    Abstract: Every year there are more children with an increased level of emotional disorders. Anxiety in older preschool children is a fairly common and dangerous phenomenon in modern society. At this stage of life, the processes of growing up of a child are actively taking place, a full-fledged awareness of himself and his "I" begins, and the main psycho-emotional characteristics are formed. A persistent or frequently recurring state of anxiety leads to disruption of such processes. Basic mental functions such as thinking, perception, speech, and memory can be particularly affected. The use of art therapy today is one of the mildest and at the same time effective methods of correcting anxiety in preschoolers. The creative and playful tasks underlying the method can significantly improve the child's psycho-emotional state, develop attention and imagination, and get rid of disturbing fears and negative thoughts.

    The purpose of the study was to evaluate the content of the «goals – objectives – methods – means» of state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation related to the transport accessibility of territories, in accordance with the requirements of the program-oriented approach. To identify the problem area, the state programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District in the areas of development of the transport complex, transport system or transport infrastructure for compliance with the requirements of the main goal were taken. The SMART methodology was used to assess the compliance of government programs with the requirements of a program-oriented approach to management. The results of the SMART criteria assessment showed that the state programs adopted at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District related to the transport accessibility of territories do not fully meet the criteria presented and have a number of disadvantages.

    Economic development inevitably leads to a significant increase in inequality in the distribution of income and national wealth. Worryingly, inequality is growing year after year. Official data on inequality are underestimated, as the share of income hidden from taxation is at least twice as much as that shown in official statistics. The sharp increase in inequality was largely due to the transition to neoliberal policies that encouraged the monopolization of production to the detriment of wage labor positions and, to some extent, the participation of nation States in the global globalization of the economy. High income inequality will slow down any national modernization and generate further stratification of citizens. The proportion of excessive inequality between 10–20 percent of the rich and 80 percent of the poor and poor in the modern world is constantly growing.

    The preservation and strengthening of traditional values is the main vector of Russia's future development as a civilizational state. This paper examines the specifics of teaching the course, and reveals the experience of implementing the academic discipline «Fundamentals of Russian Statehood» in 2023–2025 academic years. The author focuses on the evolution of the interpretation of the term «values» and its understanding in modern social sciences and humanities. Attention is drawn to the importance of the education system in shaping the traditional values of Russian students. In this paper, methodological recommendations and discussion problems that emerged during the teaching of the training course are formulated. It is concluded that the key direction of the future development of Russia as a state-civilization is the organization of a system of targeted education and upbringing, especially among Russian students. Higher education as a social institution instills in the younger generation traditional values and ideals that are translated into professional activities and preserve the continuity of generations.

    The relevance of the research topic lies in the need for continuous improvement of the management system of state-owned enterprises based on the analysis of estimated performance indicators and identification of existing problems. The object of the study is the state unitary enterprise of the subjects of the Russian Federation of the Kaluga Region Kaluga MTS (hereinafter abbreviated as MTS). SE KO «Kaluga MTS»). The subject of the research is the management system of the Kaluga MTS State Enterprise. The theoretical basis of the research was domestic and foreign scientific periodicals, textbooks, and materials from scientific and practical conferences and monographs.   • The relationship between emotional intelligence and negative mental states of students

    Abstract:
    The period of study at a higher education institution is accompanied by significant cognitive and emotional stresses associated with academic requirements, social adaptation and professional self-determination. These factors create prerequisites for the occurrence of stressful situations and the intensification of negative mental states such as anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity. Under conditions of chronic stress, these conditions can develop into maladaptive behaviors, reducing academic motivation and worsening students' overall mental health. The article examines the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence, previously differentiated on the basis of the analysis into three groups (high, medium and low levels), and the severity of negative mental states, including situational and personal anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity, which made it possible to identify the features of their mutual influence in the student sample. The data allow us to conclude that the level of emotional intelligence has a moderating effect on the intensity of experiencing negative mental states among students, where a high level of emotional intelligence contributes to a decrease in the severity of all negative states studied, while a low level of emotional intelligence is associated with their intensification. It is concluded that it is necessary to include emotional intelligence development programs in the educational process in order to increase the psychological stability of students and their adaptation to learning conditions.

    The relevance of addressing this topic is due to the problem that has arisen related to the change in the requirements for the unified state exam in the Russian language in 2025 for a task with a detailed answer (work on a written monologue), which is an essay based on the text read (task 27), the need to provide methodological assistance to teachers in explaining the content of the exam the essay and its evaluation criteria. The main research method is the analysis of the logical, substantive, linguistic and compositional features of the text type of reasoning in the process of using the textual approach in teaching Russian in secondary schools.     The chapter analyzes the concept of self-regulation, which is often found in various literature and has a large number of interpretations. In particular, psychological self-regulation of consciousness and the corresponding behavior of an individual in conditions of uncertainty is of particular interest. The existence of a person, his material well-being, health and even the life of a person depend on how he can cope with uncertainty and instability. The methodological principle for considering this problem is the principle of dialectical determinism. The result of considering the topic is the identification of its own approach to the study of self-regulation of personality behavior, which allows normalizing its mental state in conditions of uncertainty. The problems of studying self-regulation of personality behavior in the authors are closely related to social problems, and this connection can be designated as «normative determination». Depending on the type of personality, it will react differently to a situation of uncertainty in the absence of clear socio-cultural norms. Moreover, a person can nihilistically reject norms. A scheme of a categorical model for studying the behavior of an individual in a situation of normative uncertainty is proposed.

    Abstract:
    Justification. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that at present deviant behavior is a phenomenon that negatively affects the development of personality and socialization of children, and also creates difficulties for the pedagogical work of teachers and for the interaction of parents with their children. In order to care for the healthy and harmonious development of adolescents, it is necessary to achieve an understanding of the mechanisms of the formation of behavioral deviations and develop effective methods of prevention. Purpose of the study. Study of emotional states and behavioral characteristics of pupils of organizations for children in difficult life situations. Methods. To study the emotional states, behavioral disorders in adolescents, 150 pupils of grades 7, 8 and 9 of secondary comprehensive schools in Tambov were examined. The study was conducted from February to November 2024. The study included testing. Statistical data processing was carried out through a comparative analysis of the input and output testing data using the Wilcoxon T-test. To identify the relationship between negative emotional states and deviant behavior, a correlation analysis of the data obtained in a group of children and adolescents from families with a socially dangerous situation was carried out. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was used for the analysis, statistically significant correlation coefficients were taken into account | r | ( 0.5 at the level of p ≤ 0.01. Results. Our studies have revealed that children and adolescents from families with a socially dangerous situation experience discomfort during social adaptation, difficulties in developing behavioral patterns that reflect the system of values and norms of society, and they also have difficulties in interpersonal communication. Such children are characterized by difficulty in building personal boundaries and maintaining independence from the opinions of significant others. A third of the pupils have an increased or high rate of depression. This confirms the need to develop a comprehensive program for the prevention and correction of behavioral deviations in pupils of organizations for children in difficult life situations in order to avert crisis situations, depressive states, emotional breakdowns.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the problems of forming the national identity of modern Russian youth, which is defined as an important condition for increasing the level of legal culture of society. There has been a tendency towards a decrease in the general level of culture, an increase in infantilism, and the presence of gaps in the moral consciousness of a significant part of young people. According to the authors, without overcoming these negative aspects it is impossible to build a truly legal state and form a civil society. As a condition for increasing the legal culture of modern Russian society, a system of state-patriotic education is proposed, designed to develop a sense of national pride and professional responsibility.
