    Abstract:
    In the chapter modelling of transient process in electric RLC-chain is considered. The software-mathematical model of the mode is constructed and implemented. Matlab is used as a toolkit. At the same time the traditional engineering methods of calculation, directed on linearisation of the considered processes, are rejected. The choice is made in favour of direct application of mathematical methods (application of the apparatus of differential calculus). Correctness of the results is confirmed by earlier calculations and correspondence of the general topology of the considered circuits.

    The purpose of the study was to identify the problematic area of activity of state authorities to counter terrorism among the population in the Primorsky Territory. As a result of the study, it was found that the ongoing preventive measures to counter terrorism among the population of the region are not able to reduce the number of registered crimes of a terrorist nature. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended that the state program of Primorsky Krai «Safe Land» include measures related to monitoring the situation, identifying and eliminating factors that contribute to the emergence and spread of the ideology of terrorism.

    Abstract:
    Currently, special attention is paid to the content of the training of schoolchildren in computer science. Interest in software development and code writing methods is growing every year. This is due to the change in methods and means of training in the field of writing program code associated with the emergence and development of new paradigms and programming languages. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the choice of a programming language for the preparation of high school students in the field of programming and solving the tasks of the Unified State Exam in computer science. Materials and methods of research: in the course of the research, a theoretical approach was used: the study, systematization and analysis of theoretical materials, scientific and methodological resources for teaching programming to schoolchildren, demos, test tasks, manuals, educational websites for preparing for the Unified State Exam in computer science, as well as many years of experience in teaching schoolchildren and students the basics of programming. Research results and their discussion: Programming languages PascalABC.NET and Python are currently the most popular in school education. The article analyzes the possibilities of these programming systems and the prospects of their application in teaching high school students the basics of programming. Examples of solving typical problems from the Unified State Exam in computer science in both languages are given to compare the speed and efficiency of the code. Conclusions. Language PascalABC.NET it has a number of advantages and can be recommended as a language for teaching programming. The language is high-performance, well structured, has strict typing and is adapted to the tasks of the Unified State Exam in computer science. When teaching future programmers, the basics of writing code, it is advisable to combine languages PascalABC.NET and Python.

    Abstract: This scientific article examines the problem of the shadow economy, including its causes, scale and government measures to counter it. The main factors contributing to the development of the shadow economy are analyzed, such as the inefficiency of the tax system, complex bureaucratic procedures, distrust of the state and a high level of regulation. The article examines the experience of Russia and other countries in the fight against the shadow economy, including improving the tax system, controlling business activities and fighting corruption. The issues of the effectiveness of counteraction, international cooperation and the role of education and information campaign are discussed. The study provides an overview of the problem of the shadow economy, which can be useful for developing strategies to combat it and increase economic security.

    This study is devoted to the study of the fundamentals of legal regulation of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) in Russia, as well as the role of the state in the regulation and implementation of this institution. The author considers the system of normative legal acts and acts of interpretation operating in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy), the main directions of state policy, tasks and functions of public authorities directly involved in the implementation of legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy). During the study of these issues, the author analyzed scientific literature, judicial practice, as well as materials of judicial statistics showing trends in the development of the institute of insolvency (bankruptcy) in Russia and the practice of its application. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the need to improve the regulatory framework of this institution, including taking into account the adjustment of the distribution of functions between public authorities, which will increase the effectiveness of the implementation of bankruptcy procedures in practice.

    In recent decades the system of secondary vocational education in Russia has been going through a difficult path. Socio-economic development forecast for the period till 2030 defines priority directions in SPO transformation as the main production driver. Professional organizations of SPE system are undergoing reforming, which has touched such spheres of detail as the content and organization of the educational process; integration of SPE educational organizations; changes in the requirements of educational standards, etc. Significant challenges of our time are the need to update the content of SPE educational programs, the introduction of practice-oriented learning models in cooperation with core enterprises and organizations, updating the list (register) of professions and specialties based on the staffing needs of the regions, digitalization and transformation of different types of work. This publication is dedicated to the analysis of training activity in implementation of educational programs in SPE, including application of e-learning in the conditions of reforming the system of SPE in Russia. Materials and methods. General theoretical methods are used to achieve the goal of the study: analysis of theoretical sources, generalization and systematization of the data obtained; empirical methods: observation.     For a long time, higher education in Russia was organized within the framework of the Bologna system «bachelor's-master's». However, the implementation of the FSES HE according to foreign standards did not give the desired effect, since domestic organizations were not interested in graduates of domestic universities, as in professionals. As a result, higher education ceased to exist as a professional education, and society lost the specialists it needed in the person of university graduates who were trained as bachelors. At the same time, the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education were constantly «improved», since they did not provide the necessary quality of training for university graduates. However, such a reform, «squeezed» by the framework of the Bologna system, did not take into account the needs of the domestic economy, Russian organizations in the specialists they needed. At the same time, a large number of commercial universities appeared that did not train specialists, but earned money from it. And today, even in many state universities there is a set of students for paid education, as a result of which not all talented young people can enter a university, since there are not enough budget places for them, and those who can pay for education go to paid education. The author emphasizes the need to ensure the technological and economic independence of Russia, which cannot be provided without the appropriate organization of students' education in domestic universities. And this must be done urgently and without «looking back» to foreign «wishes».

  • Composer A. A. Egorov in the History of the Musical Culture of Chuvashia

    The article is devoted to the creative connections of the famous Soviet conductor and composer A.A. Egorov with the musical culture of Chuvashia in the 1930s. The purpose of the work is to recreate the historical picture of these connections, to determine his contribution to the Chuvash art and to identify the characteristic features of the interpretation of the national song folklore. The material of the study was musical texts of works by A.A. Egorov (first of all, the author’s collection «Folk Songs Arranged for Mixed Choir by A. Egorov»), as well as his theoretical and methodological work in the field of choral arrangement of folklore primary sources. Using the analytical method, the author traces the history of the appearance of choral arrangements by A.A. Egorov on the themes of Chuvash folk songs, the musical and poetic text of the most popular work «Kolkhoz uy-khire» («Kukkuk») («Kolkhoz fields» («Kukushka», «Kukuk!”)) is analyzed. It is concluded that the communication of A. A. Egorov with the head of the team the Chuvash composer V. P. Vorobyov inspired him to create ten miniatures for a cappella choir. Among the Chuvash adaptations, the most popular was «Kolkhoz uy-khire» («Kukkuk») – «Collective Farm Fields» («Kukushka»). Her undoubted success in the artistic culture of the 1930s let us explain not only the folklore theme successfully chosen by the composer, the organic interaction of the found methods of arranging the folklore source with the typical features of A. Egorov’s creative style as a whole, but also the masterful use of all musical and expressive resources. Together with other works by A.A. Egorov’s adaptation of «Kolkhoz uy-khire», included in the golden fund of Russian choral literature, can be called a classic of the musical art of Chuvashia.

  • Optimization of Mental States and Interpersonal Relationships of Children in Preschool

    Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of optimizing the psychological states of children through the formation of their interpersonal states with a teacher and peers. Relevance. Based on the analysis of literary sources, it was revealed that violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions and on mental states. This was the basis for the development and implementation of a comprehensive program to optimize the mental states and relationships of children in their relationship. Violations of relationships with teachers have a negative impact not only on mental states, but also on the formation of interpersonal relationships of children in the group of preschool educational institutions. This makes it necessary to develop a program of socio-psychological training for teachers and the need to work towards the harmonization of relations among peers. The purpose of the study is to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for optimizing mental states in the process of forming positive interpersonal relationships in a group of preschool educational institutions. Research methods. The article uses theoretical methods of research: analysis of domestic and foreign methodological sources, results of psychological and pedagogical research, study of the resources of educational portals of the Internet, generalization of materials of scientific and practical conferences, forums; practical methods: observation, interviewing, survey, questionnaire, mathematical and statistical methods of processing results (the criterion r is used – Pearson's linear correlation coefficient, etc.). Results and discussion. The author offers the results of a study of the relationship between interpersonal relationships with a teacher and peers with mental states, describes the author's program for optimizing the mental states of children in the pre-school group through the formation of interpersonal relationships. Diagnostic methods are proposed to determine the teacher's attitude to children, interpersonal relationships of children in the preschool group, the actor's method "Mishkin's family" in order to identify the mental states of children determined in relations with the teacher and peers. Conclusions. In our opinion, it is the complex of psychological impact on teachers, coupled with psychological and pedagogical impact on children, that will contribute to a significant increase in the level of interpersonal relationships of children in the immediate social environment and reduce the indicators of negative mental states.
