    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of psychological well-being of a child with disabilities. The influence of the family on the psychological well-being / ill-being of a child with disabilities is noted. An opinion was expressed about the need to provide timely consultative assistance to families raising children with disabilities, which helps to reduce psychoemotional stress in both parents and a child with disabilities, prevents them from developing personality disorders, the development of subdepressive states.

    Abstract:
    Soviet social advertising aimed at solving problems that do not lose their relevance in modern conditions are examined in the article. The issues of social protection of motherhood and childhood might be considered as such. The Great Patriotic War and post-war informative posters are analysed in the article. The work notes that during The Great Patriotic War the soldiers of Red Army were called upon for the protection of their loved ones and the government promised to support their families, yet during post-war period the topics of orphanage prevention, woman's professional self-fulfillment, peace time rearranging and erection of social welfare state became relevant.

    Abstract:
    Three main areas of media psychology are analyzed: media analysis, media education, and media therapy in the crisis conditions of the pandemic. Today, media psychology faces a number of completely new, unexplored problems and practice-oriented tasks in a radically changing media environment, including in conditions of social distancing. Thus, the author emphasizes the increased practical significance of using the psychotherapeutic potential of the media in order to reduce and minimize the negative effects not only of the mass media itself, but also of the consequences of crisis situations.

    Abstract:
    The paper presents the results of the research of the local educational environment` psychological safety for students of psychology of Irkutsk State University. Significant differences in psychological safety and security level between students of different years were found, for example, satisfaction of the local educational environment and educational safety of 3rd year students appeared to be a lot lower, which can be related to critical point in their primary professionalization. A substantial share of psychologically unsafe and insecure students was also detected. They obviously need a special psychological support.

    School, being the upmost institute of children's socialisation, must create proper conditions for their development, providing safe education environment, assisting and supporting children in such way that it ensures psychological and pedagogical support of the students. Nowadays, modern school appears as the high-risk object due to the high level of challenges and threats which may be both subjective and objective. The system of psychological and pedagogical support of children is one of the conditions of creation of psychologically safe environment of school. The article examines some of the actual problems connected with the effective creation and functioning of the system of psychological and pedagogical support. Such problems include the need for correction of professional expertise of the school psychologist and the teacher. During the phase of academic studies their vocational training should include not only the competence aimed at the realisation of support but the students themselves should become the part of this system.

    Abstract:
    The article describes an empirical study of the psychological safety of the educational environment in the connection with the problem of attitude to distance learning among students. The study involved 1,177 students 11–19 years old. We use comparative analysis for independent samples formed on the basis of a preference for distance or full-time learning as statistical analysis methods. The results of the study allow to analyze the role of psychological safety in ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process.
