. In an interactive educational environment, adaptation does not manifest itself in a traditional academic form, but takes the form of preadaptation, which requires students to quickly search, build and regulate their attitude and behavior, adequately changing the conditions of the educational environment. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the development of interactive learning technologies in the study, meaning-creating educational technologies have been experimentally developed and substantiated, allowing creating conditions in the educational process for the openness of thoughts, ideas and meanings of students and the phenomena studied and knowledge about them. The educational technologies proposed in the article are a new direction in the development of an interactive educational environment, and their use in educational practice can significantly increase the adaptability of students to the educational environment.

  • Psychological support of socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students in the higher education system: results of the design and analytical session

    Abstract:
    The paper analyzes the experience of psychological support for the socio-cultural adaptation of foreign students at universities of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the work is due to the significant socio-cultural, psychological, and academic difficulties that foreign students face when studying at Russian universities and, in this regard, the need to replicate the successful experience of organizing measures to adapt this target group of students in the higher education system. The results of a monitoring survey of psychological services specialists conducted at the sites of 13 universities participating in the pilot testing of the psychological service model in the higher education system in terms of psychological support for foreign students are presented. The results of the design and analytical session organized by the Federal Resource Center for Psychological Services in the Higher Education System of the Russian Academy of Education are presented in order to further replicate successful practices of psychological support for foreign students at the university. A comprehensive program of measures for psychological support of foreign students at the university is proposed. Conclusions are drawn about the expediency of integrating individual measures to accompany and support foreign students into the overall structure of the psychological service of the university.

  • Program of psychological and pedagogical support of the process of professional adaptation of young teachers to general education institution

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of professional adaptation of young teachers in modern educational institutions. The key challenges faced by novice teachers are described, such as lack of pedagogical experience, difficulty in establishing contact with students and colleagues, as well as the risk of emotional burnout. To solve these problems, a special program of professional adaptation of young teachers, who have recently graduated from university and are starting their professional activity in general educational institutions, which includes training courses and interaction with experienced teachers. The article presents the results of an online questionnaire conducted among 38 participants of the program, confirming its effectiveness in supporting the professional development of young professionals. The conclusions of the study emphasize the importance of integrating such programs aimed at creating conditions for successful development of teachers at an early stage of career path.

В статье рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на успешную адаптацию: роль родителей, учителей и специалистов в области тифлопедагогики, а также важность создания поддерживающей среды для этих детей. Исследование выделяет ключевые аспекты, которые способствуют эффективной социальной интеграции младших школьников с нарушением зрения, и предлагает практические рекомендации для улучшения их адаптационного опыта.

  • Indicators of adaptation of psychology students to the digital transformation of education during their university studies

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of adaptation of psychology students, their adaptation in accordance with the indicators identified in the process of theoretical analysis, the definition of the concept of adaptation in general and to the digital transformation of education in particular. The study of adaptation indicators of psychology students to the digital transformation of education is relevant, since in the modern world digital technologies play an increasingly significant role in all spheres of life, including education. Digital technologies are a reliable assistant to the psychologist at all stages of the educational process. To study the ability of psychology students at a pedagogical university to adapt in their lives to changing conditions and the process of digital transformation of education, survey and questionnaire methods were used. The level of adaptation was determined using a standardized questionnaire and the author's questionnaire. The paper presents the results of a study of four indicators of general adaptation: neuropsychic stability, communicative ability, moral stability and adaptive ability. Four indicators of adaptation to the digital transformation of education have been identified: interest, readiness to use digital tools, knowledge of digital tools and the ability to use them, ease of learning digital tools. Based on the results obtained, data on the adaptation of psychology students of the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of different courses are presented.

    The chapter is devoted to the problem of theoretical and practical understanding of the issue of designing variable trajectories to support adaptation in the workplace of young disabled people. The problem is solved through consideration of support trajectories and mechanisms for promoting employment of this category of citizens. An analysis of the main barriers to adaptation and issues of overcoming them was also carried out. The authors analyze and evaluate the success of adaptation to the workplace of young disabled people. For this purpose, a comparative study of graduates with disabilities and normotypical peers was conducted. It was revealed that adaptation of graduates with disabilities is a multicomponent neoplasm. This should be taken into account when strategically planning the content of mentors’ work, when building a system of employee motivation, as well as when implementing adaptation measures to reduce the anxiety and uncertainty of young professionals with disabilities.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of the execution of imprisonment related to labor adaptation as a means of correcting convicts in the context of the provisions of the 2030 Concept, in particular with the problem of the sale of products produced by convicts to introduce them to work, and the conditions of transportation of products manufactured by convicts. The objective of this study was to analyze the need to strengthen the formation and development of labor production in prisons and colonies, through the development of new production capacities, including through new investments by entrepreneurs, for which a targeted state policy providing a certain tax regime for entrepreneurs wishing to cooperate with institutions of the penal system is a pre-requisite. The author comes to the conclusion that the organization of employment in places of deprivation of liberty should be carried out taking into account the requirements of a market economy, as well as taking into account the fact that the work of convicts who have been sentenced to imprisonment should contribute to the socialization of convicts into society, their correction and their preparation for release, by introducing convicts to work, that the creation of the conditions for ensuring the normal functioning of production facilities in prisons and colonies related to the work of convicts, and the establishment of a transport process for the delivery of products produced by them, will not be complete without the development of standard contracts for the carriage of goods, taking into account the peculiarities of the institutions of the penal system. These conclusions suggest that the studies they are based on will allow interested persons to look at the problem of the execution of sentences in the form of imprisonment from a different perspective, taking into account the needs not only of the penal enforcement system, but also at a more global level provided for by the Concept of the Development of the Penal Enforcement System of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030. The main methodology of the author was the method of complex cognition, which allows to determine the value of the labor function of those sentenced to punishment.

    The subject of the study is personal autonomy as an indicator of the moral maturity of the individual. It is concluded that there are serious problems in this regard. The underdevelopment of the personal principle makes a person not free, inhibits his creative potential, and an independent life can break an immature personality, in particular, prevent a university graduate from adapting to the labor market.     The article is aimed at studying the impact of the transition to distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic on the psycho-emotional state of students of younger adolescence, namely on the level of anxiety and the appearance of specific learning fears. This topic does not lose its relevance to this day, because some schools still use this format, and it is important for adults (teachers and parents) to know and understand the condition of students. The results of the study showed a high level of anxiety of students during the transition to distance learning and such educational fears as the fear of a situation of testing knowledge on camera, the fear of technical failure and other educational fears specific to this format.

    The satisfaction of students of the Engineering and Physics Faculty of High Technologies of USU with the quality of online learning during the pandemic was studied. The criteria and indicators of satisfaction with online learning are determined based on the implementation of expectations from online learning and the social and professional adaptation of students to online conditions. The diagnostic tools included a questionnaire to identify the implementation of students ' expectations from online learning and a methodology for its processing. The level of adaptation was measured by a seven-level scale of self-assessment of psychological comfort in online and offline classes. The results of the study showed a fairly high level of student satisfaction with the study of natural sciences and humanities online.

    In the chapter describes the experience of prevention of maladaptation of first-year students, including the diagnosis of personality traits, identification of students at risk and psycho-corrective measures. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the problem of effective adaptation and prevention of maladaptation of first-year students, the importance of creating targeted systematic work with first-year students to prevent maladaptation. Materials and methods of research. In order to identify the risk group of students for various types of maladaptation and develop recommendations to reduce the level of maladaptation in first-year students, we conducted diagnostics of the personal characteristics of first-year students using the method of multifactorial personality research SMIL L.N. Sobchik Results and discussion of the results of the study. Based on the results of psychodiagnostics, we have developed recommendations for the risk group for hyposthenic /depressive type of maladjustment and for the risk group for the type of maladjustment «autism», including individual consultations, the inclusion of students in groups of psychological trainings on relevant topics, consultations for teachers and curators of groups on individual approach in interaction with students at risk, participation students in the work of a psychological circle in order to improve the psychological culture of students, etc. Conclusions. The work done made it possible to reduce the percentage of maladaptation of students and increase the efficiency of adaptation of first-year students to the process of studying at the university, which manifested itself in a significant decrease in the percentage of students expelled by the result of the 1st year of study.

The psychological components of the socio-psychological adaptation of Russian-speaking immigrants who moved to Finland at different ages are considered. The main way and the key to integration into Finnish society, which unites all migrants and on which the Finnish state places great emphasis, is revealed. The objectives of the Finnish "Law on the Promotion of Integration in Finland" are described, as well as an individual integration plan, the objectives and timing of the adaptation program in Finland. Conclusions are drawn and recommendations are described, what kind of psychological support and psychological assistance the Finnish state can provide at the early stages of integration and how it can contribute to improving the conditions of socio-psychological adaptation of Russian-speaking migrants in Finland.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of psychological adaptation of patients to a new coronavirus infection COVID-19, with chronic diseases of a therapeutic and surgical profile during the ongoing pandemic. The subject of the presented work is very relevant in view of the fact that the incidence of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 is currently continuing throughout the world. For now, scientists, doctors, and researchers can only hope for a speedy end to the pandemic. Nevertheless, some authors are already talking about the imminent start of the sixth «wave» of the protracted illness. It is known that for better treatment, patients do not need only medical or surgical therapy – they often also need psychological help and support. An attempt to analyze the psychological adaptation of patients in a pandemic was the goal of the presented work. The objects of the study were 200 patients of the Voronezh Regional Clinical Hospital №1, divided into 2 groups, depending on the profile: therapeutic and surgical. Subsequently, there was a division into subgroups, depending on whether the patient «transferred» a new virus or not, according to the respondent himself. A special questionnaire developed by the authors included questions about gender, age, COVID-19 disease, and the presence of chronic diseases requiring hospitalization was studied. A feature of the study was the determination of IgG to COVID-19 in patients. Subsequently, the general attitude of respondents to COVID-19 was studied, the level of fear was determined at different «waves» of the pandemic, and an attempt was made to identify depressive states in the subjects. The data obtained are of great interest not only to psychologists and psychotherapists, but also to practicing doctors of various profiles.
