  • The effectiveness of an integrative program for the formation of psychological well-being among future linguistic teachers

    Abstract:
    This article presents the results of a formative experiment evaluating the effectiveness of the "PERMA Profile for Language Teachers" program, aimed at the comprehensive development of psychological well-being in future foreign language educators. The study involved 100 fourth-year students majoring in pedagogical linguistics (Experimental Group = 50, Control Group = 50). The 36-academic-hour program was implemented in three stages and comprised modules targeting emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and positive affective experiences in language learning. Statistical analysis revealed significant positive changes in the experimental group across 14 out of 17 measured indicators, including previously identified areas for development (engagement, meaning, self-control, and sociability). The control group demonstrated no systemic improvements, with negative trends observed in several parameters.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the experience of using a polysensory environment in the correctional work with 4-5-year-old children with general speech underdevelopment of the II level. The author substantiates the need for the systematic use of sensorimotor equipment to form all components of the speech system. The article describes the specific results of the experimental study: in the experimental group, the integral indicator of speech development increased by 36.2 points, which is 4 times higher than the dynamics of the control group. The article is addressed to practicing speech therapists, educators, and students of дефектологических faculties.

    The article provides an analysis of the development of mentoring technology as a tool for training and adapting personnel for the civil service of the Russian Federation.     Abstract:
    This article identifies pressing development issues in the Far North and explores potential solutions. The study focuses on the Magadan and Murmansk regions, as well as Kamchatka Krai. It identifies a declining contribution of Far North regions to the total GRP, unstable dynamics in the share of mineral extraction in total industrial output, and a growing labor shortage. Other relevant issues include deterioration of public utility infrastructure, an underdeveloped transportation network, and a lack of diversification of development models. Promising avenues for addressing these issues and accelerating the socioeconomic development of the selected Far North regions are proposed.

    Abstract:
    Spatial thinking plays a fundamental role in the cognitive development of preschoolers and the formation of readiness for school. The article discusses the problem of developing spatial thinking in children aged 4-5, and analyzes the theoretical foundations, levels, and components of spatial representations. Special attention is paid to game methods and didactic techniques, as well as an integrative approach in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education. The article substantiates the need for targeted pedagogical work to successfully master mathematics, writing, reading, and other school skills. The article provides recommendations for teachers and parents on organizing a developing spatial environment and using integrative approaches in various types of children's activities.

    The chapter presents an empirical study of the process of students' self-determination in conditions of social and professional uncertainty. The relevance of the work is due to the increasing instability of the modern world, which poses difficult tasks for young people to build life and professional trajectories. The empirical basis of the study was made up of data from a voluntary anonymous online survey conducted among undergraduate students studying in the humanities. The Yandex Forms platform was used to collect information, which provided: convenience of participation for respondents, wide coverage of the target audience, and speed of data collection. The research toolkit included two components. Validated methods for assessing the components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness; self-regulation; social awareness; relationship management. A developed questionnaire aimed at studying the adaptation features of first-year students at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the transformation of the physical education system in higher education in the context of global sustainable development goals and national priorities of the Russian Federation. It notes the limitations of traditional models of physical education classes, which are primarily implemented indoors and do not utilize the potential of interaction with the natural environment to develop students' environmental awareness. The aim of the study is to theoretically substantiate and empirically test the effectiveness of an innovative model of physical education that integrates the principles of sustainable development. The author's model shifts emphasis from a normative approach to the development of a holistic, environmentally oriented worldview, where concern for personal health is inextricably linked with concern for the environment. The methodological framework consists of an analysis of modern pedagogical approaches (the concept of «green» education, the theory of cumulative environmental risks, research on the ecological self-concept of individuals) and data from cross-sectional studies. The study involved 210 first- and second-year students, divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group participated in a semester-long program developed by the author, which included regular outdoor training sessions (outdoor training differentiated by environmental conditions), theoretical lectures on the impact of environmental factors on health, and campus improvement projects. The results showed statistically significant improvements in physical fitness (endurance +14.3%, speed-strength +11.8%), mental well-being (+15.2%), and a significant increase in environmental responsibility (+40.7%). A direct correlation was found between program participation and commitment to a healthy lifestyle (r=0.782). A block model for transforming physical education is proposed, including target-based, content-based, organizational-activity-based, and evaluative-performance components. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of scientifically based recommendations for the implementation of adaptive, environmentally oriented physical education programs in the curricula of universities, which contributes to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3: Good health and well-being; SDG 4: Quality education; SDG 13: Climate action) and the implementation of the National Security Strategy of the Russian Federation.

    This article examines the age-related dynamics of academic motivation in students aged 10–17 in a modern school setting. The relevance of the study stems from the persistent decline in academic motivation during basic general education, despite the recognition of academic motivation as a key factor in success and personal development. The aim of the study was to identify characteristics and statistically significant differences in the structure of academic motivation among students at three levels of general education: primary (10–11 years old), middle (12–15 years old), and high school (16–17 years old). Ninety-nine students participated in the study. For diagnostics, the method of studying educational motivation by A.K. Makarova and N.V.     Статья посвящена рассмотрению инновационной развивающей практики, основанной на языковой феноменологии личности. Опираясь на диалектическую философию Г. Гегеля и культурно-историческую психологию Л. С. Выготского, автор показывает, что внутренние противоречия являются не патологией, а главным двигателем и необходимым условием развития человека. При этом традиционные психологические школы (психоанализ, бихевиоризм, гуманистическая и когнитивная психология) описывают лишь отдельные виды противоречий, из-за чего в практике развивающей работы до сих пор остро ощущается недостаток их единой и полной системы. Чтобы восполнить этот пробел, автор предлагает использовать языковую теорию личности (ЯТЛ), основанную на разработках Московской семантической школы Ю. Д. Апресяна. Анализ человеческого языка позволяет построить модель человека, защищенную от субъективного взгляда исследователя. Научная новизна работы заключается в переходе от плоскостных табличных описаний структуры личности к объемному моделированию. На основе восьми компонентов наивной языковой картины человека создана объемная трехмерная модель – «куб личности». Данная модель позволила выделить и описать полную систему из 28-ми типов внутриличностных противоречий (одномерных, двумерных и трехмерных), различающихся по глубине и сложности их осознания, с примерами их существования в языке и культуре. В статье представлена четырехуровневая модель осознавания противоречий (от отрицания до принятия), а также модель диагностики клиента, на основе которой создается профиль актуальной личностной зрелости. Описан метод коучинга диалектических противоречий (КДП) и система развивающих заданий WISDOM, помогающая коучу и клиенту планомерно повышать уровень осознанности и продвигаться к возможности интегрировать внутренние противоречия, превращая их в источник личностного роста. Методологическую основу работы составили положения Г. Гегеля о диалектическом «снятии» противоречия, концепция языковой картины человека Ю. Д. Апресяна, фундаментальная лексическая гипотеза (Л. Голдберг, Г. Олпорт), положение Л. С. Выготского о культурном развитии высших психических функций, положение Л. М. Веккера о трехкомпонентной структуре психики, положения С. Л. Рубинштейна о зрелости личности.

    The article presents a differentiated approach to developing leaders' readiness to integrate artificial intelligence into the management system. Drawing on the author's typology of five managerial mindset profiles in the context of AI readiness, an optimal development format is defined for each profile — coaching, mentoring, their combination, or the shaping of an organizational environment. Particular attention is given to the «Strategist of Power» profile, for which classical individual development formats are inapplicable. Cases from the author's consulting practice are presented. The connection between the typology and the two-circuit model of leadership potential diagnostics is demonstrated.

The relevance of the topic is due to the contradiction between social demand and the lack of development of methodological material that promotes the development of creative thinking in the classroom. In our study, we reveal the potential of intellectual games using the example of mathematics lessons in high school, taking into account the age characteristics of students, the content features of the educational material, diagnostic indicators and the integration of reflexive and evaluative mechanisms, which provided a positive dynamic.
