    Статья посвящена изучению психологического здоровья жертв изнасилования в контексте уголовного права. Изнасилование является серьезным преступлением, которое имеет далеко идущие последствия для жертвы, включая психологические последствия. Основной целью данного исследования является исследование влияния изнасилования на психологическое здоровье жертвы и рассмотрение мер, предоставляемых уголовным правом для защиты и поддержки этих жертв. В статье проводится анализ уже существующих исследований и литературы, связанных с психологическими последствиями изнасилования. Основное внимание уделяется различным аспектам психологического состояния жертв, включая посттравматический стрессовый синдром, депрессию, тревогу, нарушения сна и другие психологические проявления. Основное внимание уделяется проблеме реабилитации жертв изнасилования и рекомендациям для помощи таким жертвам.

    В статье представлен опыт работы специалистов территориальной психолого-медико-педагогической комиссии (ПМПК) МО «Нижнеудинский район», а также школьного психолого-педагогического консилиума МКОУ «СОШ №25 г. Нижнеудинск» о направлении обучающихся с ОВЗ и (или) инвалидностью, а также с отличительными от нормы здоровья состояниями на консультацию к детскому врачу-психиатру при выявлении у школьников признаков клинической депрессии. Описана социально-диспетчерская помощь, содержание клинического интервью, приведены примеры вариантов возвратных направлений к медицинскому специалисту с целью сохранения качества жизни обучающихся, предупреждения смертельных случаев.

В статье уделяется особое значение необходимости своевременного оказания психолого-педагогической коррекционной помощи и важности постоянной профилактической работы. В заключение даны несколько основополагающих рекомендаций.

    Abstract:
    В данной статье раскрываются основные причины развития агрессивного поведения детей. Также выделяются две формы агрессии ребенка младшего школьного возраста, а именно такие как недеструктивная – невраждебное, настойчивое и самозащитное поведение, которое направлено на достижение поставленной цели, агрессия развивается в процессе адаптации либо формирования потребностей ребенка. Враждебная деструктивность – поведение, которое причиняет боль другим детям. Даная форма агрессии не является врожденной, однако механизм ее мобилизации присутствует с самого начала жизни детей. В статье выделены виды агрессии: инициативно-реактивная; аффективно-неаффективная; осознанно-неосознанная; косвенная и прямая; по характеру целенаправленности; враждебная и инструментальная. Кратко рассматривается система факторов, которые оказывают влияние на развитие агрессивного поведения младших школьников.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена изучению некоторых аспектов, обуславливающих необходимость психологической поддержки первородящих женщин. Данная тематика является весьма актуальной, так как в настоящее время, к сожалению, в РФ не производится психологическая и психотерапевтическая поддержка беременных женщин и рожениц. При этом беременные женщины и роженицы часто подвержены стрессу, особенно вследствие гормональных перестроек в организме. Также у них довольно часто развиваются депрессивно подобные и истинно депрессивные состояния. Объектами исследования послужило 50 первородящих женщин, разделенных на 2 группы по 25 человек. В 1 группу вошли женщины на поздних сроках беременности, во 2 группу – роженицы. Авторами был разработан специальный опросник, целью которого было определение общего настроя пациенток, и их основных страхов и опасений, выявление депрессивно подобных и истинно депрессивных состояний. В завершение исследования пациенткам предлагалось дать ответ на вопрос – необходима ли им специализированная помощь психолога. Полученные данные представляют большой интерес не только для психологов и психотерапевтов, но и для врачей акушеров-гинекологов.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of some psychosocial and psychoemotional aspects of medical students and their parents and relatives living together. The work is relevant, as the pandemic of the new coronovirus infection COVID-19 is currently ongoing in Russia and in the world. The study is also interesting in that despite a number of works by various authors – scientists and teachers of higher education studying aspects of the psychoemotional state of students, very few works are devoted to their relationship and the dynamics of these relationships with their loved ones – parents and relatives, especially against the backdrop of a pandemic of a new viral infection., which was the aim of this study. The objects of the study were 359 people. The 1st and 2nd groups included 100 students, men and women, of the medical faculty of VSMU. N.N. Burdenko (5 course); Group 3 consisted of 159 people, men and women, who were related to representatives of group 2 and lived together with them. The study was based on an anonymous questionnaire specially developed by the authors, aimed at studying the gender and age composition of the respondents, identifying the main psychosocial and psychoemotional interactions of the objects of study, including determining the conditions of their residence and determining the circle of persons living with them; determining the main aspects of their interpersonal relationships, including their «warmth» and the frequency of quarrels and omissions; determination of susceptibility to stress in the objects of study, the severity of anxiety in certain periods of life and the possible presence of true depressive or depressive-like states in them. The data obtained are of particular interest not only for scientists and researchers involved in sociology and psychology, but also for higher education teachers involved in the educational process of medical universities. student, family, distance learning, COVID-19, anxiety, stress, depression

    Abstract:
    The paper deals with the issue of complex treatment of patients with various oncological pathologies. General concepts of modern, approved by the Ministry of Health, approaches to the therapy of cancer patients, as well as the concept of an oncological consultation are generalized. Possible disadvantages of existing treatment methods are indicated, including the lack of qualified psychological support for patients. Some authors advocate the need to introduce psychologists and psychoanalysts into the oncoconsilium, since a positive attitude of the patient himself can have a positive effect on the overall outcome of the disease. The aim of the work was an attempt to analyze some aspects of the psychoemotional state of women with breast cancer throughout: from the state of «well-being» to the establishment of a clinical diagnosis, followed by a period of treatment; the study also includes 2 periods of «waves» of new coronavirus infection. The subjects of the study were 150 female patients suffering from breast cancer. All of them were divided into 3 groups of 50 women, depending on age: 20–39 years old, 40–59 years old, 60–80 years old. The study was carried out using a questionnaire (according to a questionnaire specially developed by the authors), as well as using the Zung and Spielberg methods. We studied the level of anxiety of the patients, the level of their depressive states, depending on the «control point» (a total of 5 were allocated, in which the research stages were carried out) of the study and the age of the patients. There were identified 2 main «peaks» of psychoemotional states – the moment of clinical diagnosis and the period of the «first wave» of a new coronavirus infection. It was during these periods that the level of anxiety increased in patients, and depressive states developed. Some interesting features were also identified: for example, if the greatest fears during the «first wave» were caused by fear of Covid-19, then during the «second wave» the problems of financial security and, in fact, treatment were at the fore. The data obtained may be of interest both for doctors who treat cancer patients and healthcare organizers, and for psychologists and psychoanalysts.

    The article is devoted to the study of the characteristics of oncology patients’ psychoemotional status. This topic is relevant, since the number of detected cases of cancer is growing annually in Russia and around the world, the annual mortality from which in Russia alone is more than 160,000 people per year. It is outlined that the treatment of oncology patients is a complex and long process involving a wide variety of medical specialties. It is emphasized that the therapy for any malignant tumor is discussed and agreed upon by a special council, which usually includes a surgeon, oncologist, radiologist, chemotherapist, immunologist. However, many researchers acknowledge that often patients also need the help of a psychologist as a positive attitude can significantly help in the fight against a formidable disease. The study of psychoemotional aspects of oncology patients has already been carried out earlier. However, in 2020, the world is faced with a new threat – a new coronavirus infection, as a result of which the entire way of providing medical care has changed. The authors pay special attention to the fact that due to quarantine measures, even cancer centers were closed on a periodic basis, leaving, temporarily, patients in need without qualified assistance. It is the fact that determines the purpose of the work – the analysis of various aspects of oncology patients’ psychoemotional status. The objects of the study were 300 oncology patients, men and women, who were divided into 3 groups of 100 people, depending on their age: 18–40, 41–60, 60+. Then there was a further division into subgroups, depending on whether the oncology was newly diagnosed. The authors believe that the study is interesting since it was carried out in 2 stages – before the period of coronavirus infection and with its spread. The levels of situational and personal anxiety in patients were determined, various depressive states were identified, and patients’ main fears were indicated. The authors come to the conclusion that during a period of unfavorable epidemiological situation, the psychoemotional state of the patients worsened: the level of anxiety increased, various depressive states developed, and patients’ fears changed. The data obtained are of certain interest, both for practicing oncologists and psychologists, and for health professionals.

    В статье анализируется проблема влияния несформированности активной жизненной позиции у подростков на развитие маскированной депрессии. Был произведен обзор научной литературы, который позволил изучить данную проблему. В подростковом возрасте семья и социум оказывают влияние на формирование внутренних ресурсов личности, которые, в свою очередь, также влияют на развитие активности и адаптивности подростка в социуме. Активная жизненная позиция связана с мотивацией, интересом к деятельности, копинг-стратегиями, эмоциональной адаптацией, осмысленностью принятия решений. Если у подростка возникает нехватка внутренних ресурсов, то у него могут возникнуть симптомы маскированной депрессии.
