    Russian Russians in Ukraine are, by historical law, an indigenous people, since Russian and Ukrainian have a common ethno-cultural origin. Bearing in mind the common history until the beginning of the XX century, a significant population of the current Ukrainian lands associated themselves with Russians. At the end of the XX century, Russians and Ukrainians gained their national statehood. But the fraternal peoples have in common memories of the indigenous ethnic unity of Ancient Russia, of the epic three heroes who defended Holy Russia, of the canonical saints of the Russian Orthodox Church. However, today we are all witnessing attempts by the Ukrainian political elite to rewrite the pages of our common history.

  • Describing Subjective Infinitive Constructions in Lexicographic Sources (on the Example of the Udmurt)

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the actual problem of modern Udmurt lexicography – the issues of lexicography of combinations of a subject with an infinitive. The research material was composed of dictionaries of the Udmurt language. The work is based on a descriptive method. The purpose of the work is to study the transmission in Udmurt dictionaries of verb combinations expressing emotional and mental states and physiological phenomena in the form of infinitive combinations «subject + infinitive» and to suggest acceptable ways of their design. Udmurt lexicography has come a long way since its inception and achieved certain success. However, due to the lack of continuous work in this area, many problems remain unresolved. One of these problems is the registration in dictionaries of combinations associated with the expression of emotional and mental states and physiological phenomena. In living speech, such constructions often consist of a grammatical subject (yyr ‘head’, kӧt ‘belly’, lul ‘soul; breath’, vir ‘blood’, etc.) and a conjugated form of the verb, for example: yyr kur lue ‘me angry’, kӧt kurekte ‘I’m sad’, vir pote ‘blood flows, oozes’. In the Soviet period, the tradition of presenting verbs in dictionary entries in the form of an infinitive (affix -ny) was established in the Udmurt lexicography. Along with the publication of new dictionaries, the number of structures of the «subject + infinitive» type gradually began to increase, although the subject cannot enter into a syntactic connection with the infinitive, and such structures are not found in living speech. The paper describes possible ways to solve the problem under study, while for different groups of structures, slightly different solution models are proposed.

  • Formation of the Institution of Social Contract In Conditions of Digital Economy in Modern Russia

    Abstract:
    The article makes an attempt to analyze a new type of social assistance to low-income citizens, low-income families, as well as citizens in a difficult life situation in order to formulate proposals for its improvement. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin during the meeting with senators held on 23 September 2020 pointed out that "One of the key factors in war on poverty is the social contract" (https://ria.ru/20200923/bednost-1577654986.html). The social contract is a very effective type of social assistance, as it is aimed to activating the citizens themselves in increasing their level of material security. As a result of the contract, they get the opportunity to find a permanent income, including by opening their own business or running a personal subsidiary farm, solve their difficult life situation, retraining. Despite the positive dynamics of the increase in the number of signed social contracts, the mechanism of these contracts itself needs to be improved. In particular, the author suggests that social protection institutions move to proactive social work with poor citizens, informing them more fully about the features of the social contract. It is also proposed to transfer the distribution of quotas for the conclusion of a social contract in various areas of the activities carried out within its framework to the subjects of the Russian Federation, to revise the terms of the social contract in the direction of «job search».

    Non-profit field in the national economy of Russia, which significance, functionality and specific role is rather problematic to formulate unambiguously, examined in the article. This is equally characteristic of other countries on our planet. The reason for this is the diversity of forms and purposes, and the richness of typology. It is customary to distinguish the basic functionality of NPOs – economic, social and institutional. Historically, the importance of NCOs in the formation of statehood cannot be overestimated, as the process is largely initiated thanks to NCOs, emanating from the masses of the people, changing established social relations, introducing new tools and trends of independent governance, focusing on specific spiritual and social values.

    Abstract:
    Значительная часть существующих экономических школ связывает развитие экономики государства с возникновением новых предприятий малого и среднего бизнеса. При этом законы экономической конкуренции, значительное изменение структуры рынка, регуляторные меры и т. д. могут приводить к изменению количества таких предприятий в силу «естественных» причин (прибыльность/убыточность предприятия, растущий/стагнирующий рынок, простота/сложность финансовой отчётности и т. д.). Таким образом, для каждого государства на определенном этапе его историко-экономического развития существует определённое количество организаций, которые могут одновременно сосуществовать на его территории. Для принятия управленческих решений на уровне выработки стратегии развития государственной экономики (например, выбор между оказанием поддержки малому бизнесу или поддержкой процессов укрупнения предприятий и организаций) необходимо не только знать, каково актуальное количество предприятий, но и осуществлять прогнозирование динамики их численности на ближайшую перспективу. Построению соответствующей прогностической модели посвящено данное исследование.

    The study is devoted to the study of the structure of the interconnections of the components of the "I" -image of students with the various mental states they experience in the context of studying at a university. Students determined the severity of the components of the "I" -image in three time continua - in the past (1st year), in the present (3rd year), in the future (4th year). They also determined the frequency of occurrence of mental states during the first two years of study using a special questionnaire. Then a correlation analysis was carried out, which made it possible to find relationships with a high level of reliability between the components of the "I" -image of students and some mental states experienced in two educational situations, which differ qualitatively depending on the time continuum.   • On the Issue of Teaching Creative Writing to the Primary School Students

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to determine the importance of teaching creative writing to younger schoolchildren. The urgency of the problem of teaching creative writing in the native Chuvash language is due to the need for the formation of text competencies in younger schoolchildren, the lack of formation of their native writing skills, especially creative writing. Material and methods of research. The main research methods were the study of literature, the analysis of teachers 'difficulties and errors in the students' works. A brief history of the issue is considered: the ideas of developing creative writing skills among foreign researchers: the most successful start of learning creative writing is 4-5 years old (M. Montessori), the need to believe in the creative abilities of a child (S. Frenet); leading domestic teachers: every child is born a potential writer (L. N. Tolstoy), the experiments of V. A. Sukhomlinsky and Sh. Amonashvili on composing fairy tales and stories by students, I. Ya. Yakovleva on teaching creative writing to students of the Chuvash Simbirsk school; the main provisions of the Chuvash linguodidacts: the support of written creativity on the development of oral speech (M. Ya. Sirotkin), on the observation of objects, phenomena (F. T. Timofeev), the need to study the structure and content of the text from the first grade (V. E. Efimov, I. V. Drozdov, L. P. Sergeev), the need to work on composing miniature texts in the native language lessons (D. S. Filippova). The main problems in teaching creative writing in the Chuvash primary school are highlighted. The assumption is made about the effectiveness of planning within the hours allocated to the native language, creative writing lessons. The results of the study. The purpose and tasks, features of the organization of creative writing lessons in grades 2-4 of Chuvash schools are described: it is recommended to conduct one lesson every two weeks, the main goal is the formation of a comprehensively developed language personality. The main directions, methods and forms of work: work on the content, structure of the text; on language tools, editing. It is concluded that the idea and provisions of the methods are accepted by teachers, and the lessons of creative writing are introduced into the practice of the Chuvash primary school.

    The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state and determine the main trends in the development of the Russian metallurgy.   • The Influence of Hippotherapy on the Psychocorrection of Emotional States of Adolescents

    Introduction. The article shows the relevance of the theoretical and practical study of the influence of hippotherapy on the psychocorrection of emotional states of adolescents. It is hypothesized that the use of hippotherapy classes for the purpose of psychocorrection of emotional states in adolescents will have a regulating effect on the emotional sphere of adolescents and eliminate negative emotional patterns of behavior. Materials and methods of research. The article presents the results of a study on the use of hippotherapy classes for the purpose of psychocorrection of emotional states in adolescents, which have a regulating effect on the emotional sphere of adolescents and eliminate negative emotional patterns of behavior. The stages and a set of psychological techniques are described. The results of the study revealed in most of the adolescents the presence of an increased level of aggressiveness, unwillingness or inability to restrain outbursts of aggression towards others, a moderate level of situational anxiety and a low level of personal anxiety, only half of the subjects are characterized by a pronounced degree of the Index of positive emotions, etc. After completing the course of hippotherapy, the study showed a positive trend in the indicators of emotional states of adolescents: a statistically significant decrease in the level of aggressiveness, a decrease in the level of situational anxiety, a decrease in the level of depressive states, a positive trend in the indicators of emotional states. The results of the study allow us to conclude that hippotherapy can become a justified and effective way to the psychological and emotional health of the individual.

    The article is devoted to the analysis of Plato's works «On the State» and «Laws», as a result of which it becomes clear what an ideal state from a political and legal point of view was for the thinker. Such aspects of his teachings as the form of an ideal state, the political and legal system, the social structure of society, the cultural and religious aspects of his organization, the personality in an ideal state are considered. The authors conclude that the works of the Greek philosopher have remained relevant to the present, since the main ideas formulated by Plato later adopted, developed and finalized many scientists, thinkers, writers of different historical eras. The question of the best social, political and legal order has remained open throughout human history, and the answer remains to be found. It is thanks to great thinkers, philosophers of the past that scientists can talk and argue today about the concept of the right state, laws, justice, politics, etc. It is emphasized that Plato's writings contain many provisions ready for acceptance by Russian law, in particular, the thinker formulated the modern principle of inviolability and general obligation of the law as a condition of harmony in society.

At the same time, the innovation activity of small business, according to the authors, is not a custom-made industry, as a rule, this industry requires more development than funding.     Land administration seeks to obtain optimal social, economic and environmental benefits while promoting the principles of sustainable development. An important element of this process is the understanding of the macroeconomic situation for making adequate management decisions at various levels: local, re-gional, national and global. This information is provided by land administration systems ((LAS), the core of which is a multipurpose cadastral system integrated with other spatial information systems and public registries.     The article discusses the features of the occurrence and development of adverse mental states of students during the examination session. The main types of negative emotional states that occur with students throughout educational activities are considered. The reasons for the occurrence of adverse mental states during the examination session are given, and options for overcoming negative emotional manifestations of students are proposed.
