    Abstract:
    The article examines the problem of speech disorders in younger schoolchildren studying in rural schools in the period from 2010 to 2025. The current state of the prevalence and structure of speech disorders is analyzed, and factors influencing their occurrence and development in rural areas are identified. The results of an empirical study aimed at studying the peculiarities of speech development of younger schoolchildren in rural schools are presented. The prospects of correctional work with children with speech disorders in rural schools, including the use of modern technologies and methods, are substantiated.

The diagnostic tools of the study are also presented, the stages of correctional and developmental work are considered. The effectiveness of the didactic manual is reflected in the results of the study. The work presented in the article was carried out within the framework of a grant from the Government of the Tula region in the field of science and technology (contract no. DS/156 dated 12/28/2024).

    The chapter is devoted to the formation of stable motivational guidelines among fire service employees in the process of their professional training. The psychological aspects of motivation, risk factors for emotional exhaustion, and methods for improving the effectiveness of rescuers are considered. Special attention is paid to the importance of setting clear goals, developing professional competencies, and fostering a sense of teamwork and mutual assistance. Recommendations are given on creating conditions conducive to the development of personal qualities necessary for successfully overcoming stressful situations and high readiness for emergency response. The necessity of regular psychological support and support for firefighters is substantiated in order to prevent the negative effects of prolonged exposure to extreme labor factors. The mechanisms of maintaining a high level of personal responsibility and awareness of the importance of the mission of saving the life and health of the population are being investigated.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the concept of continuing education in the context of modern socio-economic changes and technological development. The main focus is on the role of continuing education in training professionals who are able to adapt to rapidly changing labor market conditions and requirements. The impact of technological progress on society and the education system is analyzed, and the main functions of continuing education are highlighted: professional, social and personal. The work emphasizes the importance of developing students' independence, responsibility and determination in the process of continuous professional education. The necessity of updating the knowledge and skills of specialists in various fields is emphasized in order to maintain competitiveness. The article considers the role of learning foreign languages in professional training and their impact on the expansion of human opportunities in education, work and communication. Theoretical research methods were used to analyze the problem, including analysis of scientific publications and official documents, such as the Concept of Technological Development of Russia until 2030. As a result of the analysis, the key competencies necessary for successful professional, family and social life in the context of the transformation of the socio-economic sphere have been identified. Among them are computer skills and foreign languages, technological literacy, entrepreneurial skills and social skills. It was also noted that Nizhnevartovsk State University (NVSU) pays special attention to the study of English in the framework of the program "English for academic mobility". It is emphasized that academic mobility contributes to the expansion of educational horizons, the formation of intercultural competencies and the creation of employment potential for graduates.

  • Factors of formation of psychological readiness for motherhood

    Abstract:
    The article examines the key factors of the formation of the maternal position among women, analyzes various aspects of the formation of motherhood as a systemic education. The interrelation of biological and social determinants in the formation of maternal behavior is investigated, the mechanisms of influence of instinctive and cultural factors on the development of the maternal sphere are revealed. Special attention is paid to the stages of the ontogenesis of the maternal sphere, starting from the prenatal period and ending with the formation of an individual style of emotional support for the child. The paper presents the levels of formation of motherhood: the macro level (social norms and stereotypes), the meso level (parental family influence), the micro level (own family) and the level of a specific personality. Such important components as the prototype of motherhood, productive motives (economic, social, psychological), and factors contributing to the emergence and manifestation of the maternal instinct are considered. The research can be useful for psychologists, sociologists, specialists in the field of family psychology and anyone who is interested in the formation of a maternal position and the psychological aspects of parenthood.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the development and substantiation of a pedagogical model of the educational environment that ensures the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking of older preschoolers. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific sources on the stated problem, generalization of pedagogical experience, pedagogical modeling. The result of the study was the clarification of the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler", on the basis of which a pedagogical model for the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers was substantiated and developed. The theoretical significance consists in clarifying and supplementing the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking" of an older preschooler. The practical significance lies in the development of the author's model of the educational environment, which is described by the following components: value-oriented, content-technological and performance-evaluative. The components of the concept "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler" allowed us to define a system of organizational and pedagogical conditions that model the educational environment for the development of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers. This model can be used depending on the internal and external conditions in which the preschool carries out educational activities.

    The article addresses the current problem of the professional development of young teachers in the modern education system, characterized by rapid changes and high demands on teacher qualifications. The research aims to substantiate and test a set of effective technologies for implementing a mentoring model that promotes the successful adaptation and professional growth of young professionals. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches to mentoring, systematizes modern technologies used in educational practice, and defines criteria for the effectiveness of these technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of mentoring programs implemented in various regions. The article contains conclusions about the effectiveness of the developed mentoring model and recommendations for its implementation in educational institutions, including the need for clear criteria for selecting mentors, improving their qualifications, and an individual approach to each young specialist. It is emphasized that mentoring should be considered as a process of mutual enrichment and professional growth, creating a favorable environment for the development of pedagogical culture and improving the quality of education.

    The paper reveals the development potential of the republican resource platform of continuing professional education as a tool for effective functioning of the system of scientific and methodological support of teaching staff. The article presents the structure of the resource potential of the regional platform, defines its main characteristics and directions, develops proposals for the creation of the republican system of methodological support for teachers and changes in the structure, functional tasks in the field of continuing professional education and professional retraining. These measures are aimed at improving the potential of the regional system in implementing the state educational policy and solving socio-economic problems. The process of gradual change in the system of scientific and methodological support for teachers is presented, in which the basic part is in the competence of the regional institutional structure responsible for the implementation of programmes of additional professional education, and the variable part falls to universities and other entities that are part of the regional segment of the education system. The article formulates further prospects for the development of the proposed structure of scientific and methodological support for teachers, introduction of new educational programmes and technologies, as well as research and analysis of the effectiveness of the applied practices. As a result of the practice implementation, the main vectors of regional policy development in the sphere of additional professional education of teachers and human resources potential of the Chuvash Republic are proposed.

    The article aims to build a relevant mechanism for strengthening and developing the system of spiritual and moral values among Russian schoolchildren. The article examines the essence, types of spiritual and moral values, analyzes the significance and possibilities of solving the problem of instilling spiritual and moral values in the process of educational activities. The comprehended meanings of all-Russian values are formed into the value orientations of the individual, manifested in a civic position, civic competencies and attitude towards destructive ideologies. Therefore, education in the spirit of traditional spiritual values is a priority pedagogical task at all levels of education and a significant tool in the field of educational, upbringing, cultural, youth policy and national security policy in general. Spiritual and moral education from primary school age is represented by the foundation of prosperous personal socialization, the development of early intergenerational and civil, patriotic ties of a growing person. The authors justify the filling of the mechanism for the formation of value orientations of Russian schoolchildren with specific educational measures, taking into account the structure of value orientations and the criteria for their effective education in the school environment.

    The creation of a dynamically functioning innovation economy, maintaining its competitiveness in the conditions of geopolitical struggle, unprecedented sanctions pressure from the West are the priority tasks of modern Russia's development. One of the determining factors of an effectively operating innovation economy is the provision of highly sustainable development of regions, including such backbone structures as scientific and technological complexes. The author's interpretation of this aspect of the topic is proposed. The novelty in the continuation of its comprehension lies in the retrospective analysis of a long period, including the second half of XX – the first quarter of XXI centuries, and at the same time continuous in the context of the region's transition to an innovative type of development. The study of experience in creating a modern model of STC in the region is based on the theoretical and methodological units of the theory of regional development, and, above all, the concept of «points of growth» as its special section. It emphasizes the stimulation of «knowledge economy», development of innovation infrastructure, transfer of scientific achievements into production, maintenance of technological security, etc., as such points.     Ensuring environmental safety is a priority task for all countries. Sustainable development of the state, high quality of life and health of its population can be ensured provided that high quality of the environment is maintained. In Russia, the scale of pollution by production and consumption waste has reached a critical level, posing a serious threat to national environmental security. Large industrial regions of the country face the most serious environmental problems. The purpose of the study is to study regional problems of ensuring environmental safety. In the chapteruses such research methods as analysis of theoretical sources, study of official statistics, comparative analysis. The indicators characterizing the state of the environment of the Sverdlovsk region for 2021–2023 were analyzed. It was concluded that according to the National Environmental Rating in 2023 (autumn rating), the region was in last place, i.e. it was the worst region in the country in terms of environmental indicators. Despite the improvement of certain indicators for 2021–2023 (reduction in the volume of generated waste, the share of the population in cities with high levels of air pollution, discharge of polluted wastewater, etc.), the level of pollution of the atmosphere, water resources and soils in the region is very high. Success in solving environmental problems in the region largely depends on the implementation of an integrated approach, including economic (increased investment in environmental projects), social (increased environmental literacy of the population) and technological changes (digitalization and modernization of industry).
